We had a very good experience with The Brick on United Blvd. Coquitlam. Julie, the lady that helped us gave us an outstanding service. She is very professional, polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable in making our choice of the furniture. The furniture was delivered in the promised date and another piece arrived earlier than promised. The delivery guys, I did not get their names, were very efficient, polite and professional. They worked very fast and cleaned up the area they worked in. We would shop at the Brick again. We are happy customers.
I purchased under the specific terms of your "Don't Pay for 48 Months" promotional offer from the Barrie, On location. The negotiation and agreement I entered into was clear: I would not be required to make any payments for 48 months, and no interest or negative impact on my credit would occur during this period, provided I adhered to the terms. Unfortunately, despite following the agreed terms, I have recently discovered that The Brick has faulted on this agreement. Payments have been recorded against my account, and this has resulted in damage to my credit score. I did not expect this breach of contract and find this situation unacceptable. I have contact the branch manager, sales rep(Long) and no resolution, buyer beware of these so called "dont pay a cent"
We booked all appliances for our newly constructing home in last June 2022, which is almost seven months before and to make sure we get everything at right time they wanted to book early and pay full amount too. When we got the date for closing our new home, we called Brick right away to get the appliances delivered as soon as possible after the closing. The people from delivery called and confirmed later that everything is ready and would be delivered on Feb 8 and we got everything ready to move in because of the assurance we got. All of a sudden out of blue one week before the appliances to be delivered some person from the Brick called and saying that half of our appliances are back in order and not would be delivered until the last of month. This is absurd!
We ordered this dining table on December. We have been waiting this table for 5 months. We received today. When we opened the box, we were disappointed. Customer service don't help us. Terrible service and quality. Don't buy anything from the brick.
Bought an expensive fridge three years ago (Bosch). Thought I was getting a good deal at the Brick. Last year the fridge broke down and the food in it was freezing and the ice maker was not working. The Brick took quite a while to respond and send a tech over to fix it. The fix only lasted a while and the same problems started happening. I am still waiting for it to be fully fixed. The Brick has used various excuses to avoid honouring their extended warranty. Buying appliances at the Brick is definitely not worth the bother. Awful customer service.

Our couch started pilling within two months. The Brick said this natural wear and tear. They suggested I shave the couch just like I would a sweater. Except I don't spend $3k on a sweater and expect it to pill. We have no children or pets, and with the pandemic have rarely had more than 2 people use the couch at a time. It's less about the quality being poor and more about the attitude of The Brick to do nothing that is frustrating.
We bought some furniture from the Brick and the salesman who helped us was Bob. This was early in the week and my wife asked him when she could expect delivery. No later than Saturday he said as the items is in stock. She asked him again 3 times more to confirm the delivery was going to be on Saturday, and he did. To our surprise, and after calling the store on Saturday, no delivery was arranged. It seems to me that this store takes your money, promise delivery when they have no stock. It is sad that the owner allows these dirty and unethical sales tactics just to get sales. Shame on you!

The Brick will keep your money 2-4 weeks before reimbursing you even if you cancelled within a few hours after after buying! I cancelled because they refused to install my tv when the are supposed to!
We purchased all of our appliances for 15,000.00 plus warranty back in March 2021. We were told and signed a contract that recognized a delay until the end of June first week of July. We have received only one of eight to date, as of Aug. 9th, and have been told it will be September, October, November, they really don't know when we will receive them. How does a company sell a product and charge the full amount and put in their bank account. We thought that they had to pay the manufacturer but in fact they do not, they bank the money and draw the interest. I do realize it's a pandemic but companies going out and selling products that don't even exist; I see it as a setup. What if a majority of their clients wanted their money back? I smell bankruptcy and we all lose our money. Am I missing something here?
Bought a washer and dryer and the Bricks policy is they sell you new hoses and they install the new appliances. The second time we did a washing the return hose came off and flooded our finished basement. The Brick send 2 other installers who connected the washer and dryer correctly and stated the original installation was 'pathetic' and was 'the worst installation they had every seen'. I gave the brick video's and pictures of the flood and the refused to pay for any repairs. It cost me over $3000. 00. It is hard to believe they are still in business!?
I purchased a sofa and chair set from the Brick in March 2020 and purchased the extended warranty on them. I had to have the seat cushions covers replaced because the covers were coming apart at seams that was 13/10 2021 now the seat cushions have fell apart again and the store is not giving me a date for replacement I spoke with store manager and still nothing I have spent a lot of money at this store (188 Clarence St. Brampton) and will not shop there or at the Brick anymore I feel they are lying to me
Purchased freezer online at the end of November 2020. Scheduled delivery date of Dec 28,2020. Received a call on Dec 30,2020 (days after the freezer was supposed to be delivered) and was told that there is a manufacturer delay so the freezer would not be received until Jan 10,2021. Jan 10,2021 comes around and nothing is shipped. Finally get a call on Jan 18,2021 and am being advised that the new estimated shipping date is Feb 10,2021. Useless supply chain. Only thing they offered was a refund - nothing for the inconvenience or for a delay over over 1 month and a half (if they actually deliver on Feb 10,2021 (not holding my breath).

