I ordered a lovely faux fur comforter from The Classy Home and it came after about 4 business days. I'm delighted with the comforter, it's lovely and soft and warm, and there were no problems with the ordering or shipping whatsoever. Great work!
I ordered my item beginning of December 2023, and I still did not received it. This company customer service is terrible, and AM trucking they work with to deliver merchandise is the worse… they are giving me wrong information, and running me in circle. This is the worst experience. I already paid them, and not having my order after over 3 1/2 months… please, please do not buy anything from this company. You will be in my situation for sure… they are absolutely terrible. Even they did not deliver my order. They send me email that if merchandise is damaged. I am not allowed to reject it! What kind of company will treat the customer like this except " the classy home" I am very upset, worry that my money is gone, and still waiting to maybe see a light at end of the tunnel before I claim an action against them.
I ordered a dining table set for 4. Looks very different from picture. It can only fit 2 people for dinner and not 4, but i could take that. Items arrived cracked, unfinished, broken, overall extremely low quality and company refused to take accountability for it. No quality control obviously if a table and 4 chairs all arrived cracked with broken pieces despite a standard packaging. And the packaging was very decent. And they make you waste so much time to discourage you by asking you to identify each and every part in order to replace only those damaged parts. They wont give you back your money and offered $100 for a $400 purchase. DO NOT BUY THERE, it is horrible!

Do not buy from this company. My order arrived after more than 5 weeks. When it did it was damaged. The leg of my dresser was broken, rendering the furniture unsafe and unusable. The Classy Home offered me a discount of $100. Unreal!
If you want to pay for late, broken furniture then shop The Classy Home. If you want something you can use, and not waste your hard earned money on... go somewhere else.
Ordered a couch months ago because it was in stock and ready to ship. And No Delivery. I located the couch sitting in a distribution warehouse with no activity and certainly not being sent to me. The not-so Classy Homes, does not track deliveries and does not respond about my concerns of no delivery. After placing that order, we ordered "in stock" chairs, now we are finding out that they are backordered for 3 months. If they don't have an item, just state it, if you're not going to follow up on delivery, then get into another line of business.

If you are in no hurry or planning 6 months out, then the delivery by mule should suffice.

Ordered 2 Boston Linen sofas. They changed my card immediately but 2 months later still didn't process my order. After several calls later finally they processed my order. After 2 more weeks finally I got the sofas.
They were very cheaply made. Junk at the arrival. They refused to take it back. Had to trow them away after buying a sectional from Macy's.
Don't give your hard earned money to this scammers.

Well I was dumb enough to buy a table from them. The table came damaged, and this is not due to shipping reasons. The paint is literally peeling off the wood when I took it out the box. It looks horrible. I reached out and told the classy home about it but they never responded to me. This company has A LOT of negative reviews. I regret buying here and not doing my homework on them before submitting an order. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This is unbelievable... Placed order on 5/4/2020 and as of 9/8/2020, I have not received my two items. Received notification that order estimated ship on Thursday, Jul 30 2020, but order has not shipped! We're talking about 4 months of waiting. I only ordered a writing desk and file cabinet. I'm a Designer and will not order from this company again. Starting to believe it's a scam!

Worst customer service ever. They shipped the wrong furniture (software purchasing error) and when I asked to return the furniture, they wanted me to pay for the original shipping as well as the return shipping, plus a 25% restocking fee (which would have been a lot of money)... for their mistake! I asked them repeatedly to call me so we could resolve it and they refused to call. They only communicate by an archaic text message box in their website. We went back and forth over 2 weeks via texts. In the end, I am stuck with two bar stools that I didn't order. As a result, I immediately cancelled another +$1000 order I had with them as a result. The furniture they sell isn't exclusive. I found what I wanted elsewhere and I'm now working with a much more friendly furniture store.
Bad customer service policies. Inflexible customer service. Be very, very careful. This isn't the customer service you're used to online in 2019. Think customer service of eBay sellers circa 2001.
Yes, they explain that it's because the manufacturer ships to their warehouse and then they have to stock it until it sells. But 25% with almost no flexibility even when you're offering to upgrade is just ridiculous.
If you can find a similar price anywhere else, go anywhere else. If you can't, be very, very careful and be ready to wait and argue over email (they won't let you talk to managers on the phone).
Also, it's obvious they're buying fake reviews.
Ordered a sectional and paid in full On 5/12/2020. Almost 4 months later I still don't have it. When I have been scheduled for delivery 7/23,8/16,8/24, and confirmed for today 9/1/2020. Now they call and say they only could find one pallet, they just found the other pallet so it won't be delivered until Friday or Saturday. When I told them I just wanted a refund, they told me I would have to pay 25% restocking and the shipping fee to get it back to them. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE! They want to Charge me for something that isn't my fault at all. They shipped through AM home delivery which has lied about delivery several times as well.
I've ordered display cases by coaster on two separate occasions. Each time fed ex has to call me asking for my apartment number even tho it's included in my customer profile. Not a huge deal just kind of annoying. Aside from that everything with theclassyhome.com has been stellar service.

