My plate was dirty and it was not my food on it and the spoon tasted like rusty metal so when I ate my applesauce it tasted like rusty metal and the mac and cheese tasted really bad.
A waiter named Myke "with a Y" was very good. He made sure our food was timed perfectly. Our apitizer came out, he waited until we were almost done and brought out the salads as we finished, then the food came out when we were done with the salads He said he was going to delay the order of the food so it doesn't come out too soon. It was PERFECT! We eat out a lot and this is rare, Myke is great!
We put ourselves on waitlist from the laptop, was given confirmation of 15 minutes. Takes 10 to get to restaurant. Meva tells me they do not have it, ask me to wait until my husband comes in as he made the reservation. She then proceeds to check in 2 other quests. When my husband comes in she says we must have chosen the wrong store. My husband IS NOT STUPID. At that point she puts on the waitlist behind the other 2 parties, if she did not have us on her waitlist she should have put me on the waitlist before taking the other guest. My wait has gone from 5 minutes to 25 minutes. Not my problem your system does not work, but it is also not my problem that Mava has poor customer service skills. Another restaurant got my business. I came into the restaurant hobbling as my legs were in TERRIBLE pain. (side effects of my chemo). The hostess would NOT let me sit on the bench to wait the 5 minutes she said it would take for the table to be ready. She made me leave the restaurant into the freezing cold to wait. As I was waiting for my husband to go get the car for me to wait in, the manager came up and told me I had to leave the restaurant. I will NOT be going back to Texas Roadhouse. The only reason I stayed is because we were being taken out by some friends.
How is it an average of 2-point something Stars. It depends on which one you go to. I went to the one in East Greenwich Rhode Island. The food is perfect, out of this world the service, and they have really great prices. They are reasonable. You go to any of the other restaurants, and order the same dish and maybe you will be spending $5 more on the same rib or the same salmon dinner.And it's not any better. That's ridiculous. Great service. Shout out to Olivia, Brianna. Lori and jacari for great service at the bar and an extra shout out to Ciara. The best waitress.So if you had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse, go to the one in East Greenwich and if you don't like it. Then you guys are really fussy LOL my favorite food of all time
My waitress was great, but My food was not hot ( steak and shrimp) so I sent it back.
The manager Michelle said they would heat it on the cheese melter, She said it wasn't her job to make sure food was hot! I said Yes it is.
My bill was $55.00 plus tip.

My wife and I went to lunch there today, we ordered grilled chicken ceasar and grilled chicken salad. The chicken was so over cooked that it wouldn't even cut with the steak knife. We commented to the waitress about it, she looked at us and said sorry. She didn't even say anything when the chicken was piled up on the saucer. My wife made a comment, all she said was I'll go ahead and take your plates and be right back with your check. Not once did she offer us anything. We waited to see if a Manager would come by and see how our meal was. NOT never happened. Will definitely think before we come back. So disappointed.
App Combo wrong not replaced, regular butter no cinnamon, chilli brought with raw onions (replaced)rotten potato in mashed potato cold loaded potato brought back after being microwaved raw pork,hamburger patty brought instead of road kill that is twice the size as ordered RUDE waitress AWFUL experience, Glen Allen Va New Years Dinner was ruined after driving over a hour to get there. What a TERRIBLE experience our party of 20 had in Mcallen Texas… we waited an hour to be seated when we had reserved a table. They said ALL our party of 20 had to be present or they were going to give our table up. We had 18 people present…. We were missing 2 people! So they gave our tables away and we had to sit outside and wait one hour! Will not go back
Pork chop was dry my g friend. My chic fried steak was more than 1/4 all breading i cut out about 4" b4 i got meat no $#*!! It went home cuz i was full on appitizers. I put in a steamer and its almost 1/6" thick u pound it to much 12/16/2022 oh waited 1hr45 min. In shiloh il. Sat at Willies corner. Happy b day to me should of had hamberger helper way better! Ohh the half side o ribs super dry. Jerky!
Went to Poughkeepsie NY for 66th birthday with a party of 6 plus a baby, hoping to pick out a steak but they only had ribeyes. Had a great time ordered the filet medallions with peppercorn sauce ($20). Was served the same meat as on the kabobs ($13). After retiring from 43 years in food service I know better than send anything back to the kitchen. Loyal Roadhouse customers. Very disappointed

To start off.Your hostess Macenzie,was very sweet asked us if we had been there before? She didn't just say follow me.She had conversation with you till you got to your table.We then had a very sweet waitress named Lilli.I asked for a glass of white zin.She said we don't have that.I will check to see what we do have that is similar to that.If you don't like it.I will take off your tab.That sounded great to me.She brought me a glass of pinot nor.Which,I loved so much.I had another glass.We ordered 2 16oz prime rib dinners.We had a house Salad w/ Italian dressing & a czar salad. They both were great. The rolls were hot & delicious too.The prime rib that we had was the best we ever had.Thank-you,for the wonderful meal & service on our anniversary.It could not have been any better.It was also very nice seeing the staff all work together.
