We had a very good experience with The Brick on United Blvd. Coquitlam. Julie, the lady that helped us gave us an outstanding service. She is very professional, polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable in making our choice of the furniture. The furniture was delivered in the promised date and another piece arrived earlier than promised. The delivery guys, I did not get their names, were very efficient, polite and professional. They worked very fast and cleaned up the area they worked in. We would shop at the Brick again. We are happy customers.
I purchased under the specific terms of your "Don't Pay for 48 Months" promotional offer from the Barrie, On location. The negotiation and agreement I entered into was clear: I would not be required to make any payments for 48 months, and no interest or negative impact on my credit would occur during this period, provided I adhered to the terms. Unfortunately, despite following the agreed terms, I have recently discovered that The Brick has faulted on this agreement. Payments have been recorded against my account, and this has resulted in damage to my credit score. I did not expect this breach of contract and find this situation unacceptable. I have contact the branch manager, sales rep(Long) and no resolution, buyer beware of these so called "dont pay a cent"
I purchased a couch and ottoman from the Brick and Lana Habash was my sales person. Lana was very honest about delivery dates etc and she kept me in the loop as to when I could expect my items. Both items showed up before the scheduled time and delivery was flawless. If you are going to purchase anything from the Brick go and speak with Lana at the downtown Edmonton store.
We had a pleasant shopping experience at the Brick in Timmins. We purchased new appliances for our newly renovated kitchen…special thank you and shout out to Donna Cecchini who is very knowledgeable on the products and ensured that delivery suited our timeline. We bought a sectional and we just love it. Customer Service was wonderful very pleasant, shopping experience, and a very nice quality piece of furniture.
All items came as promised in great condition. I have no complaints. Coffee table needed to be assembled and with the Alan key supplied went together easily. I'm happy with our purchase.

Please do not buy the insurance with the Brick, you pay but they don't. I bought a dining room and a living room set. After one year, at night, we heard a big noise, the coffee table top (glass) exploded. Thanks God no one was in that room. I made the claim. No guarantee after one year, they said. But I have a 5 years furniture insurance. Yes, but it does not cover the glass after one year. It happens also that the marble of the dining table gets stains which do not clean. Sorry, but the marble is not cover after one year ether. Conclusion, I will avoid any new purchase with that company. I was planning to buy a bedroom set. I have a picture of the living room after the explosion but it does not matter. My claim event: *******.

I bought a couch and chair. Delivery is set. I get text confirmation on delivery day. I wait, and wait and wait on delivery day. When I FINALLY get ahold of someone at Brick Kitchener's attention, I find out delivery was cancelled. When I pointed out nobody at the Brick had the courtesy or common sense to notify me of this unexpected change, I get rude comments, insults and wonderfully vague claims of a "technical problem". When one manager profusely claims the Brick has an unmatched rating for delivery, I doubted his claim. He then challenges me to look it up online. I did, and ironically, this manager managed to royally screw his credibility with his empty boasting. It also motivated me to demand a full refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE BRICK. You have been warned, by me and too many other dissatisfied consumers.
Please please do not buy any appliances form this branch. Customer services - all staffs + operation manager they are dishonour. Bought a pair washer and dryer from this branch on Nov 19/2022. Delivery on Dec 16/2022. The dryer is not working. They exchanged the brand new and delivery on Jan 28/2023. It's not working again. Call in Jan 29/2023 nobody pickup the phone. Email them as I want to return between 48 hrs, but they deleted my email and want to prove it. As the brick policy I can return between 48hrs. But they don't want to do that. I contact customer services, no body answer. Waist time and money. These people try to take money from me. I give them zero star - very frustrated

Bricks did not deliver my product on time and accused us for not answering their call. On checking we found that the email address was wrong and phone call from automated number cannot be returned. When we told them to return our money then they immediately arranged delivery, which otherwise was estimated ro be delivered after 1 week.
When we pointed issue with the product they tried to hide behind RETURN policy, which they themselves were not aware. They refused to send technical person to check the problem & fix it.
When challenged again after many calls & emails, bricks asked to bring the product to be replaced at their showroom. When we reached they offered us the product on display - which was in a dirty condition.luckily, one of the technical guy understood my problem and fixed it but that was totally an individual effort.
Please don't go to this place if you are expecting any customer service.

Our furniture was delivered in perfect condition and on schedule. The delivery people took great care, and were very professional, friendly and considerate. They introduced themselves upon arrival, took away all the boxes and garbage afterward, except for the TV box which they informed us that we should keep for a year due to warranty. They even helped move some of our other furniture back into place—they went above and beyond, and asked if there was anything else before they left. We are honestly very happy with every aspect of our experience at The Brick on Victoria Ave in Regina, SK! Thanks!

Furniture bought 2 years ago, furniture really good but we never suggest any one to get flexiti card from brick. They says something else and you believe on them, but they do totally different. So our experience is either don't get flexiti card from them. If you get it then make sure you get clear points about payments and specially about their flexiti card insurance. Which is we never get it but they charge us and it's really expensive.
We were greeted right away by Susan D from the Windsor location. Such a friendly and knowledgeable lady. She helped us with our bed and mattress purchase and our refrigerator and stand up freezer purchase. She was extremely helpful in getting us the best price and exactly what we wanted. She even had a tape measure to help me visualize how the fridge would fit. The whole experience was just wonderful and we sure will look for her again when we are looking for anything else we need for our home.
Bought furniture for the wife for Christmas presents. She peaked in the boxes and decided it was wrong color and wanted to exchange of refund.
I called and was informed I only had a 48 hour window for even a straight across exchange, never mind a refund.
This is stated nowhere on my invoice or when purchased. I was told to have a nice day and hung up on.
Do not shop here as they do not stand behind their product and have no customer service after the purchase.

