We had a very good experience with The Brick on United Blvd. Coquitlam. Julie, the lady that helped us gave us an outstanding service. She is very professional, polite and friendly and made us feel very comfortable in making our choice of the furniture. The furniture was delivered in the promised date and another piece arrived earlier than promised. The delivery guys, I did not get their names, were very efficient, polite and professional. They worked very fast and cleaned up the area they worked in. We would shop at the Brick again. We are happy customers.
I purchased under the specific terms of your "Don't Pay for 48 Months" promotional offer from the Barrie, On location. The negotiation and agreement I entered into was clear: I would not be required to make any payments for 48 months, and no interest or negative impact on my credit would occur during this period, provided I adhered to the terms. Unfortunately, despite following the agreed terms, I have recently discovered that The Brick has faulted on this agreement. Payments have been recorded against my account, and this has resulted in damage to my credit score. I did not expect this breach of contract and find this situation unacceptable. I have contact the branch manager, sales rep(Long) and no resolution, buyer beware of these so called "dont pay a cent"
If you are a senior or handicapped in any way, do not buy from the brick. They just drop the boxes off in the room of your choice and then it is up to you to tackle the boxes and install all the parts. I was unable to out all of my couch together.
Customer service is not a priority at the store! My mom purchased a mattress that was a floor model and told to buy the mattress cover in order to exchange, but upon delivery she discovered it was not suitable for her bed frame. I return to the store to make an exchange and the sales woman firmly said no exchange on floor models. It's not stated on the receipt and the mattress is in the original cover.
This is a store that has rude and pushy staff and dose not care about customer satisfaction.
We have had nothing but problems with this brick, delivery delays, getting double charged and now we need to get a warranty mattress because the one we bought 6 months ago is ruined. It took them 2 months to approve it after the email said 5 business days. Then after we had already bought a new bed they approved the warranty. So today we go to pick out the new mattress they don't carry the mattress anymore and made us pick out a new one that would cost more and on top of it we have to pay for delivery for the new mattress on top of paying for them to pick up the old warranty mattress! I refuse to give them another dime due to the horrible service we have received! What a total bill waste of money! I could've done a lot more then buy a piece of crap bed for $1100!
Bought fridge, fridge delivered Sept 23rd damaged, arranged for delivery of second fridge and delivery drivers dropped it when lowering off the truck! The Brick would like to attempt a third delivery on October 17th but no mention that they realize living out of a cooler since Sept 23rd has been inconvenient! We will never purchase anything else from THE BRICK again! Disgusted with this company and it's horrible customer service. The one star rating is only because I had to choose something, but it actually symbolizes no rating!
I recently did a renovation to my home and spent over 10 K in appliances from the Brick. Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Stove, Washer and Dryer. We ensured to buy the additional warranty. After 6 months my Dryer stopped working. We contacted the Brick and were informed the extended warranty was held by King and State. We called them and the sent a technician and were told the Piece we needed was on back order and it would be two to three weeks. For six months we kept calling them and they said it was on back order. I washed and hung dry clothes for six months ( family of 4). They finally came and repaired my dryer, which then broke again three weeks later. The Brick keep trying to sell us a new dryer at a discount. And King and State is saying they will give us a pro-rated amount on our Warranty. No one is taking accountability. I would never. Ever shop at the Brick again. And will warn everyone i know to stay away from them as well.
I purchased a sofa last February and came end of april. After we picked up the couches we assembled it at home. One of the couch was fine but the other cough legs was wrong. I called them and let them know. They said they will order the right sofa legs and it will come 4-6weeks. 6 weeks past I called and ask them if they already received the sofa legs that they ordered. The lady on the phone told me it will come end of august. I didn't expect that long. I ordered most of our furniture from this store. But after this happened I will never ever ordered from them anymore. Such a waste of time…I wish I could put 0 on the review. Im very disappointed!
I made an order for a Queen Box spring and I went to pick-up on last Saturday September 11,2021. But the furniture was not available! The employee Samantha from The Gatineau Brick helped me to find another substitute item which even was cheaper. So I was very happy with her support as it saved me money on the item itself and the cost of delivery.

