I ordered a lovely faux fur comforter from The Classy Home and it came after about 4 business days. I'm delighted with the comforter, it's lovely and soft and warm, and there were no problems with the ordering or shipping whatsoever. Great work!
I ordered my item beginning of December 2023, and I still did not received it. This company customer service is terrible, and AM trucking they work with to deliver merchandise is the worse… they are giving me wrong information, and running me in circle. This is the worst experience. I already paid them, and not having my order after over 3 1/2 months… please, please do not buy anything from this company. You will be in my situation for sure… they are absolutely terrible. Even they did not deliver my order. They send me email that if merchandise is damaged. I am not allowed to reject it! What kind of company will treat the customer like this except " the classy home" I am very upset, worry that my money is gone, and still waiting to maybe see a light at end of the tunnel before I claim an action against them.
The delivery was excellent. The footboard was damaged during shipment and no agreement has been reached at this point. Having your representative instruct me to go but a markers and color two scratch damages on the top of the footboard was offensive. I purchased a new bed and expected a non damaged nee bed to be delivered.
I had ordered a bedroom set from the classy home = the headboard and footboard had damage and the boxes were completely beaten up. Metropolitan was the delivery company. The Classy home wanted me to keep the damaged parts and accept a $150 credit. Seriously, who operates like this. The furniture was damaged. To add insult to injury. The replacement was received damaged. How do you do business like this? The delivery company wanted me to accept the damaged furniture - I would not do it...

I purchased the global furniture white leather gel recliner in January of 2021. First lemme get say the chair itself it's comfy and so beautiful, the color is not white is more of an eggshell/shiny pearl ivory color. I placed my order and the website stated they have 7 in stock a week later I get an email that chair is now on back order. I reached out to the customer support and then basically I was told I was $#*! of out luck n I'll have to wait until end of March or beginning of April. I went back and forth with Sue from that department she offered a discount for the inconvenience then retracted back when I accepted the offer then she resorted to provide just a $20 discount for future purchase. Well I received my chair just yesterday and I immediately left a review on the website and this morning I receive an email stating "thank you for giving review" while the actual review was taking down from the website.
Classy Home Furniture removed reviews they dont like. Bought a table from them and they removed my honest review. Table was wobbly and shaking like a mega earthquake due to horribly designed legs. Ordered a display case on 11/15/2020. Still waiting for it and haven't received a tracking number. I called costumer service today and they said they would find out in a few hours what was going on. Received an email that said order is now on back order and is estimated to ship at the end of February. Still no tracking number. This is ridiculous. I will be waiting over 3 months for my order but they have no problem taking my money.

Do not use this company to buy any furniture, even if it seems as though it is a good deal! It took over a month to receive our order, and when we finally received the furniture we had ordered, 4 out of 8 of the items we had ordered were damaged. It has been a month since we received these damaged items, and the company has yet to replace them with the correct items. The communication is terrible, and although I have reached out often, I do not get adequate responses, and they will not handle the issues over the phone. Stay far away from this company!

I purchased countertop chairs for my counter but instead they were bar stool height. The chairs were very hard and when I called the company to inquire about a refund I was told try to resale them on my own or pay a 25% restocking fee plus shipping back to New Jersey although they were shipped to me from my home state.
Worst experience ever with the delivery. Furniture was damaged. After going back and forth they finally replaced some furniture. Not even a month with the furniture and the chairs are breaking. They make their furniture with ROTTED wood. Please see photos. My sister weighs 148lbs and was sitting on the chair, and a part broke in half.

In production, when the parts are cut, if the knot is positioned within the structure, it was unknown that there was a knot there. We are therefore willing to replace the stretcher for you. I ordered the Acme Furniture Madison Espresso King Bed. The package did not include instructions or the screws/bolts, so we submitted a ticket. They sent the instructions via pdf a few days later and then it took 16 days to get the parts. My husband started putting it together, but he noticed that on the headboard, there are octagon-shaped holes, but the screws/bolts that are supposed to go there are round and do not fit in the octagon-shaped holes. As a result, it is impossible to connect the bed frame together! We spent $501 for this bed frame and have our new Tempurpedic mattress on the floor because we can't put this bed frame together! This is basically a pile of junk and a waste of money. We submitted another help ticket to get a refund, but haven't heard back from them yet. We waited a while to put the bed together b/c we had to get a new mattress and I was recovering from a major surgery for 8 weeks.
Don't trust their shipping estimations. It was only after submitting my payment that I was informed this item would be delayed. Over 2 months later I was informed the item was delayed further to more than 4 months after my order date for the estimated delivery. I'm starting to wonder if I will ever see it.

