We had a very good experience with The Brick on United Blvd. Coquitlam. Julie, the lady that helped us gave us an outstanding service. She is very professional, polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable in making our choice of the furniture. The furniture was delivered in the promised date and another piece arrived earlier than promised. The delivery guys, I did not get their names, were very efficient, polite and professional. They worked very fast and cleaned up the area they worked in. We would shop at the Brick again. We are happy customers.
I purchased under the specific terms of your "Don't Pay for 48 Months" promotional offer from the Barrie, On location. The negotiation and agreement I entered into was clear: I would not be required to make any payments for 48 months, and no interest or negative impact on my credit would occur during this period, provided I adhered to the terms. Unfortunately, despite following the agreed terms, I have recently discovered that The Brick has faulted on this agreement. Payments have been recorded against my account, and this has resulted in damage to my credit score. I did not expect this breach of contract and find this situation unacceptable. I have contact the branch manager, sales rep(Long) and no resolution, buyer beware of these so called "dont pay a cent"
Would never attempt to purchase from them again! Ignored my wife completely when she went by herself. When I went with her they would not leave us alone.
Made the mistake of ordering and had delivered one item. The delivery men were rude, unhelpful, and basically lazy. Needed to return it as it was damaged in the delivery, and have been waiting a month for my refund!
Go anywhere else but the Brick for your furniture or home decor
The number of problems and issues while making a purchase from the Brick in Niagara Falls would fill several pages, needless to say it was a horrible experience and I will never subject myself to them ever again. If not for the hard work of woman named Jackie, the entire order would have been returned, possibly by way of their front window. They really need to recognize how fortunate they are to have her within their highly flawed business. She is the only star they have or deserve.
Tip for consumers:
Such a horrible experience, waited months for delivery of sofa and then it didn’t match the loveseat, 3 further exchanges, all at their convince even though every mistake was made by the Brick, Wasted 20 hours over several weeks waiting for deliveries, got so bad I felt the need to meet the manager in the parking lot for fear of what I may do or say in the store. I will never make a purchase from them again and suggest others think long and hard before making a purchase from them.

Bought a TV from Brick online ordering April 30. It took them 10 days to notify me that even though it was online and in stock, there were none. They offered me another TV same price second week of May. I just got a message saying it's going to be two more weeks and I don't believe that. I've cancelled my order. Don't waste your time here.
Ordered furniture. Was given multiple confirmations of delivery timeframe. Delivery time was missed at which point I tried to call customer service (no driver contact info available and tracking was not reliable), customer service line hung up on me a couple of times and eventually got through to an agent who assured me that it would be delivered by 4pm, so I waiting another couple of hours and then at 5pm the driver cancelled. At this point I've been waiting literally all day so am really disappointed. I contact customer service who offer no solution and say it could be days before they can try send it back out. No real solution offered, meanwhile I am without furniture and down about $1700. Would never go near this company again.

I bought a bed frame from this ridiculous company The Brick. Shame on me back in August. It is now January and well I still don't have it. I have been told that if I didn't accept delivery when it fit into their schedule they would not guarantee it would be available even though it's fully paid for. I am so dissatisfied with the service. I will never shop there again and will not support any positive feedback ever.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t shop at the brick online service. The worst ever.

We returned a sofa bed because of worn material. Had to fight to get another replacement. That was Dec. Still we have no couch! We were told Jan. Then Mar. Now April! Absolute bull $#*!! We will never order from them again!
We recently purchased a washer and dryer at the Brick Kirkland. When we were called about delivery
We asked about having our dryer taken away when they delivered the new one. Angelique was very helpful in getting back to us with this information. She also helped me navigate the online payment site so I did not need to go I to the store. Thank you Angelique for being efficient, courteous & patient.
Warning would not buy couches from the Brick, I have been waiting 8 months for a couch and no one has been able to provide update on the status of my delivery. Telling the customer "next month" when you have done that for 6 months straight, is not an update. I have followed up numerous times speaking with several different people and no response to my question regarding an actual delivery time. Hard to believe a long standing Canadian Company would have such poor customer service. Let alone how is any retailer is able to advertise or sell a product they cannot deliver in 8 months baffles me. They were quick to charge me for the couch, so they have the money for it, but I am still empty handed.
Avoid yourself the headache and look elsewhere for couches.

The moment you step into the store. You are followed by desperate sales clerk who persuade you to buy warranty on your purchase. By claiming you get a give card for amount paid if you don't make a claim.
I went to get my gift card and was told it only valid with purchase of $400 before taxes.
Why would anyone spend $400 on stuff you don't need to reclaim your $139.00?
Not once did any Sales Clerk ever mention this.
Also you only have 90 days to claim to "SO-CALLED CREDIT".
Customer. BEWARE!
The Brick sells poor quality products and has deceptive Sales Clerk.
I will never shop there again.!
Firstly, they sell very poor quality furniture. The legs fell off our wing chairs within a year. Secondly, they make no effort to provide service in a timely manner. Very much regret shopping at the Brick.
Their delivery system is an absolute joke. You will get told one thing and arrange to be home then at the last possible second you get a call saying that their delivery drivers were out drinking last night and didn't feel like coming into work today. Also, I am in absolute shock that a company as big as the brick doesn't have a driver on call just in case their drivers don't feel like showing up. Guess that's what happens when high school education isn't a pre-requisite and judging by the employees, discouraged.
Tip for consumers:
go somewhere else.

