We had a very good experience with The Brick on United Blvd. Coquitlam. Julie, the lady that helped us gave us an outstanding service. She is very professional, polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable in making our choice of the furniture. The furniture was delivered in the promised date and another piece arrived earlier than promised. The delivery guys, I did not get their names, were very efficient, polite and professional. They worked very fast and cleaned up the area they worked in. We would shop at the Brick again. We are happy customers.
I purchased under the specific terms of your "Don't Pay for 48 Months" promotional offer from the Barrie, On location. The negotiation and agreement I entered into was clear: I would not be required to make any payments for 48 months, and no interest or negative impact on my credit would occur during this period, provided I adhered to the terms. Unfortunately, despite following the agreed terms, I have recently discovered that The Brick has faulted on this agreement. Payments have been recorded against my account, and this has resulted in damage to my credit score. I did not expect this breach of contract and find this situation unacceptable. I have contact the branch manager, sales rep(Long) and no resolution, buyer beware of these so called "dont pay a cent"
They slipped in payment insurance papers with the whack of other papers that I had to sign even though I told the salesperson over and over I did not want insurance of ANY kind. Checked my account a few months later and they were slapping on $50 insurance a month on a $108 a month payment. Disgusting! Now I've been paying interest on it for three years. No one will help! Customer service could care less.
I took delivery of a 60" TV during the Black Friday Sales. It was delivered broken. Because I took it out of the box 3 days later, I was told tough luck, no refund. I noted the box was damaged upon delivery, and was still told tough luck, that I should have called within 48 hours.
They delivered an unusable, expensive product. I ordered a usable, expensive TV.

Bought my furniture 2 months in advance to have it delivered to my new home whe we moved in. The brick phoned me five times trying to deliver before we move in. Now we will be sleeping on the floor for two days before they can deliver. Their customer service screwed up and is terrible

My parents had a very good experience with sales person but after sales service like delivery and delivery damage issues they had a very bad experience at the brick oulet with their first purchase of sofa set
Operations manager Kayla Cumming is very rude with the salesperson in front of my parents. They have big time language barrier, but they understand that Salesperson tried to help my parents, and she was speaking behalf of them to her, and she was so rude to her and refuse to take her decision back.
My Parents (senior people)bought the sofaset and it was delivered unfortunately sofa was too big my mom told the delivery team very clearly not to force inside our house but the delivery team never listened they forced the sofa and brought inside with damages so my parents called to inform about incident and went to the location and informed our problems instead of replacing the sofa to the next smaller size which they did they bought cheaper sofa, then they bought.
Kayla charged them $ 900 as restocking fee which is totally unacceptable for a customer to pay within a day of purchasing a new sofa
Eventhough my parents told the delivery team not to take inside.
The Brick management has to take this matter seriously and refund senior people money of restocking fee for no reason of the customer because delivery team forced inside their house eventhough they told them not to bring inside

I had a washer dryer combo delivered on April 10,2022. They didn't install it? But hooked it up and left in the middle of the doorway to the laundry room blocking access to the room. Wish I could attach the pictures but they are on my other laptop at home, After 7 attempts by phone and 4 emails I finally spoke with someone. They told me that the proper installation will cost me another $210? That is an exorbitant amount of money for 20 minutes work. And this is on top of the $90 delivery charge. I told them to just come and pick it up. Nope, couldn't do that. I was promised a credit which I will never see and had a friend do the installation. This is my first purchase from the Brick and it will be my last purchase!

We bought a Maytag dishwasher from The Brick and after 3 years, it broke. It is a very common issue, the internet is full of complaints on this unit for the same issue. We bought the extended warranty that The Brick sells, it is from King& State who uses Transglobal repair service. Transglobal took all the info through their portal, I described the issue well, and I expected the the tech arrive with parts. It took ten days to get a tech and he just looked at it and left. It's going on the third week and still waiting. The warranty service from The Brick's offering is for the birds. Recently bought an LG range and waited 3 months, it never came. I cancelled it, and went to Home Depot and had it in a week, and $200 cheaper with a better warranty.

She was clearly experienced in helping customers narrow down the choices without confusing us or pressuring us.

Bhavya is nice young sales person he tried hard enough to show us the stuff closest to our requirements we got nice stuff on great price he is a very hard working guy, even though he had a day off but he showed up just to be sure we get everything promised at great price! Hats off!

