I placed an order to go at Texas Roadhouse located in Muldoon on 3/3/2022 at 6:47 pm. It was a Caesar salad with steak instead of chicken. I was told it would be about 25 minutes because they were kind of busy. I stated I understood because I used to work in food service and things happen. I checked back in when I hadn't heard anything after 35 minutes and they again apologized and said they were busy and it wasn't completed yet. I had somewhere to be shortly there after but have them and additional 15 minutes. I ended up calling and canceling after verifying that my salad was still not complete. This was only my second experience at this restaurant but it was definitely my last. The get 2 star because the girl in the phone was nice!
The wait time was double than what they said. They forgot the apitizer. It was just sad. The food was ok, but the service was really bad.
I have been there four times, three at the Carmel, IN restaurant. That 6 oz. Sirloin should be an embarrassment. They could not even get an hamburger right which is my last trip to any of them.

As a owner of a restaurant I wanted to find out the bottom line on Texas Roadhouse chain. After attending a Texas Roadhouse chain restaurant off Barrett Pkwy in Marietta Georgia I can tell anyone interested that you do not want to go to this chain unless you are expecting steaks close to dog food level. They submerge all cuts in salt, passing this off as flavor. Originally ordered cactus blossom onion rip-off from outback and was terrible. Weird flavor which is unidentifiable and not palatable. One order of prime rib which tastes like ham(?). Sent that back, reordering filet mignon, took 45 minutes to get to table, meat was malleable and chewy with overwhelming amount of salt again. Just a hint folks salt doesn't equal flavor unless you are trying to cover up something like a low grade of "beef ". Ask This restaurant what grade of beef they serve here. Just so you know there are 8 grades of beef. Look it up this rates below utility rating, just before canned and cutter(dog food). Suggest sticking with longhorn and outback they aren't great but much better quality all around

Ordered beef tips with gravy over mashed potatoes. Got beef kebab ( stick taken out) with a small tub of mashed with a table spoon of gravy on top, Very disappointed.
The methuen restaurant was the worst. The porterhouse was over cooked the potatoes was not cooked the Mac and cheese was Kraft sucky

I recently was unfortunate enough to try and have lunch at The Texas Roadhouse across from Hulen Mall in Fort Worth Texas. We waited for almost 2 hours to finally be seated. We called ahead to be put on the wait list. We were told by the hostess that because our party was larger than 6 we would have to wait until we arrived, walk in and put ourselves on the wait list. When we were seated after a 2 hour wait, the food was served hot, and fairly fast. The waitstaff was attentive. This is the 2nd time we have had to wait so long at this location. The food, and the service will not not disappoint, but the exceedingly long wait times will. Don't know if we will be back, as there are plenty of other options!
So in the past 2 months we have gone to Leominster Texas Road house the 1st time it was like a box of salt poured on my plate 2 weeks ago rotten sweet potato last night party of 5 plate came up missing so as everyone was done eating the missing plate showed up after spending well over 100$ you can believe we were very disappointed again
There is an individual at the 12 and John R location in Michigan that was one of the kindest and personable people I have met. Kevin B. Concerned himself genuinely with almost every aspect of the meal. He did it in such a way that wasent overly intrusive on our outing. A phenominal employee and should be an example of how kindness is a breath of fresh air in modern times. Thank you for your time if this is seen.
We didn't wait long for a table but did wait 2 hours for our food which was horrible. Served on dirty plays with dried old food on them. My fiancé almost choked on the dry chicken that had soggy onions on it but no cheese or gravy like the menu said. Our party was 3 people and other parties of 5 plus were bagged up and leaving before we even received our food. Worst service and the food was the worst I've seen or tasted at this place.

Waiter must have informed manager on duty because he came to table and said he was going to get me a new plate. 5 minutes passed. 10 minutes passed. 15 minutes passed. Waiter happened to come by and noticed I was still waiting. Meanwhile I told husband to go ahead and eat so his also didn't get cold. 10 more minutes passed and the waiter happened to come by again. He said they were still working on it. Right then the manager comes to table with new plate. They forgot to put the rice which was part of the meal and covered the skewer with some red sauce which it didn't originally have. Also, I had eaten the mushroom when I received the first plate. 2nd plate didn't have mushrooms. Pretty sure they just doctored up the first plate and forgot the rice. The food... LUKEWARM. Horrible experience. I won't go back.
We were seated quickly after using the app to "check in" and were put on the wait list. We waited in the car until I was texted to come inside. Once inside, we were seated within 3 minutes.

We went to the restaurant for my mom's (84 years old) birthday dinner. The food finally came about 40 minutes later, but the burger my mom ordered was raw inside, and they forgot the fires, it was just a plate with a burger on it. The server then brought my mom a small plate of fries and we then asked for the burger to be cooked more.
We waited another hour, and they never brought the burger to the table! The server kept apologizing, but never offered to bring my mom any other food. She said the manager was too busy and overwhelmed to come talk to us, and she said she would take the burger off the bill! REALLY? We never got the food, so it better be taken off the bill. Overall, a horrible experience, and when the manager finally came over, there was little apology given.
Just ordered $100 worth of steak and food from Texas Roadhouse in Gainesville Georgia on Dawsonville Highway. They forgot to put some of our food in the TO-Go bag even though I gave a 20% tip! HOW FREAKING HARD IS IT TO PUT FOOD IN A BAG?!?!?! Too far to travel back to get the items forgotten. They have a checklist on side of the bags saying it was all there. It wasn't.

Consistently our orders are messed up. Call in and they think a gift card makes up for it. I can pay my own way just would like for my order to not be jacked up every time I order. I will not be patronizing them anymore. Keep your gift cards

During the busy holidays, went to the Kennewick Texas roadhouse. The food could not of been better, The service was The best. Went to Texas roadhouse in North Spokane Washington. The food was not good overcooked service was as bad. What a disappointment. Will not be going back in Spokane. But definitely Will go back to Kennewick Washington.
