We had a very good experience with The Brick on United Blvd. Coquitlam. Julie, the lady that helped us gave us an outstanding service. She is very professional, polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable in making our choice of the furniture. The furniture was delivered in the promised date and another piece arrived earlier than promised. The delivery guys, I did not get their names, were very efficient, polite and professional. They worked very fast and cleaned up the area they worked in. We would shop at the Brick again. We are happy customers.

“Don't pay a cent! Scam!”

I purchased under the specific terms of your "Don't Pay for 48 Months" promotional offer from the Barrie, On location. The negotiation and agreement I entered into was clear: I would not be required to make any payments for 48 months, and no interest or negative impact on my credit would occur during this period, provided I adhered to the terms. Unfortunately, despite following the agreed terms, I have recently discovered that The Brick has faulted on this agreement. Payments have been recorded against my account, and this has resulted in damage to my credit score. I did not expect this breach of contract and find this situation unacceptable. I have contact the branch manager, sales rep(Long) and no resolution, buyer beware of these so called "dont pay a cent"

I bought a mattress last year around $900 from Beacon hill Brick store. The mattress started giving me back pain and I contacted them. The staff sent me a link to fill it and put pictures of the mattress. According to them the mattress should be sinked till 1.5 inches then only they will think about it. They didn't care about my health and my back pain. I sent 2 times the picture of the mattress that showed it went down till 1 inch. I feel like it is my biggest mistake to buy from brick. I could rather buy from Costco. Very bad customer service.

I bought a master guard cool touch mattress protector online. When I went for pickup, the seller told me they don't have the right one for a specific bed size. But they said they had another type of mattress protected which had the exact same qualities, but just with a different picture. Then when I arrived at home I tried this mattress protector out, and it did not have the cool touch, and was not waterproof. And when I called the store, the seller told us they could not do anything because it was "final sale" and the sellers name was Victoria.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this site it’s a one star.

I had a very bad experience with brick in 2021 when they did not deliver one item but insisted they did. Also I had a very bad experience this year, they delivered some damaged items to my home, made some damages to my home, sent very rude delivery guys to my home. Still I am in the middle of a dispute with them through my representative. I never go to Bricks in future. This store is awful.

I had the best experience dealing with Anmar at The Brick. He was great at answering all of my questions and very patient too. I know I was able to trust his recommendations as he is an honest person. I will definitely be shopping at The Brick again and would love to deal with Anmar again! My husband and I had a problem at the brick in niagara falls. We were ready to walk out without purchasing 2 rocker recliners. Our sales lady Pretty got her manager. Jackie the manager came over and spoke to us and did what ever she could to make us happy and keep us for future business. We walked out very happy customers and will absolutely make purchases from the brick. They care about their customers and that showed it to us. I bought 2 Derekson bed frames and furniture to go along with it. (Night stands, dresser etc...). I was SUPER impressed with the quality of this product. The price was amazing and I was afraid I'd get a low quality product but this furniture is amazing. Far exceeded my expectations. It was my first time purchasing at The Brick. Everything from customer service to delivery and follow-up to the product itself was phenomenal. Delivered on time in perfect condition. Based on what I experienced, I would highly recommend. I realize that may not be the case for many but I truly am blown away by how all of this went for me. And all done online and over the phone with Brick reps. My night stand was on backorder and wasn't supposed to come for weeks. They called less than a week later to deliver. So happy with this purchase!

Very pleasant when I called to ask if they had the stove I was looking at, on line. They said they would have it there in I believe 5 days. It didn't arrive then and I had to wait until the next week. I was not pleased as I wanted to bake and it was the oven on my original stove that was not giving the heat properly.
Finally it arrived and we went to pick it up. They did have a man to help my husband (we're seniors so very appreciative of that. Overall we were pleased. Of course we did get the very cheapest kitchen stove. That was all we could afford. We did get it home and it is working very well. I think its very cheap material and the aluminum drip pans are too cheaply made. I would have preferred them to be of a different metal so they would be sturdier. We bought a very cheap one and it is working well. So Im happy. I can bake again.

Very bad pickup system and customer service desk unprofessional at all. 50 minutes to receive pillow in a small box, delivery man was shouting because I ringed the bell twice. And 20 minutes on the customer service desk to talk to someone. Customer service manager's reply was "go and file complain online"

I purchased a bed less than a year ago and it is already sinking in! I bought it during the Black Friday sale for $1700. I was told it was a $3000 dollar bed before the sale price. I am very disappointed with my purchase. It should not be sinking in after less than a year! It started just a few months after purchasing. I will not purchase anything from the brick again!

The Brick Coquitlam is using unethical business practices in the way they « offer you deals ». Customer service was pathetic, telling us 6 times that he will call us back and never did.

We will NEVER do business with the Brick again!