Very Disappointed with The Brick, and how they do business when it comes to Extended warranty,(I did not want it) but salesperson Li, put it on my bill anyway. I told her I didn't want it. She then says i'll get it back in store credit when warranty expires. But Li, failed to tell me that I had to purchase a minimum of $400 to get the store credit. I asked to speak with Manager, he says nothing I can do about. Shady af. Will be telling people about this forever. I too work with people everyday.
We bought putty sofa from the brick and their pet sentence while selling the things is "u should buy warranty as u have kids" we bought warranty for five years and foam of the sofa got saggy within 1 year and ripping of the cloth started even within 6 months when we claimed our warranty they refused to provide it as they told its just normal wear and tear means we wasted our warranty money... their dealing and warranty is just SPAM

I will never shop at The Brick every again, I purchased bar stool, got home and noticed I needed counter stools instead. I got it for 90$ the next day the price went up. Went in to do a regular swap for the same stool just smaller. And they told me I had to pay the different cause it went up in price. And I Could not get my refund. It was not like I was asking for a different stool that is more in money. Exactly the same, just counter not bar. Worst experience ever. First and last…
Yesterday we received our order of beautiful furniture from The Brick in Huntsville Ontario. As seniors we ran into a glitch. Keldyn came to assist us and solved the problem. He was accommodating, professional and polite. His personal assistance was greatly appreciated.

I bought a sound bar and it was very low quality. They did not inform me that I cannot return it after testing it out at home. I am very dissatisfied with the service and a white women was smirking at me all the while. No I will not be purchasing any products from them again. It was very hateful and racist. Please go else where to buy products if your a brown person.
Delivery was on time. TheBrick was consistent with updates & delivery time. However, upon delivery I was very disappointed to hear my marble dining table was broken & needed replacing. I was advised breakage was common for this item but there were lots in stock. After so much communication I was disappointed no one contacted me for replacement. I then started calling. No one at the Regent store where I purchased answers. I then cld call centre where after 15 minutes of putting me ok hold, they advised replacement expected 2-3 wks. Now they have my money, absolutely no more customer service. I know of horror stories from friends saying replacements can take up to 6 months with TheBrick. I will also state if this table isn't replaced by mid Sept as promised, I will return in person. I will post a daily review to warn others why not to buy from this store.
I posted on facebook how I will never buy from the brick again I got the extended warranty they came and looked at the table at that point they said we should get a new table and 2 weeks later they want more money to try and fix it so don't get the warranty
Reserved a delivery date 2 weeks ago and on the delivery day was informed they received the order and the order would delivered 7 days later. I toke a day off waiting for delivery now I need to take another day off for delivery... sorry but wasted enough time and money. Don't waste time calling support, zero customer care you will get voice box. Stay away from brick. Cie like this need to go bankrupt!
Paid $900 for a couch online back in August 2020. Here we are March 13 2021 and still waiting. Keep getting the run around and the date keeps getting bumped. All they tell me is I can come in and pick something else out. I want the one I ordered. I will never order from this company ever again. 7 months and counting is totally unacceptable. I purchased a fridge from the brick, the delivery guys used heavy duty metal dolly to bring the fridge to inside the house. They damaged the hardwood floor (deep scratches), I provided clear photos and video clips showing metal dolly was used for the delivery inside the house & The Brick denied my clime after 2 weeks just by emailing me with no reply email address. The whole process was like a nightmare. Very unprofessional Delivery staff and rude and unfriendly customer service. Very Disappointing experience. Won't buy from the brick again. Buyer be aware.
Our fridge stopped ten days ago and no body has contacted me from their service provider "King and state". I've sent them voice messages, emails, filled their online service request firm, tried escalating though the Brick store but nobody has got back to me. Meanwhile we are without a functional bridge (Frigidaire fridge that broke down after just one year) and had to throw away all the food. Very bad experience dealing with The Brick. Never buying anything from them ever again.
We bought a galanz dryer in april... in may 3 weeks after, the locking mechanism that keeps the door closed broke. Paid an extra 160 for the warranty... they dont cover it been on the phone and email with the company... well today is July 16. Still no sign of anyone coming to fix it. I love the brick, bought a ton of stuff from them but nothing has broken... this has been bs... be careful on your warranty
We ordered a coffe table & end table in February. Estimated delivery was mid-April. Because of the time delay we made a down payment. April came and no tables. At that time they demanded full payment or the price would go up. We paid now delivery is July 18th. That date came, no delivery. We had to call. Now delivery date is September. We asked for a refund fearing that delivery in September would be again put off. The Brick is working with my money. We are getting absolutely no satisfaction.

The delivery people took it out of the box on the driveway. I never had a chance to see it because I was to busy trying to unconnect water hose. Delivery guy cuts it, takes old fridge an reminds me they have deliveries today. I only open the useless fridge after their gone and my son has put the handles on the door. Called the store where purchased and got the stock answer about returns. I wanted an upgrade at my expense, but no. The sales person who sold this should be ashamed. This useless piece of crap is only suitable kids in rental accommodation not families. Shame on the brick and cheap landlords.

If nothing else they are consistant with awful service.we are left without anything to sit on for over a week because the delivery guys were incompetent.expected delivery today only to be told that it was cancelled, then hD another call confirming delivery for next week.nobody knows what's going on. Getting our money back and going elsewhere...strongly recommend not dealing with the brick