Be careful of what you order! I thought I was ordering a table with chairs and a bench... that's what the Details indicated under the picture. However what I got was just a table! When i contacted them the best they could do was discount me 11% for the chairs... if i bought it as a "set", which i thought i was doing, they were giving credit of 17%! When i said, please come get your table, they were going to charge me a Fee then I had to ship it back on my own dime. I don't think i've ever been so mad at a company.

I have an item I wish to return. They're not answering their phone "due to COVID" and I've sent 3 emails asking for return instructions. I can't believe a business like this has gotten over 1,000 positive reviews. I'm probably stuck with the item and I'll survive, but I'm going to search out every opportunity to write a bad review. What a mistake to order from an unknown website! Probably could have found the same on Amazon or Wayfair.
Wish there was a negative star rating. Worst experience. This seller is nonresponsive and the delivery service people are rude and unprofessional. Took a month to deliver a dresser. Absolutely no real response, only automated from seller during that time. I believed it was a scam site so I disputed the charge on credit card. Delivery service only contacts you the day before they deliver and on their terms. You better be home when they arrive without warning and have to pay extra for anything besides curb service or they drop it right there in the rain. Most unorthodox and unprofessional service.
Classy homes deliver me a leather couch that has the entire right arm ripped off. I never accepted the delivery as the couch we severely damaged. I filed for a refund which they still have not refunded me
Since April. When I disputed the CC charges, they requested I cancel the dispute and they would refund me. That was a lie. I still do not have a refund and will have to go through the dispute process all over again.

I recently placed an order for a sofa & it didn't give me a shipping date upon checkout. I immediately emailed because they're not answering phone calls to find out what the shipping date was. Their website says you only have 12 hrs to cancel an order or they charge a 25% fee. They didn't respond to my email, so I sent it again. They just emailed me back 2 days later to say delivery was in October. Who in their right mind waits 5 months for a sofa? I have emailed a cancelation & they better not charge me 25% for their slow response! Do not order from this website!
After the order was placed and paid for, we found out the couch was on back order. After many calls finally someone tells me this, and they pretty much had me. If I were to cancel the order I would have to pay. Dont use this company they are good at taking you money but not delivering.
Ordered a dinning set. They said it would take 1 month to get it. It actually took almost 4. They blew off our 2 scheduled deliveries with out even a heads up. They were totally unapologetic. Tried to cancel the order and they said there was a 25% restocking fee and return shipping cost. They said they would compensate us after it was delivered. The deliver finally happened and the corner of the table was smashed in. They only offered $100 for our time, inconvenience and damage. That was less than half of what the now current sale price it was running for and only a 4% discount. Totally insulting. Don't be tempted by their prices.

I called customer service they were rude not willing to help and hang up on me wont transfer my call to manager. They said her manager name Marly I tired to call few time and end up they dropped my call. My ticket number was ******* and their sucks customer service number is *******527. I ordered Coffee Table from The Classy Home. Took over 1 month to receive. Packaging was in great shape. Coffee table was gouged and scratched. I immediately notified The Classy Home and they offered me $90. I requested undamaged item. They emailed me another discount of now $165 and to hire a handy man. I requested Refund. They emailed me to contact the Warranty Company (i had purchased an additional 3 year extension for $26). I contacted them, and they said NO WAY! I checked with PayPal and The Classy Home said I would need to return item to get refund. Cost me $281.73 to ship back. They deliberately send out damaged products knowingly that most Customers will not act on return shipping. BBB needs to shut them down.
I placed an order in October 2020, and still have not gotten my order. Each time I call The Classy Home, our order continues to be pushed back. We were told it will ship in January, now we are being told in February. We will never order from this company again!

I initially made my order for a kitchen table set in May. I was frustrated to find out AFTER I completed the order that it was out of stuck until July. I decided to wait. Though I was told it would be available and $#*! 7/21 it actually did not process until 7/31. The shipping company they use, AM Transportation, reached out and scheduled the appointment for delivery on Thursday 8/6 between 1-4pm. I was out of town but drove the 3 hours back home to await the delivery. No one showed up or called. I attempted to contact the shipping company no less than 6 times. I was advised that a manager would call me back and let me know what happened. Nothing. No communication from anyone. When I try and talk to someone they put me on hold for 30+ minutes or transfer me to a voicemail, where again no one calls me back. I am done with both companies and will reject the order IF I ever get it. Otherwise I will dispute the charges.
Purchase a chair off their site. It took 2 months for them to ship it. When it arrived it was the wrong colour. When I am quiet about a return. I was told there would be a 25% restocking fee. There was a return shipping fee that was 2 1/2 times the original shipping costs. Their suggestion, sell yourself to avoid the fees! Unbelievable!

Never buy from this place! I've been ripped off! I've received a furniture that was serverly damaged and I asked for a refund. The furniture costed 900 bucks and these folks are asking me to pay $600 bucks for the shipping fee so that they can have their guys come and pick it up. Are you serious?
We placed a couple of orders coffee and end table then we ordered another set and dinning room set. The first coffee table set arrived with base damaged. We accepted discount, the damage not showing too much. The dining room set was ordered back in the beginning of May. We have not received yet and this is mid July. Here is no organization to the shipping nobody knows what's going on. The worst is the company gets heir money when order is placed unlike other companies where the credit card is charged when the order ships. Avoid this company they suck. And you can't cancel orders, never heard is this before. Too bad I can't give Zero.
