We had a very good experience with The Brick on United Blvd. Coquitlam. Julie, the lady that helped us gave us an outstanding service. She is very professional, polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable in making our choice of the furniture. The furniture was delivered in the promised date and another piece arrived earlier than promised. The delivery guys, I did not get their names, were very efficient, polite and professional. They worked very fast and cleaned up the area they worked in. We would shop at the Brick again. We are happy customers.
I purchased under the specific terms of your "Don't Pay for 48 Months" promotional offer from the Barrie, On location. The negotiation and agreement I entered into was clear: I would not be required to make any payments for 48 months, and no interest or negative impact on my credit would occur during this period, provided I adhered to the terms. Unfortunately, despite following the agreed terms, I have recently discovered that The Brick has faulted on this agreement. Payments have been recorded against my account, and this has resulted in damage to my credit score. I did not expect this breach of contract and find this situation unacceptable. I have contact the branch manager, sales rep(Long) and no resolution, buyer beware of these so called "dont pay a cent"
I have been a Brick customer for many years, purchased many mattresses and box spring and also a sofa and chair. However, i have had quite an experience with the recent mattress set purchase.
In trying to talk to customer service and explain my position, i found "Gina" tone very loud and argumentative.
I am shocked on this, Customer Service is critical to business, especially during COVID times.
Avoid purchasing anything from this location. Idiots wasting time trying to push a worthless warranty and refusing to void coverage. F sakes what a waste of 2 hours of my time. My wife was so pissed off at the incompetence of the sales associate that we literally had to walked out without purchasing a dining set.

Purchased a dishwasher from The Brick. When it was being installed the technician advised that it was damaged and could not be used. I told him to stop the installation but he continued. I advised The Brick and was told the installation was my responsibility even though it was sold as part of the entire package and they refused to return the $289 charged. I contacted The Brick Edmonton who did nothing. There is no customer service and the arrogant and rude manager insisted it was my fault that I did not stop the installation in time! How do they get away with this lack of service? NEVER again will I buy and the Brick.

The brick offers refund 5 years used warranty is really a big joke. You have to claim it within 90 days that is expired. But there is no notification. End up, the refund is not offered. What a big joke. Don't buy any warranty.

I paid for a tv a month ago. Waiting for delivery. The delivery day passed. I called them at the Newmarket location. They told me the tv wasn't available. Wow!
They had no problem taking my money. Not one email to tell me this. I will never again shop there. And I will spread the news. Worst customer experience. Ever!
Worst place ever to buy anything. Customer service is the worst. Bout a couch over a month ago the put the wrong pieces on it so it won't go together. The arms for it are not attached because of this. Waited over three weeks for them to get back to me and nothing. So went back to the store and they send someone out to look at it. Then they call me and say the wrong pieces are on it. Well Duh. Waist of a call there. Then they say we gotta look into it to see when we can get the right parts. Well going on four days and of course no call. So my advice is shop anywhere but the Brick. The Brick in Vegreville is the worst. They really need people with customer experience. That how my couch sits.

The leather sofa and chair and recliner and sectional were all bonded leather. I asked if it was genuine leather and the salesman said yes. I was tricked but did not know until the bonded leather started to peel like bonded cardboard
The TV's bought were the cheapest quality of the particular brand and four broke in 2-5 years
Side tables, shelving and even picture frame pictures all fell apart in a few years
Now fortunately I can afford to spend lots more money and get High quality at high quality stores
You can afford it do not buy from cheap quality brick and spend a few hundred from finer furniture stores

Brick cannot guarantee the delivery date at all. Initially they give you date but it can delay a lot and they will not inform you. I ordered many items las October and I received some in December and others in February and finally rest in April. Also most of the items comes in good packing but the actual items are not finished good. They supposed to reimburse me but it takes a lot of your time to get them. Still now I did not receive some of it. I already requested to change my mattresses after a month i still did not receive them where as I was told i will get them on May 5. I went to store to discuss since they did not informed me but customer service is so horrible. I sent an email to the store on May 10 until now no reply then I sent an email to a specific employee also no reply. They take the payment immediately but it takes so long for refund and delivery. I would not recommend Brick to any one anymore and I will never buy anything else.