So bought a couch at the Brick tent sale.
I was was away when they delivered it so it got put in the garage. When the kids went to bring it in the house, it was noticed that the leg was broken underneath.
Put in a claim, fellow came to assess and told me 5-10 business days either fixed or swapped out for another one.
After 6 weeks waiting...now told its not going to be fixed or swapped out (after I inquired) and Id have a 40% of cost credit at the brick AND that it was sold "AS IS"
I sent back " yes its "as is" tent sale but ususlly when somethings scratched or broken it lists that on the tag?!
No more Brick for me sadly as I have liked their store for over 20 years now.
Gavin that works in the Edson store went above and beyond when I needed a stove asap. I have tried to get one in Hinton but it would be a wait and they would not give me a floor model.
Called Edson store and within an hour we were on the road to go pick it up with no hassles!

I bought a mattress for $900! ( just a mattress) and it broken within a month of having it. I called and they said they can't do anything and to go online. I went online and no one would help me. I wish I never bought from them. Did not help me at all and now I'm stuck with a broken 900$ mattress that I can't use.

Just got my new couch I ordered delivered and it's ripped in the corner. Call the brick and they informed me to take pictures and email them in and they will get back to me in 48 hours. No concern I was upset about it. No customer service at all. At this point they can just come and pick it up and I will buy from their competitors. Not happy at all.
Had great professional service from Usman. Took the day off work for delivery, was home inside, the delivery truck just drove by, delivery person did not ring my door bell, so they drove away. Are they that lazy not to get out of the truck to ring a bell, is that what service is? First and last order from The Brick.
I bought the mattress from Brick in 2019 and it's got very sagging. I sent claims in June & I didn't get any response from Carlos Carancio. I keep calling him left him mgs & emailed him so many times but never respond back. I spent almost $1800 on memory foam mattress. It's very saggy from middle. Me & my husband got back issues with this mattress. I need urgent help with it. Thanks
I made partial payment with the understanding that I will get delivery and installation on April 30. Tenant will move in the property on April 30. Today I called the sales person to make full payment and I was told that I will get partial delivery only. I believe this is not a good business practice and somewhat unethical. When client is committed to the vendor, vendor should be committed to client as well. Will share my experience on social media and tag your CEO as well. Very disappointed. I purchased protection plan for my sofa, when it broked they told fill a form online and we will call you in 5 business days and it passed 1.5 months they never called. I called and they told sorry we are delayed we will call you back, when asked when they said we don't know and hung up the phone. I had to make a plaint against them to receive finally a call and to have a credit of 900$on sofas which actually means nothing because their sofas are more expensive with 1000$ than in other places

Long story short I bought a washing machine that took my clothing hostage (a complete lemon) at The Brick and they wouldn't return it even though it was within warranty and because I called for a service tech from samsung and not them. I suggested I call a service tech from them to confirm that machine was a lemon but they refused. No refund, nor return was granted.
I've also bough furniture here and it turned out to be extremely cheaply made.
I'm never buying from them again.

Yes the horrible place to shop. I spent around 20,000 shopping this month, they treat me like a $#*!. Still bunch of order to be recieved yet and all the warranty i paid, delivery safety is very an issue. If you have an accent with second language speaker, becareful. I recommend camera in your house before delivery guys get or inform back up force. If you report the Bricks will tell you do not understand English.
Many years ago my husband and I went to the Brick for a mattress. We were harassed by the sales rep repeatedly to the point we had to tell him to stop calling us as we were no longer interested. His reply was "Well thanks alot"! I have never stepped foot into the Brick again nor plan to. It was a crap experience.
Beware with the warranty you purchase at the store, The sales people encourage you to buy warranty for anything you buy with the insensitive that if you don't use it you can get that money back towards staff at the store, Watch! That warranty only has 90 days after the delivery date, my warranty was passed due for 2 days and they didn't want to honor it even though the stores are closed, I have always purchase my staff from the Brick but after this I will never put a foot in any of their stores
This review is to express my gratitude for exemplary service from Mukesh Patel who went above and beyond to help me get a refund from an online purchase that didn't meet my expectations in regards to delivery. The delivery was delayed. I will definitely give my business to the Westlock Brick store in the future as needed because of his performance as a sales associate! He takes customer service very seriously with great integrity.
This furniture chain is a farce. Illegitimate company whose warranty arm Trans Global Service gives no service and ignores their warranty. My experience, makes me suspect they are ripping off their customers for parts. Charging people for the service, installing it and tells you another part is also not working. It has already been 7 months and still not fixed. We've already given up getting the fridge fixed. My recommendation: stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM BRICK.

Henry, has been saying out couch will come in at a date, we have to call to see if it is coming that day, then only to find out has been delayed, this has happened 3 times and we still have no couch. Only spent 4000$.