I Bought a mattress that broke after a month and they keep pushing back the replacement so we now have to continue sleeping on a broken mattress for god knows how long until the brick finally decides to deliver it when they say they will.
I bought a desktop for $200at Burlington location it was the evening and I had to work the next day they sent the receipt by email and 5 days later when I was about to put it together it was missing parts and was hard to put together so I went back to the store to pay for installation but it was $200 fee for installation seriously? And they didn't care to give me a reasonable option so I denied bc that was the cost of the table and asked for my money back so I learned that I couldn't return it that I just had 2 days to return it which I didn't know this is ridiculously crazy I didn't have time to put it together right after I bought it in the evening so I lost my $200 I never will go back to the brick where they don't value customers so don't waste your money with this company I gave 1 star but I didn't wanted to give any
Tip for consumers:
The brick stole my $200 after I bought a desktop and 5 days after they refused to refund my money rude and very poor customer service

Management, floor salespeople & delivery boys's customer service performance rated at 2\10 or 1\5 stars. Attitude, aptitude & PR behaviour is everything. Your business depends on it. You do your job everyday & ought to be pro's@ it. (But you're not.) So don't expect the customer to be polite or need you or owe you respect. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen & let mature ppl do the job, or else the heat will shop elsewhere as I have done since my recent $8K purchase (regrettably) with you.
Tip for consumers:
Very poor overall customer service. Good night the (prick) brick!

We went to the Brick at South Common, Edmonton and the sign posted on the door read open at 9 A.M.We waited in the parking lot till 9 and then entered the store. We browsed around for 15 minutes before an employee approached and said we had to leave because the store did not open till 10. Never in my 50 years of shopping have I encountered a more incompetent or rude establishment. It seems they are too lazy to change the hours of business on the front door.
I purchased a sofa and arm chair. The sales associate didn't tell me I needed to pay the amount in full to guarantee a delivery date. The Operations Mgr apologized and waived my delivery fee. My delivery was delayed but I also asked for an extension two times because I wasn't very successful selling my current furniture. I'm very happy with their customer service!

We have ordered numerous things from the brick but we must say our last two experiences with our delivery men were outstanding Tim and Dan are the most professional and courteous delivery men we've ever had experience with they take their job very seriously and make sure they pay attention to detail when they're handling your furniture. I didn't even have to them to be careful on their way in because they reminded me that they will be careful because they remembered me from the last time. I had to laugh. They set everything up exactly where I wanted and were courteous enough to take away all the boxes and mess for us. I told them next time they see our address on the delivery list to make sure they are the ones who delivered our furniture for us. Sometimes hard work goes unnoticed but I must say Tim and Dan are hard-working professional young men and we appreciate everything they do. Keep up the great work and kudos to you Tim and Dan!
Bought a lazy chair from Kirkland place. Arrogant sellers, unfriendly and rude. Had a problem with the receipt:
Customer's service unreachable by phone and e-mail not answered by the main office.
An Advice: Make sure you read all the papers before you sign! Don't take it for granted!
With the wonderful help of Emily at the Moncton N. B location we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. We even got it at a sale price which fit our budget. She was super helpful and gave us her full attention! Thanks for your service Emily. S
We purchased thousands of dollars in appliances 5 1/2 years ago, including an expensive LG steam washer / dryer set and purchased the 5 year extended warranty for $350…. We clarified specifically at the purchase time that the warranty would be for 5 years AFTER the manufacturer's 1 year warranty. Surprise surprise…NOW they're telling us that the 5 year warranty is actually only a 4 year warranty because the first year is concurrent with the manufacturer's warranty. Oh, but they offered to make us a ‘good deal' on purchasing a new washer and dryer from them. As if we'd buy a stick of gum from them …. Never had shopped at the Brick prior to these purchases and never will do business there again. Terrible after sales service! Buyer definitely beware when shopping at the Brick.

Bought a new fridge 5 weeks ago and stopped working. They schedule a tech to come out in 9 days. No concern for the customer being without a fridge for that long and nowhere to put their food. If it had been older perhaps but 5 weeks old. Disgusting service. Never shop there again

I went into the Brick to purchase a NEW box spring. I found that they had some one sale as the style was discontinued. I bought one and rented a u-haul and hired someone to help me bring it home. Upon bringing it home and removing the plastic, I found that the fabric was ripped in two places and stained.
I could have had a free box spring online from craigslist or marketplace in better condition.
Why buy anything from the Brick when it's in such terrible condition?
Tip for consumers:
Don't ever buy anything from this store it's not worth the trouble and cost to the customer to deal with and handle the issues and damage to the terrible products they sell.

Purchased a sectional couch from the brick, built by dynasty furniture in Calgary. Paid $4000.00 for this garbage! We live in northern Ontario so the closest brick is 2.5 hrs from us. So here is our story, couch had blemishes upon in packaging it. Called customer service they gave us a rebate. 2 weeks later go to make the bed portion of this couch, while crawling across it a board breaks inside this unit ( I only weigh 170 pds) I'm not a big guy. So we contact the brick to let them know about this and they tell us there's nothing they can do, we explain to them that the couch is only a month old! They proceeded to tell us we're out of luck. FYI we are a older couple and do not have small children jumping or bouncing around on our furniture. So the moral of this story is stay far away from the brick and dynasty furniture out of Calgary.

I bought an open box Laundry centre in Dec 2021 and it was installed in January 2022. Since that time the machine didn't work at all and the Brick doesn't accept any responsibility for that and says the Manufacture has to take care about it. It is almost three months that I haven't laundry machine. What is your Judgement?
We purchased a sofa from the brick had it two weeks when the arm let go now they want us to have it repaired instead of replacing it will never buy another article from these people. Why should I have someone come in and have something that's brand new torn apart and fixed instead of replacing stay away from this place instead of throwing away over 3000.oo dollars like we done
