We had a very good experience with The Brick on United Blvd. Coquitlam. Julie, the lady that helped us gave us an outstanding service. She is very professional, polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable in making our choice of the furniture. The furniture was delivered in the promised date and another piece arrived earlier than promised. The delivery guys, I did not get their names, were very efficient, polite and professional. They worked very fast and cleaned up the area they worked in. We would shop at the Brick again. We are happy customers.
I purchased under the specific terms of your "Don't Pay for 48 Months" promotional offer from the Barrie, On location. The negotiation and agreement I entered into was clear: I would not be required to make any payments for 48 months, and no interest or negative impact on my credit would occur during this period, provided I adhered to the terms. Unfortunately, despite following the agreed terms, I have recently discovered that The Brick has faulted on this agreement. Payments have been recorded against my account, and this has resulted in damage to my credit score. I did not expect this breach of contract and find this situation unacceptable. I have contact the branch manager, sales rep(Long) and no resolution, buyer beware of these so called "dont pay a cent"
Purchased a LG fridge with an extended warrenty, died < 4yrs. Service tried to fix it 6 times! Still broken. King and State finally offered me $700.00 to replace it via the Brick. What company thinks I can live without a fridge for 2-3months?! K+S is offering the fee towards a replacement, the Brick refuses to put the $ towards anything else which I would prefer... Pathetic. I will never shop there again!
The company is a joke! They don't honour their insurance, I had a problem with my couch within a year, they send over the "couch doctor" and he sits on my couch, tells me it's probably the foam, doesn't do anything else and he's gone in less in 5 min. The brick says they wouldn't cover it tried saying it wasn't covered. How is not covered when you buy a new couch and within a year the support is gone. They are will rip you off
I moved from bc to alberta and had to purchase all new furniture. I went to the brick in Red Deer to purchase livingroom bedroom and kitchen furniture. Initially i was quite unhappy with the service until i happened to talk with a very excellent customer service sales rep. She sorted out all my complaints to my satisfaction. Went above and beyond to satisfy me. I just recently purchased more furniture for a second bedroom and again Danielle G showed excellent customer service and made me completely happy. This young lady is the reason I went back to the Brick for more furniture. They should be very proud to have her working for them.
This company is the worst. There company name really suites there products. THE BRICK. Sinks right to the bottom. They sell after market products. No one in customer service knows what they are doing. Two couches which i bought both had to be reshipped again. After maunfactor defects. People. Please spend the extra $1000 or more and get QUAILTY products, Just not at this store!
Once you paid them, they avoid and ignore you. Installation and pickup was included but it wasn't done. They give you the runaround and keep changing their answers. I have zero confidence in them and don't believe what they tell you, because once you paid them it's over. If you must purchase from them make sure it's COD to ensure they complete their tasks!

Excellent Service and especially the support provided by Miss Simranjeet Sandhu, in handling the issues related to The brick installation team, which is actually a very horrible experience.
These guys are actually the most useless, skulk, slouch and kaamchor peoples, when they came for assembly of bed and installation of stove.
I even paid extra money for installation and removal of stove, but these suckers denied to remove the stove. Please see the attached receipt of payment.
Despite all these useless people around, one person was always stood besides me and helped me to navigate through the system and always felt sorry for what these delivery, installation and assembly people would be doing.

When you order an item, they call and tell you it is in and you can come and get it but it isn't there. I'm sorry you borrowed a van and took off work but you can come back tomorrow. Customer service? I will call you tomorrow when it is in. Wouldn't want to be accountable for your mistake. Maybe offer delivery?
We purchased a tv from the brick that was damaged upon opening. Because we waited for then 48hrs to open the tv they said there was nothing they would do to help us. We were never told about the 48hr policy verbally or in writing. Nothing on the bill of sale to show this. Blamed us for the damage even though we sent them pictures of the 0hrs used on the tv. We had shopped with them for over 20 years and they would not do anything. Even the sales associate said they could have taken back to tv and wrote it off under damages but they simply chose not to. We will never shop with them again.

Is it not the usual practice on a manufacturer warranty the replacement is between the customer and the manufacturer. Came into store for a reselection mattress on warranty non pro rated as the mattress was about a year old. They said I had an instore credit for 2129. 00. So to get a new mattress from stearns and foster had to pick something on sale. The price of mattresses of course went up considerably and ended up paying another $1000 as the sale price was 2699. 00. I am not impressed with their mattress warranty policy. They use it as a way to profit from a warranty. If i had picked one that was not on sale
I would have paid double. The way a warranty is handled is replacement from manufacturer is authorized and the mattress reselection choice is given. They will not see me anymore. Not a good policy.
We purchase all of our home furnishings and appliances through the Brick's Chain Lake Drive location and I also use them for office furnishings for my business. Very impressed with both the products and the customer service. Staff we have dealt with include Aislinn and Alyssa- very knowledgeable and helpful assistance.

