Ordered online and was told that it would be ready at 7pm... at 7; 15 still had not received a text that it was ready so called the restaurant... was rudely told that it was being made... asked the kid that was bringing out the car next to us - he walked in and walked right back out with it... the steak was sol salty that it could not be eaten, the baked potato was rotten inside, the salad was warm and quite slimy, the rolls were rock hard... sent an e-mail to advise them - the response I got? Wow... DAVE SISK responded to me by just saying "im sorry you had a bad experience"... when i responded with how cold and dismissing that was his response to me was for me to be an "adult" and "sorry, you are upset"... that man does not need to be any type of rep for the restuarant. So rude and dismissing... I wouldn't recommend that restaurant to ANYONE.
I am writing this review as a Marine Corps veteran, and, above all, an American PATRIOT! Texas Roadhouse is the CLASSIC example of American PATRIOTISM!

I visited Texas Roadhouse on a Sunday went straight to the bar to get quicker service. My family member of mine and four others were behind me waiting on a table and they ate their food and left before I even got mine. Went back to the next week thinking people make mistakes isolated incident. Wait an hour at the bar for a grilled chicken salad I never got. People sat down across from me 10 minutes after I sat down and they had steak and baked potato in front of them. And then I asked the bartender Andrea to check it out for me and she was smart and said I will go back there and stand and wait for it if you want me to. I just pay for my drink and left. I called the manager they hung up on me three times. I finally got a hold of her and she gave me a free meal on my email. Went back to third week to get my free meal. And waited an hour again for a table. Then they set me at the bar around the bar and I could have walked in and set the bar anyways. This place has gotten sad and pitiful. So now I have four hours in a restaurant driving over 25 miles each way and still have not got but one meal.
My co workers and I ordered Sat, 12/19/2020 a to to go order, (4) orders, nice orders. My coworker drove thru xmas traffic to pick up. When she returned. No silverware, no dressings for salads, no butter, no sour cream, food was cold. When i called she said they don't include silverware unless you ask for it. So she made a trip back, by then the food was very cold and still no butter. Food portions for the steak kabob were so small it was like a childs portion. And they said the meat wasn't very good either. So disappointing since I had recommended and I had good in side dining b4. I don't think i could ever convince my coworkers to ever order again. I don't think I will either. Last time wasn't so good either for takeout.
The hostess at the front door in St. Joseph, Missouri was nothing but rude to me because i had'nt used their waiting list app. She was very un helpfull!
Food is good I used to work for the one in leominster and I go there as a guest now however they just lost all my business because of how 1 manager is always disrespectful towards me I don't tolerate it even with how I quit before I even quit this particular individual was always rude towards me it's amazing how they made it as a manager with the poor attitude that shows
The service was horrible the waiter was very inexperienced for example I ask how much was extra shrimp she said 2.99 get the receipt it's 6.99 I wanted a 20 oz steak they where out If them so I had to get a 22 oz she said it was 21.00 a 1.50 a oz this size is not on the menu it was 30.00 on the recipe, we was waiting on our appetizer after about 45 mins no food I ask where it was her response was." I don't know what's going on with your order they have it " I'm waiting patiently food comes out wrong order! So second time she bring a rack of ribs out I'm waiting on a rib eye by this point I'm livid that the entree comes out with the food wrong order not once but twice! Food cane out cold, I ask for a manager after waiting 30 more mins I get a very rude lady I ask who she was she stated a " key holder " never heard if this told her what was going on she says I'll go remake it ask what we had. By this time I ask for it to go I'm furious while waiting I here her tell a co worker there lucky I'm bagging all this food up to go! I leaned over told her excuse me you don't gotta bag anything up because I came to dine in! In fact I want nothing I walked out! Horrible service food came out cold! Terrible experience for my friend as well whom was from out of town we was on a dinner date
First we were told it was a 15 to 20 minute wait, that was fine. But after 20 minutes and we saw several parties be seated before us (party of 2 at 5:15 pm) my husband went up and questioned the hostess and we were immediately sat. There were 4 empty booths that set only 2 people. Si why did we have to wait 35 minutes? Waiter cam, took our order and everything pretty much came to the table ALL at once. Didn't even get my liquor order until after I got my salad. Literally took 5 bites of my salad and our steaks came! He plopped those down with the bill and never saw him again until he came to pick up my payment! In the meantime we asked another waitress for my husband's steak sauce. And he never offered us more rolls either. Luke we were rushed to get out of there. I, also found a baby roach crawling up the menus and showed my husband. Hos comment was... oh well he won't eat much and he flipped it off in the floor.
After a long day at Duke, I just wanted a nice Relaxing meal. This was not that by any means. I will think twice about ever dining here again after a long tiring day. This visit was So not relaxing, by any means. Just not what I expect from a higher end restaurant! It will be quite soon time before I take a chance and dine here again. I've always really liked this place, but not anymore. There are too many eat to eat without taking this chance again!