Cancelled my order and having trouble getting my refund. When I frist talked to a young lady very apologetic and gave me an immediate refund but was the small amount. I am trying to talk to someone about larger amount and no one returning my messages
Very disappointed as I was one of the Bricks frist customers 50 years ago and have always had excellent service till now. Will never deal with the Brick again
We purchased 2 electric leather recliners from the Brick. They had them in stock, the sale price was a great deal, and they were just what we were looking for. Our sales consultant Maggie Sear was very helpful and pleasant. They immediately loaded them up into our truck and went home very pleased and impressed with the Brick. We will definitely return for all our needs.

Thanks very much to the great service today over the phone first of all from Lillianna in the St. Catharines store to help us purchase a fridge and arranging same day pick up in Mississauga at the distribution centre and also to the fellow at the distribution centre (sorry don't know his name) who was extremely helpful loading the fridge into our van as well as telling us about the "Win your Purchase" contest. Job well done!

Tonight we took the leaf out of the table and the table inside literally shattered. We tried to complain about the bed and got no where... we won't even bother to tell them about table... it's not worth the pain.

Purchased a fridge, and reported issues within 48 hrs. The Brick opened a ticket with a service provider. Later found out The Brick wrongly opened the ticket as the issues was still within 30 days- not sure how accurate. Called The Brick several times, every time I was told management was not available. Now its already 2 weeks since I reported the issues, still no news. Everyone seems busy rarely able to get thru to talk to someone.will continue sharing my experience…
I had the pleasure to deal with Travis, one of the Brick associates. He was very helpful and patient while I did my best to try and make up my mind with my purchases. He even worked with me from home (after hours) with my dilemma and went the extra mile to be sure that I was happy with my decisions. I want to thank him for all his help. I would like to save thank you to sales consultant RJ Kumar at the Bellville location. We asked him about a new sectional and he showed us 3 different options. We choice the one we like. He gave us a delivery date, it was delivered on time. The delivery team also did an outstanding job, everything was taken down stairs with no issues. I would recommend this location in Bellville very easy to deal with and fast delivery.

Purchased a high-end Beautyrest mattress in January 2021, Beautyrest Black Diamond, very good mattress, super comfortable. However, within a week of delivery noticed the stitching on the Eurotop quilting undoing. Contacted The Brick for warranty multiple times with no replies, contacted Beautyrest Canada and they promised the world but as of August 2021 nothing has been done. For the money spent, I'd expect somewhat better quality & after sale service! Buyer strongly beware! Tried to post this as a final resort after months of attempted warranty claims on The Brick's website but it won't post my poor review…
I ordered a couch (and paid) months ago. They have postponed the delivery for over 6 weeks from the original date with no communication. I kept having to call and now I still don't have a couch and have 3 weeks to wait. I am not holding my breath it will even come and with no couch to sit on and family coming to stay and in need of the pull out bed I am furious. I would never trust them again.
I purchased a freezer and a living room carpet during the September tent sale event at The Brick (Ottawa East location). Jennifer, an experienced sales person, provided me with a professional and an excellent service during this busy time of the year. She was very patient, knowledgeable and attentive to details with the sale and the delivery process of both products. It made my experience a very easy and pleasant one. I made a purchase in September for a wide variety of furniture (over *******$.) Our furniture arrived incomplete and in different shipments. When I say different shipments, I mean it took months after to receive the incomplete pieces (example, the chairs for our table.) It is now mid January and we are STILL waiting for our Christmas gifts that we bought months ago for family. We bought two classic flames, a tv stand, and 2 heater Bluetooths as presents. We are still waiting for the second piece of each of the heaters. We received our mattresses fast, we received our headboards a month after, and we just recently received the frame rails. I did not know that our experience would be a long delayed delivery that was incomplete where I would have several separate boxes that we had to assemble ourselves. Attached is a picture of our receipt that shows that we made our purchase in September along with all the incomplete and separate boxes.
I bought some items from Brick. After payment, my delivery was booked for July 2. The delivery men David and Ray were right on time and very courteous. They were very professional and careful not to damage the property. I was surprised to see no damage considering the sizes of the delivered appliances. They also cleared the whole carton mess and were considerate to remove their shoe and put on shoe cover. This is to say a gigantic thank you to David and Ray. You men were fantastic!
6weeks into the $3500 purchase the second couch and Luvseat need to be replaced. Creaking in the couch and fabric is separating at the seams in 3 locations and falling apart. The brick won't let me return them. Don't shop here unless you are excited about throwing your money away