Bought a couch with an extended warranty, the service rep came to the house and looked at it and agreeded that it was defective and put in a report. After no action they informed us that the foam was not under warranty. The cushions are built into the couch and are a part of the construction. My wife was complaining to the supervisor and she hung up on her. Horrible customer service and felt like we were scammed. Do not deal with the Brick.

I purchased appliances back in December. Had it not been for my sales rep Johanne Lafleur, I may have given up hope on getting my appliances. Johanne has a calmness about her and she is able to appease any situation. She followed up on my delivery and was able to provide an update. She is knowledgeable and an expert in her domain. I recommend going to see her at the Boisbriand location
I bought a sony bravia 75" from brick. They forced for extended warrenty for 3 yr if anything happen with the tv then they fix or change the tv. But now after 2 yr my tv screen is going to blank then i call to brick they said go to sony. Sony said go to brick, they all are shaking hand from covering the warrenty. Now anyone can suggest me what i can do?. Very very bad experience with the brick.

I had a disgusting experience with their two afro delivery men who were extremely rude and unprofessional. Right from the beginning they were constantly complaining and whining about everything like spoiled little j**ks, and one started cursing using God's name in vain when I wished to inspect the appliance. They almost roughly 'dropped' it from the truck but did not when they saw me watching, and did not use a ramp to unload and they dirtied my appliance on the slushy road. They rushed me to sign the paper, unwilling to give me a minute to check the appliance and started whining again, acting as if they were more important than the customers. Without us, these two entitled creeps would have no job.
Because of their crude behavior, I did not feel safe letting them enter my home but had them leave the appliance on my doorstep and dragged it in myself, despite my having paid the delivery cost. I wish I had filmed their bad attitude for social media. The Brick should be careful who they hire for deliveries. I will never again buy from them and am telling everyone I know about this.

I buy a match sectional sofa with cafe table april 9, the sectional sofa deliver on time, the cafe table not available that time, sales person told me that the cafe table available in 2 to 3 weeks, that's why we agree the get the both, after 2 weeks i follow up my order, customer service told me not available until the first week of May, on 2nd weeks of May follow up again, customer service told me not available again till the end of May, now today is the end of May i call the customer service and they told me that the item will not avail until june last week, the offer me to replace another item, but i wait the item for so long because i want the item. I don't like the promises. My item didn't show up yet, I am very disappointed.

There was initially a long delay between the delivery of our new frontal washer-dryer set and its installation onto pedestals because of a lack of coordination between Brick delivery and the installation subcontractor (Quick Contractors). The delay was improved (reduced from 8 days down to 6 days) after we talked to Brick Customer Service. Upon installation, we noticed damage on one of the pedestals, a situation which was quickly resolved to our satisfaction by Brick Customer Service.
Do not have your product delivered. Sales people are great but the 3rd party delivery is ridiculous. I would not sign the papers because they refused to take away the old fridge. They threatened to take back the new fridge they had delivered if I didn't sign off! I told them that it was paid for and they are not allowed to reenter the premises. They gave four different reasons why they wouldn't take the fridge back; not clean... so I cleaned it... no room in truck... fridge not sanitized for 24 hrs... doors removed. They could have saved 15-20 min if they had just taken the old one or just left. But no, they had to threaten and argue. I'll pick up anything I buy at the Brick from now on! Safety first!
We went shopping on a Saturday to the brick in Kanata. We meet Jose who was fantastic. No pressure to buy. When we decide to buy Jose gave us a great deal. Was so friendly and was a great pleasure to deal with. Pick up the love seat and Nick in the receiving department was fantastic. Was in and out quickly and help me left the love seat into my van. He was friendly and great to deal with

I was told by sales person we maybe would get it by bthe first week of June but by the time we walked out it was up to last week of June. Then it seems that every time we call it has move up 15 days. We are now up to the end of July. We are wondering if this is some kind of scam where they get your money and make interest on it and know for a fact they are not getting the item for months. Thank God we didnt go for there $500 extended warranty.

No service! Will never come back. Bought a mattress from your store. My When I purchased the mattress. The sales told me the delivery will put the mattress in my room. Will wear the bootie when they come to my house! NOT AT ALL'! The metress still in my living room! I can't put it in my bed room! And this is the second time the delivery came. The first time the refuse to put bootie. It's very dirty outside. So the second time I complaint to the customer service. They said yes for sure they will wear the bootie! NO! SAME thing! No bootie No delivery to my room!

We had a recliner delivered today and we had a great experience with them, very polite and helpful with a friendly attitude! We live in the woods and have a difficult driveway to drive on and they did it like real professionals!
Is there a NO STAR rating? There shouldn't be even one star. I waited for my delivery. They let me know that they can no longer deliver my stuff and it would be rescheduled…when, we don't know. The funny thing is it was still early that day so technically they can still deliver, whatever happened on their side, but I guess they just had enough that day and don't want to do a last delivery. Waste of my time waiting for them. All they said is that they couldn't do anything. Last time doing business with them.
