This company customer service is terrible, and AM trucking they work with to deliver merchandise is the worse… they are giving me wrong information, and running me in circle. This is the worst experience. I already paid them, and not having my order after over 3 1/2 months… please, please do not buy anything from this company. You will be in my situation for sure… they are absolutely terrible. Even they did not deliver my order. They send me email that if merchandise is damaged. I am not allowed to reject it! What kind of company will treat the customer like this except " the classy home" I am very upset, worry that my money is gone, and still waiting to maybe see a light at end of the tunnel before I claim an action against them.

I purchased two dressers, silver and white. They look very pretty and shiny. However, one of the knobs was broken and they both rock, so I had to put something underneath one side but they do make a presentation.

One of the panels on the extended table had a corner that was lifted/damaged. The process of showing and speaking to someone within the company was easy. I was very impressed with how fast they resent new panels to us. I would highly recommend the company.

We had a Nesting Table delivered on December 21,2023, with no hardware to put it together. It is now Jan. 2,2024 and we still have not gotten the hardware. We have called at least five times and have gotten the same run-around. They say they are going to send the Fed Ex tracking number. It has never happened. I would never purchase anything from this company, again. They have used the excuse that it has been the holidays. How long does it take to get the hardware and get it to Fed Ex. They took my money and now I am left with a table that I can not put together. No one at their company seems to care. Very poor customer service!

I was weary at first to order online and from a retail store I'd never heard of for the amount I was spending. Great communication threw email after you order with tracking number. Was packaged perfectly nothing damaged and love my new gorgeous living room set. This set sets tall and has wide seats. Thank you.

I was a little apprehensive regarding buying from here based on some of the other reviews, but decided to take my chances. I did not have any issues, but I do live in a major metropolitan area. It took about 7 - 10 days for me to get my sofa, and the company that delivered it was easy to work with. The sofa itself is as expected. All in all I would say a job well done. I would buy from the Classy Home again.

I initially went to a well known furniture store to purchase the same dining room set. Something told me to look online. I came across your website and was a little hesitant because I have never heard of it. There is also very few reviews online. I decided to take the risk and pay through Paypal. I called customer service, who was very professional and kept me updated, since my order was shipping from your store in New York to my home in Miami. I am happy to say that I am overall pleased with your service. The items were exactly as described and resembles that of the item in the "well know furniture store". Oh! I had a good experience ordering the chair. The sales representative I spoke to was very professional and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the delivery people should have had booties covering their shoes when they came into our home. Otherwise, they put the chair together for us which was a great help since we are both elderly.
Went back and forth several times with customer service with questions about the bed and, since it was backordered, when I might expect delivery. They were very helpful and despite delay am pleased and would definitely consider purchasing from The Classy Home again

Very well constructed; very heavy. However, the legs were not completely stained. Matched the color at Sherwin Williams and stained, sealed legs ourselves - cannot imagine how we would have returned the table - but the nature of defect warranted a return.
These tables (4 of them total, 2 coffee, 2 end) were incredibly well packaged...almost too much so! I think I spent more time just unpackaging these tables than putting them together, for sure! No damage, and even better than I expected. Have always had incredible experience with Classy Home.

We bought a dresser from The Classy Home. The communication was great and very professional! They went the extra mile when I asked for an additional knob matching the dresser I bought from them, that I needed for a different piece of furniture I already had for years - they sent me an additional knob from the manufacturer for free! I love The Classy Home and will use again! And our dresser is beautiful and high quality!

They had a better price on the exact same piece of furniture that my local furniture store had. Shipping was easy and there was excellent communication with the delivery company. It arrived incredibly well packaged. My husband owned a UPS store and professionally packaged things for a living and he was impressed with how well it was packaged. Our chest was delivered to us today and is what we ordered. Might use a little touch up in a few spots but we can live with that. It was packaged very strongly. No broken things found. The Classy Home sent what we ordered and the AM Trucking personnel that delivered it is were polite and professional.

The bed is sturdy and perfect for my 8years son.

I placed my order and then read the reviews. My order took a while to come in, but I expected that. However, while I was waiting I had a feeling of dread that I had been scammed. Because YES the communication is horrible. But thankfully the delivery system they have is spot on. You can live track the driver and I was able to meet them and get the boxes in on my lunch break. The furniture does require assembly, but I am 5'4" 125 LBS and able to complete it myself. The furniture is high quality and the cushion clean up easily. I have a golden retriever that loves to dig and climb on the sectional. Dirt vacuums right up.
The entire process was professional. From initial questions to transaction to customer service and follow up, all were responsive. Delivery was professional and will certainly consider for future purchases.

It was not a great experience. The delivery men struggled with moving the items in my house. They didn't seem to work well with each other therefore they struggled. They were banging the furniture and then tried to put the Chester turn so I wouldn't see where they scratched it up. I am in a ranch home with no stairs. This is first delivery where they struggled in this home.