Angela, has been very helpful and efficient. Many thanks for your help and service! I had a bad experience with the salesman with my table and Angela diffused the situation and ensured that I was ok because the salesman upset me immensely in trying to rip me off big time. Angela took it upon herself to help snd ensure that I received the best customer service

4 years ago I bought a tv for 170$.At that time I was told that if I bought the extended warranty and if I did not use it,I could get a refund of $50.When I went to get my refund I was told that it was not a refund but a store credit.Lesson get it in writing

Wait times are very long for furniture (we were told 4 months and are now being told 8 months), All the while, the website says the same sofa is available within 6 weeks. We have spoken with the store. They are well aware that everything is severely backordered. It seems clear The Brick is overselling products they don't have access to, lying about the wait times so people continue buying but have no idea they will be waiting months and months for their items to come in.

I ordered a sectional from the brick. Love the sectional, but the left/right facing was confusing when ordering online. I looked at their pictures and ordered a right facing. When it arrived their team set up the sectional while I was upstairs. I looked and everything works and was in good shape so i sent them on their way. Upon looking at the layout I realize it's the wrong way (we needed a left). I immediately called the brick, as we haven't even sat on it, and they wanted to charge me $861 to make the switch because it was out of packaging and there were no defects. ABSOLUTELY NOT. They then called back and said $681. We were lead to believe we had 48hours to decide with the couch, not just defects.
I've ordered couches from many places and with it being brand new and just an exchange of parts, i cannot believe how this all played out, and that this is their policy.
Severely disappointed and will never give the brick another dime and I suggest no one else does either.

Purchased on sept 1 2022, guaranteed pickup on sept 11, then sept 16, then end of month, they would not take my calls, asked me to email Tara from PR dept, did so no response, the brick needs to be charged with fraud along with leons who owns them. Terrible people to deal with

We got a sofa table, queen bed, dinning table and chairs from Brick and the quality is pathetic. The bed has nails coming out of the headboard, the chairs wobble and the sofa table has some different nuts and we can not even assemble it. I will never recommend brick furniture to anyone.
When I called customer care that I need to return it, they said they can't take it back once the box is opened.
How am I suppose to know about the quality of the product without opening it?
Don't buy from brick.

I went to the brick store and bought a mattress which is low profile. They delivered the wrong thickness mattress. They refused return. They wanted me to buy another mattress from them. I will buy them a much cheaper mattress and I will never go back to the brick.

I bought a sofa bed in January 2021 and a week after is broken. It took 1 month for the technician to come and check it. He said is not repairable. After another month of waiting, I called, and they told me a replace will come at end of July. At end of July, I had to go to the store and the new date for deliver the replacement will be end of September. At the beginning of September, I received a call telling me that there is no replacement, and I will get a credit from the store. I had to go and discuss with them that I don't want a credit and I wanted my money back. After a long discussion finally the agreed to give me my money back that I still waiting. Please don't buy anything from the Brick!

Bought a fridge and oven from the Brick today. Had a great experience. My sales representative Preeti Ghatge was very professional and found me the best deal. She did her homework and saved me over 400 dollars on my sale. I would highly recommend Preeti to my friends and family for their furniture needs. Thank you again Preeti. Sales people almost worship you just to buy stuff from the store. As soon as you buy it they're gone. We bought 3k worth of furniture, stocks are 3 months or so wait, delivery arrived. They have to send to young skinny drivers and lift up all dining chairs and a MARBLE dining table. Note: PURE MARBLE. But of course the 2 skinny guys said it is not part of their job to assemble it! Whereas we PAID thousands of dollars and they expect us to assemble a very heavy marble dining table where 10 people can lift it up to assemble it. 20x we called to customer service and of course-transfer here and there! We have to drive all the way to the store and talk to the staff and all is done in 5 mins. We were complaining where the heck are the staff that when we call nobody answers and here in the office all of them are just chatting/sitting on the desk! Poor poor customer service! No wonder there always new people in their store

Horrible delivery scheduled with no shows and no one answer the phone, waited the entire day for my delivery and nothing. Didn't even bother to call to say they won't show up. No one picks up the phone, they are honestly very bad.

I ordered online because there was a great sale and check it over and over again for an hour before I place an order and they accepted it, i got email notification that they are processing my order. Then 12 hrs later I got an email from *******@brick.com that they cancelled my order due to error pricing!
I called the head quarters in Edmonton and the guy who answered was so arrogant telling me there was an error if we will give it to you for that price we will have no business anymore! What kind if customer service is that?
I'm. Very frustrated!

I bought new washing machine from your company. I does not work and after contacting the whrilpool company they said I should wait 6 weeks for spare part. How brand new unit and does not work. How is your branch in Guelph say we have nothing to do for you. Now and 2.5 month without laundry because I purchased washing machine from you. I need a solution.