Went to this place of so called business and was happy at all. My family and I party of 8 was served cold food everybody food was cold. They took food back and was pose to remake the food that wasn't the case they served us reheated food which was nasty I didn't even eat my food so we waited another hour for reheated food. Was told we would get discount and never did called cooperate and they didn't nothing as well … I'll never spend my money at this place ever again poor customer service and nasty food I rather eat cheddars before here
I went to the port Huron location, our food took a whole hour to get to us and then we had to ask a manager to bring us our food, and the food was freezing cold, over seasoned, my father who can't even eat salt told the waiter cierra, no salt please and she WAY over salted the fries and wore a badge named lily, so we had to try and remember her name. The whole hour and half, we never got any refills on our drinks, she never asked how we were doing and when I told her the food was cold and tasted bad she acted like she could 100% care less, I will never eat at this location again that was the absolute worst experience, I spent 110 dollars and we only ate about 20 dollars worth of our food cause it was so nasty and cold and our steaks were raw, and the service was terrible.
Filthy restaurant today at Kissimmee, we were sent to a table with loads of trash on the seat and under our table. Noticed later that diners could see into the kitchen, similar rubbish and food strewn all over the kitchen, with excessive amounts beneath the units building up, and excessive food building up on the floors
Tried politely highlighting this to the manager Melody, that the kitchen looked bad to customers looking in. Quite funny really when she totally lost the plot and her temper, telling us to not to dine there in future. She got worked up, visibly aggressive and angry. She clearly missed the point of helpful criticism and customer care. We will be taking Melody's advice, and will refrain from spending further cash in future.
Unfortunately what we thought was a great restaurant now let down badly by Melody displaying poor management and customer care skills. Poor manager, doing a great job of destroying customer loyalty and at odds with what the brand stands for.
Well done Melody for throwing a huge wobbler at a customer kindly suggesting you fix your filthy restaurant. Easier to throw out the customer than clean the floor, good luck with that!
A strong suggestion for the owner would be to find a professional manager able to run the restaurant properly without displaying such aggressive tendencies to customers and staff. I feel sorry for the team working with Melody, who bless her, has an awful lot to learn.
We called ahead for a 6pm seating for a party of 15. We all arrived on time except one coming from work. We weren't seated until after 7pm and placed our drink orders. The young man taking care of us was very friendly and helpful, but we did not receive our food until almost 8:30pm and when we did everyone's food was cold. We all had to ask for boxes so that we could carry to food home and hopefully heat it for lunch for the next day. I realize we had a rather large party, but the at over $300 we should have received a hot meal. I think it will be a long time before we return if ever.
I just had the chewyiest and tough 6 oz. Beef filet at the Tonawanda NY location. Ordered the Awesome Blossom onion for an appetizer and it was served no more than 2 minutes before the meals. Not serving peanuts any longer. Discontinued draft Yuengling beer, only served in a bottle now which is not nearly as good as the draft is. Totally disappointed.
With Covid 19 going on we haven't gone out and celebrated anything. 41st Anniversary came around and husband wanted to do something special. Decided to order for pickup. Ordered drove 15 miles in town to pick up order, did not check bag drove back home 15 miles to find they did not put salad in. Called and told them, offered a coupon for a free appetizer, like you get about weekly in your emails to get you in. Didn't really get the impression they really cared about their mistake or was it mine for not checking the bag, or ever ordering there. Well later that night see on the news people were told if eating any food from Texas Road House to get a hepatitis A shot, dates were listed, last day was 2 days before I ordered, wouldn't you think they would tell people so they could decide if they want to take a chance. Mistakes happen, mine was to order at Texas Road House., support businesses, what about them treating their customers with respect.
I recently was unfortunate enough to try and have lunch at The Texas Roadhouse across from Hulen Mall in Fort Worth Texas. We waited for almost 2 hours to finally be seated. We called ahead to be put on the wait list. We were told by the hostess that because our party was larger than 6 we would have to wait until we arrived, walk in and put ourselves on the wait list. When we were seated after a 2 hour wait, the food was served hot, and fairly fast. The waitstaff was attentive. This is the 2nd time we have had to wait so long at this location. The food, and the service will not not disappoint, but the exceedingly long wait times will. Don't know if we will be back, as there are plenty of other options!
Answer: Longhorn steakhouse - WAY better - the food is better, the menu choices better. People are great