Extended warranty cash towards a new purchase if the warranty is not used is a scam. My email receipt, pdf copy, phone call over the phone with how to claim the warranty money back, and sales person in the store all failed to hint or mention any conditions that may prevent you from retrieving your money after. When asked where the policy is stated on my purchase, I was given a new print out with it on the back and was told I am expected to read the fine print. Funny how none of the staff I spoke with mention that? Although your sales people are friendly and helpful I think most customers would appreciated it if you could be more upfront about your 90 day policy on getting your un-used warranty money back.

** every-time I have made a purchase I am always offered the 100% value back warranty. Have never once been told about the conditions to receive it until making the purchase waiting 5 years and then trying to use the 100% value back. I even called and asked what do I need to claim ad they told me just bring my receipt and use it towards any mattress or furniture purchase, but failed to inform me about a 90 day limit.

I submitted Claim for my King Size Mattress, with all the information I could provide on Jun 13 through the online link they asked me to do so including Pictures. I have visited the 3 times store in person, with no outcome. Please don't rely on their mattress warranty and their customer services. If things become better, I will update but as of today, to me, Bricks warranty system all looks fake and unreliable. Claim ID *******
1 star because I can't get lower! Mother in-law passed away leaving a 2 month old chair with extended warranty, foam is sagging and bunched up already, looks like the chair is at least 2 years old and it's not covered under warranty of course, what a piece of crap and not a cheap one. I definitely won't be purchasing anything from The Brick ever.

Went to buy a mattress. In store, sign says 2700, I told the guy, I am not going to spend that much money, he says for me, I can do 1580. So try some and he says only the one I tried is in stock to ship, all others are unavailable. He says he will throw in the pillow, half price local delivery and a mattress protector, I say okay, let's write it up. I give him my info and he tells me the receipt will be emailed. I pay. I get home and check email, receipt says 1200 for bed, same price as the website sale. I just "bought" a $200 bleeping pillow…
I ordered a freezer after the same girl promised to talk out my old one when the new one arrived. I've paid for the freezer and moving out fee.
But the delivery person refused to take out my old freezer when he delivered new one.
The customer service department of The Brick has NEVER been writing a email to me despite that I gave them emails many times in different ways.
Their actions give the impression that once they receive the money, they consider their job done, and they try to avoid any further responsibilities or commitments.

I bought a freezer In W Vancouver close to a year ago. Arrived with a dent at the bottom. Asked for, and was agreed that a replacement would be given. That was last Oct, now is August the next year. Date keeps getting pushed ahead, they have my money. Freezer still taped up as it arrived, with no replacement. No follow-ups, I do the calling, manager never phoned back. When I did reach her was told 'she has no control'. Terrible and not acceptable service. Now told the date Aug 25, could be longer. Support chat gave me a ticket #, but said they have no access to, and do not know the upper corporate managements name or phone numbers. Have never had such horrible service, and am at wits end with this company.

Was offered a 150. refung initially off the 500.00 because of the dent. Wanted the Frigidiare replaced dentless. They agreed. Close to a year later, no freezer, and given the runaround, no replacement. Not a good experience.
I don't even want to select their rating bcz it has no option zero and minus star. So it's about, Review team respond us to fix our concern over a broken bed bed within only 3 months of purchasing, Promising we would be contacted within 1 business day by manager of store in Kirkland. It's been over a month no reply, no contact, no technician service. How come they are dealing with such high prices appliance with zero customer care in country like Canada where is law and order should be followed? People invest their hard earned money in their store, at-least expect them to listen to complains about faulty and poor quality stuff.Very disappointed! We feel robed by them after spending thousands of dollars here.
If I could give zero star I would, I bought set of sofa, they were damaged upon delivery, it has been more than. 2 months that I'm still waiting for the parts to arrive, every time they give me stupid excuse…. September 2nd I received half of what I order ( queen mattress and split box spring). Terrible customers services, poor management.
Bought high end refrigerator during their august tent sale day. Specifically required a no to exceed date as we are not here for the winter. Sept 12 delivery on the contract. September 14 contacted a brick was told that earliest delivery was November 29.
Want to cancel contract as they can't honor their contract terms. They came back a day later and stated it would be no later than sept 29. September 25 was contacted and told new delivery date was going to be November 29 again. Clearly the local establishment will either bait and switch or drag out issues to avoid cancellations.
I went to the store and offered a discount of $100. What good is a delivery when I will be away for months as of October. They countered we'll try to due better on the delivery. Clearly these people do not listen, either.
Demanded cancellation of the agreement and a full refund.
Contracted is now cancelled. First and certainly last visit to the Brick

The Brick advertises "have it delivered " but refused to consider delivery to my rural property which is 25 minutes from their store—likely closer than some Calgary addresses! Also price on appliance (washing machine) was $300. More than other stores. When I asked salesman about this, he said their sale ticket had fallen off & their machine was the same price as other stores! Then he put "sale price" card into a plastic sleeve—didn't look possible for it to slip out?