STOP! Do not buy from this disreputable company! Their return policy is absurd. My fault for not reading it, but over $200 PENALTY for returning a $600 item is outrageous. The product was not as advertised, very poor quality and totally not as described. There is ALWAYS a direct correlation to a company's products and their return policy (i. E. good companies, with good products, take back items with no questions asked... for example, Birch & Lane, Perigold, Scully & Scully, etc. Whereas a company that knows full-well it sells sub-standard merchandise, makes it an onerous and expensive process to return their junk!). I cannot recommend strong enough that you refrain from doing business with this company. Product was exactly what I was looking for and was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, after complete assembly, we noticed a chip on one of the top corners of the table. It is a very functional table and will get allot of use and eventually have damage by us so we decided it was not worth the hassle to disassemble re-package, send back, and wait for a replacement to reassemble. I managed to glue the wood and use furniture markers to hide the chip. All is well.
I purchased a desk not only it arrived super late, it came with many damaged parts, super cheaply made. It's like buying a desk made out of a shipping box. Costumer service just keep replaying with " we will send you a replacement soon..." it's been months and no replacement arrived. I do NOT recommend dealing with this company. DO NOT buy anything from them! This is a terrible company with a terrible costumer service.
WARNING: DO NOT SHOP AT THE CLASSY HOME. Their products are garbage and customer service is worse. I ordered a crib, dresser, and dresser topper for our newborn. Took over a month to receive. Upon receipt, the dresser topper was garbage. The parts broke during assembly and the wood split. That was the least of my problems. Dealing with trying to get it replaced or compensated for my troubles has been a nightmare. No one will talk to you over the phone. You're forced to send messages back and forth through an online portal. They said they'd send a new one, weeks later it still has not shipped. It's out of stock now and the date of re-stock keeps getting pushed back. I tried to return all items and receive a full refund, so I could take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, they are not making that a viable option either. WARNING: DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I was happy to find the bed we wanted here but communication was rough, I had to reach out several times to see when it was going to be shipped versus what was said. Then when it finally arrived the box was damaged, missing parts and the bed frame damaged too. Then replacement parts were sent that were incorrect and we had to have them altered to make it work bc we just needed the bed supports so it can be used. Could have been a better experience.

I placed an order on 11/20/2020 and received the order 3 1/2 months later on 3/5/2021. I could be much longer wait time if I didn't send over 20 emails and made numerous calls with the Classic Home and AM Trucking company. I mainly purchased stuffs online and dealt with numerous retailers. But the Classic Home is the worst retailer I ever dealt with. Their merchandises are great quality but their service is the worst in response time. They tried to keep you in the waiting game by making so many empty promises then apologized for missing the delivery, over and over again. Please stay away from this retailer.

I ordered a desk on September 16,2020, which was scheduled to ship October 6th. The desk didn't ship and I contacted the company through email and online ticket process 5 times, with no response. I had to file a complaint with the better business bureau before I received a response that the desk was delayed from the manufacturer, with a rescheduled shipment date of November 16,2020. It is November 18 and the desk hasn't shipped and no communication from the company
I order sofas in May. I was told that I can expect delivery 7/9/2020. I was fine with that but I have not gotten an email or call of when I can get my sofas. I've emailed an called and still no response. I've now ask to cancel and get a refund and still no response.

I know that I ordered the 5 piece set and not the 3 piece set they are insinuating I ordered. Why would you order 2 chairs with a table that seats 4. I've bought several things from Theclassyhome website and haven't been disappointed yet. Placing an order is easy, the delivery is very fast, customer service responsive, and the quality is excellent.
Don't buy from this company they are a scam please. On June 15,2020 I purchased a Salamanca dresser for $682.35. They false advertised that it was a dresser with a mirror and a week later received an email from them that the mirror did not come with the dresser so I had to pay an additional $285 I immediately told them no and requested a refund. In addition I had to pay $173.00 for shipping now making my total $777.92. I contacted the BBB in September 2020 And The Classy Home told the BBB they would refund my money back. No refund As of 1/13/21 so I contacted the BBB as of 1/13/21 and Dept of Consumer Affairs Frauds Division if I don't get my money back I'm going to request they lose their license. I'm not the one Classy Home. Bad Business.

I ordered a table and chairs August 31,2021. I needed it for Thanksgiving and I still have not received my order. I'm told to have patience. Well patience have wore thin. I want a refund. Thanksgiving is next week. I wanted a refund but the company said I won't get a full refund. Never, never will I buy from Classy Furniture. Now I'm gonna have to use a card table for Thanksgiving. I love my new vanity set. I was a little iffy ordering one online because it comes with a mirror but it was easy to build and great quality. Only reason I took off a star was that it took a month to ship out cause it was backordered. Other than that great experience.
It took 2 months to receive our furniture. Once it finally arrived, pieces were chipped and broken. Dressers were missing knobs and screws to hold new knobs in. It wasn't worth complaining and having to wait 2 more months for replacements.