Received my sofa and 2 new chairs on August 11, received the replacement chair finally on September 28 and I noticed today there is a flaw in the chair today... waiting to hear from them on what they will be doing about thr chair and still waiting for the replacement sofa. I will never get furniture from them again
I purchased two full aize sofas with the extra protection warranty on both. I did not notice the frame on the arm was broken within the first 72 hours therefore no replacement. The service gentleman told me it can only be repaired despite it obviously being dropped and broken prior to delivery. The broken frame is not visible you have to lean on the arm on the couch than it collapses! So the wooden frame the very structure of the couch is broken... the stores response was "you should have followed policy". Oh and I can not return them if the repair man feels it is fixed. Get this, if they can not be repaired they will refund my money at a deprecated value! So not a full refund! They deliver a broke couch, and don't want to replace it despite spending the money on a warranty. DO NOT purchase from the BRICK. Awful quality and awful customer service!
We went there looking for all new kitchen appliances and came back very satisfied. Nadine was our salesperson and she helped us throughout the entire process. We loved everything she showed as and we loved everyone's cooperation there to help us pick out our appliances. Very satisfied with their service.

I didn't even want to put that 1 star. Was on call with with them and their $#*!ing representative hung up on us after being jerk cause he couldn't respond to our question. These people really need to get rid of these type of people who can't even represent their own company in a proper manner. Absolutely disgusted with job and never again I would recommend this company to anyone. I don't normally write reviews but Susanna at the Shawnessy Store in Calgary deserves a gold star rating. I was having issues with getting an answer on when someone would assemble a table. I wasn't in a panic, just needed a date. I called numerous times and talked to other customer service people with no luck and nor return phone calls. Susanna promised she would solve my problem and return my call immediately. She did as promised. A lovely person with a great laugh. An absolute pleasure to deal with.
We bought a home, possession August 2020. We needed to completely furnish it. Right from the onset of our initial meeting in late June with Mariya and throughout to the completion of the items being delivered she was courteous, knowledgeable and kind. She was always clear in her communication. She informed us upfront that due to Covid, they were seeing an impact in delays for months being created. Upon receiving our dining room set, my husband and I realized we made a mistake in ordering the wrong dining room set. We contacted Mariya and asked what we could do. She spoke with the her boss Jason and we were able to return the set and order the one we wanted. We were always kept abreast of the situation on delays. We also realized this was not just happening to us but thousands of people ordering furniture across our Country. We received the last item we ordered mid January 2021. We were due to receive our brand new couch on Dec 21st, 2022 but delivery was posponed until the following day due to the snow. My wife took the day off work to receive the couch but no delivery arrived.
I phoned the Brick and was put through to the shipping department. I spoke with an extremely helpful and polite woman by the name of Sam. She apologised profusely for the error. Not only did she personally guarantee delivery for the following Saturday but also refunded my $90 delivery charge
True to her word the delivery arrived and $90 was credited to my charge card.

We ordered a dishwasher from the Brick in March this year and it still isn't in. They keep giving us later dates and they blame it all on Covid! My son ordered the exact same dishwasher from Home depot and exactly 1 week later his dishwasher came in and was delivered right to his house and put into his kitchen.
I will NEVER be ordering anything from The brick again. The service there sucks!
Recently, we have purchased furniture online from the Brick and have experienced very non-professional support from the company. Beds came with some technical problems, and they would not fit in our kids room. Also, the support layer for the matrix was very weak and was not convenient to sleep on. The company did not agree to take back the beds, and neither offered spring box for the beds. Their response to customers is very slow, poor customer service via phone, and unclear guidance for purchasing additional parts for the furniture. I don't recommend this company as trustworthy for online purchase of the furnitures.

This is a not trustworthy company for online purchases, and the companies return policy is fake. They claim they care about their clients, but that is not true. In our case, they did not return the products even thought their products had technical problems, and their sales online are not accurate-they don't tell all the story and products come with missing parts. I was not happy with this company service.

I purchased a mattress 4 yrs ago Beauty rest hotel series. I paid 1463. 33 and it was suppose to have a 10 warranty. It has a big dip in the middle so the inspector came to look at it and stated it wasn't supported enough. I have a solid wood frame with 3 cross boards for support. The box string has no dip at all because this bed is well supported. Now I can't believe they aren't going to cover the warranty and I also just made a 1400. 00 purchase so I'm so upset I my return my purchase!
This shop has a terrible customer service. They delivered the bed after 3 weeks. The package was missing 4 pieces. The missing piece will take 2-3 weeks. So now we are only sleeping on the mattress in the living area as the incomplete bed frame has taken all the space. They sent us a mirror which was damaged. DONT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!
Last week I picked up a coffee table that I purchased on line. When I got home I opened the box and determined that the table top was not the white color I had ordered so I returned it to the newmarket location where I had picked it up. I met with Akay, the operations manager who gave me excellent service. He processed my refund and in a few days the credit appeared on my visa statements. Because of his excellent service I will continue to shop at the brick in the future.
Received a couch and table set from the brick on April 21. Couch is awesome.
Table top has two noticable marks on it and two seat cushions are torn.
I phoned that day and for days later I phoned back to an insulting offer of $80 off a $700 table set.
I emailed the brick four business days ago and still no reply. Yet it states within two business days.