My experience at Texas road house was somewhat disappointing. Of coarse the food was delicious and the staff absolutely amazing. The night started out as a mess when we walked in and there was peanut shells all over the floor and none of the staff seamed for care. Honestly, I wanted to pick up the broom and vacuum myself. Immediately following dinner my disappointment reached an all time high as I was expecting my sister to be able to ride a REAL horse for her birthday, BUT imagine my disappointment when they brought out a fake horse/saddle. Honestly, Texas Road house should not set such a high expectation for their customers if they are not planning on purchasing a real horse in the near future for birthday outings. Honestly I don't know how this issue hasn't been brought up before. I wish they would at least have the decency to have a sign on the door "no real horses inside " and I would have just gone down the street to the next steakhouse. It gets worse. We proceeded to leave and the parking lot was covered in snow! The nerve. First, please consider the weather when ur asking customers to come out. They expect customers to come in such harsh weather conditions, quite frankly it's dangerous and impolite. Second, if I would have know there was no valet I would have parked a lot closer. A sign clearly stating "no valet " would be very helpful! My evening quickly slid into a dangerous ending as I barely made it to my vehicle as it has already been snowing for an hour and the side walks had not been plowed yet. By the time I reached my car I was hungry again.

2. The wait for the food was too long
3. The temperature in the restaurant was RIDICULOUSLY TOO COLD. Which in turn makes your meal cold before you have a chance to finish it.
Even asked our server if they could turn temperature down I knew that was a waste of time. Couldn't wait to get out of there and we WILL NOT RETURN.
Joined the wait list at marion Texas road house. Check in time came and went never got the text to come in. Wasted an hour at this pos restaurant will never go back.
Food is delicious but I was very disappointed by seeing one of the workers leaving the restroom without washing his hand and went straight to the kitchen.
I VISITED THE BOWIE LOCATION. THE MALE MANAGER NAMED AL WAS COMPLETELY INSENSITIVE, RUDE, AND PROVIDED MY FAMILY WITH A UNFORGETTABLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WE ARRIVED AT 7:20PM AND DID NOT GET SEATED UNTIL AFTER 9PM. AT THAT POINT MY FAMILY AND I WERE EXTREMELY TIRED AND TRULY HUNGRY. MY CHILDREN WERE ANXIOUS AND UNHAPPY. HOWEVER, MANAGER DENISE DID HER ABSOLUTE BEST TO FIND A SOLUTION. I LOVE LOVE LOVE HER AND SHE DESERVES A RAISE,PROMOTION,AND EMLOYEE/MANAGER OF THE MONTH! DENISE DENISE DENISE, GREAT GREAT GREAT! FIRE AL, TRAINING WOULDNT HELP HIM,HE DOESNT HAVE A GOOD HEART.
I really don't understand how you guys stay in business. I went to the Texas Roadhouse in 1150 Blackwood ave in ocoee and I went there with my family of 6 and made my check in on the waiting list. Got there and when in at 3pm and 15mins later another couple came in and sat next to us. The couple order and 5mins later we ordered mine. The couple got there order and 1hour and a half later that's when we got our food. The couple got there after us and left the place before we could even start to eat. I really like to eat there but after today I don't recommend this location. You may look into this matter cause I think that you need more cooking help in this place and less table servers. My husband had Snake Bites, two baskets of rolls, and Chili, before I even got my House Salad, my Fort Worth Ribeye was loaded with Fat, and overdone, his was also Fat Loaded, could not wait around for them to be re-done. South Lansing, Michigan. As for the Price, we could have gone to Red Lobster for my Birthday. Too bad, we used to love Texas Roadhouse.
The barbecued ribs here are absolutely wonderful! There aren't enough stars in the sky to give them a proper rating! It's best to let ‘em slide right off of the bone and right down your neck! Enjoy
2 times went to eat with my wife last 2 times they brought me 16 oz. Sirloin so that's what they said it was when I allways order 16oz. Ribeye server took 10 minutes to ask what we wanted to drink I hadto ask for bread wich they never brought to us until the end of the meal, server told my wife she ordere 16oz. Cowboy cut sirloin you don't even have that on menu
A few of my family members (7) went to celebrate birthdays (2) at TEXAS ROADHOUSE in Sam's circle in Chesapeake. THE FOOD WAS AWFUL AND TERRIBLE ALL OF THE ABOVE. We all sent our food back because it wasn't cooked right and it looked like they dumped the food on the plates with their eyes closed. My Caesar salad looked like they had served it to someone else first and gave me the leftovers…. It's a lot of young people working and I don't think they care about the QUALITY OF FOOD THEY ARE SERVING ALSO THE THE YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE KITCHEN DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING… This restaurant is going to shut down with service like this. Y'all need retraining because this was a bad experience.
I want to start by saying I have always loved Texas Roadhouse. This visit on 8-1-22 we we're a big group so giving the wait was expected.we waited 30 min over our waiting time that we were told. The wait was not even so much the problem it was the Manager Brittany that was rude talk to the other employee about us in front of us as we waited for them to clean the table. That took them 20 min to do. We asked Brittany what the problem was and why she was talking about us she then rolled her eyes. She responded you all have a problem with an sty and aggressive body language and that was when it got so out of line. I asked to speak to a different manager because the way she handled herself as a manager was so unprofessional. She said that she was the owner and I then told her she was lying. I wanted the number to corporate and she said she didn't know it for me just to go sit down and look it up. I had to ask a server for the number to Corey. Honestly I have never been so disappointed with a person representing Texas Roadhouse Amarillo Tx. Honestly I have worked in food business for many years and own my own business. I know it's hard to find good help these days but Truly would not want someone like that representing my business. We go there as a family often but I'm really not sure if I will be back.
They butchered my filet the little manager wad a joke to busy to cook steak right I came home and threw it all up wonder if they need a health inspection
