Texas Roadhouse

On May 6th my family and I tried to make reservations at the Grand forks location. The staff on the phone explained that they did not take reservations. They did however happily place us on the wait list for a time over 2 hours out. We explained to them that we had a rather large group and we were told that we could not be seated at the same table. We were told that we could be seated in the same section though. When we arrived they split our group into 3 smaller groups and took others in the middle of our group being set up. When I was seated in the second group we were placed in a different section entirely. When my wife asked for a different table of the same size in the section with our first group, they told us we have no control over who sits where. My wife even went as far as to point out the empty table by our first group. And the told us there were no empty tables and they could not let us move. Then they placed the third part of our group in a entirely different section from the first 2 parts of our group. Then when our order was taken the waitress repeated back to me Dr pepper no ice, and brought me one with ice anyway. When I took my son to the bathroom (limping dut to a unrelated injury) the staff was so hyper focused on their own movement that I was forced to move out of their way. When our food was brought to us I was dismayed to see that there was less then 1/3 of the fries that norma)y come with a burger on my plate and even less on the wife's plate. To further upset upset us the wife had to ask either a supervisor or manager to get her a refill that she had been out of for sometime. She also explained about my drink having ice when it should not have. When the server came back with wife's refill she brought me a coke no ice in contrast to the Dr pepper no ice that I had ordered. After that we saw no server after that willing came to our table. So in order to keep the food that was ordered for our children we had to flag down random staff, for to go boxes. After the service I received today I believe that the 5 star system should include negative stars. Then it would at least allow me to reflect the poor service that I received today. To anyone considering going there we would recommend going to McDonald's. At least there you will receive better service.

Es pésimo la comida es insípida y para colmo son rasistas, resulta qie yo llegue con mi esposa y mi suegra ni siquiera nos pidieron el nombre para dejarnos en espera, solo nos dijeron qie esperábamos unos 7 mts, otras personas americanas llegaron después de nosotros necesitaban una mesa para 4 al igual que nosotros, les dijeron qie no tenían en ese momento pero después en ese mismo instante les dijeron qie si tenían un espacio para tres y los pasaron inmediatamente, luego empezaron a buscar a un tal Patric con una reserva para 3 colo no lo encontraron nos dijeron que podíamos ir nosotros, luego estando dentro del restaurante en medio de todo el lugar nos dijo la señorita que nos atendió qie no tenia mesa para 3 y qie teníamos que esperar más tiempo obviamente dejamos el lugar de inmediato, no sin antes llamar a mi abogado para comenzar una demanda por discriminación racial a lo cual el me dijo que solo ne alejara del lugar, qie el se iba a encargar de conseguir los videos con una orden judicial, y lo vamos a hacer para que respeten porque ni mi esposa ni yo somos inmigrantes ilegales en este país y aunque así fuera no tienen que tratar así a nadie menos en un país como este que ha fundado su nombre y su reconocimiento a nivel mundial por ser el país de la libertad

El restaurante Texas Roadhouse es muy bueno. Los cameros son trabajadores y simpáticos. Siempre pido la ensalada. El plato principal es bistec. A veces la comida es muy caro. Me gusta cuando bailan.

Pido mi cómoda "well done". Y me lo dieron bien lleno de sangre de sangre todavía. Y les digo. Y me lo dieron bien pero bien quemado
