I ordered a lovely faux fur comforter from The Classy Home and it came after about 4 business days. I'm delighted with the comforter, it's lovely and soft and warm, and there were no problems with the ordering or shipping whatsoever. Great work!
I ordered my item beginning of December 2023, and I still did not received it. This company customer service is terrible, and AM trucking they work with to deliver merchandise is the worse… they are giving me wrong information, and running me in circle. This is the worst experience. I already paid them, and not having my order after over 3 1/2 months… please, please do not buy anything from this company. You will be in my situation for sure… they are absolutely terrible. Even they did not deliver my order. They send me email that if merchandise is damaged. I am not allowed to reject it! What kind of company will treat the customer like this except " the classy home" I am very upset, worry that my money is gone, and still waiting to maybe see a light at end of the tunnel before I claim an action against them.
Yes, we all can expect delays in furniture delivery during this time. However when they deliver furniture and destroy your flat screen TV which the delivery guy admits to and puts on the paperwork and then they only want to give you $60! To replace it - are we kidding? - its not like it was damaged - it was destroyed! Tell me where you can buy a 40 inch flat smart screen TV for $60. Guess what you can't! Then less than one week after that delivery the brand new king bed frame collapses. You send photos that clearly depict the problem - there is no number to call - your hostage to the email and waiting for them to respond. Then you get the same question - EVERY OTHER DAY - "is it the rails or the slats". X3 - all the while you're sleeping on the floor. Not only do the photos show the problem you have to answer the same dumb question over and over. Then when you have no choice but to fix it on your own - they say they didn't authorize the repair. HORRIBLE POST PURCHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a table in November 2020 and it arrived in March - WITHOUT the parts needed to assemble the table. I called customer service, but never received the parts. If you want to wait for an incomplete order, this is the place for you.
I placed an order in June, has taken up til now to get an email that it has shipped but shipping company(AMTRUCKING) says will take another month. What the heck? They Keep saying Covid, well why is it so easy for Amazon to get my shipments tome within 2 days? They will not call back or answer emails. I will NEVER order from the classy home again, order or from Ashley Furniture since they only sell Ashley's furniture. I want to add a photo but won't let me even though I made is small as suggested

It is still shown on their website as a Special Offer of this item this morning with only so much time to place the order... what a joke.
Yet the reason they claimed it was cancelled was due to their acquired service of a third party that declared it was cancelled because of an ALERT to the credit yet, my current credit rating is 825... been that way for years!
They had BILLED ME for it BEFORE they had even shipped it. I had NO ONE to speak to therefore, the text began. It took a few days because they are only available to work with on TUESDAY - THURSDAY in Brooklyn, NY I believe the credit has now been applied for over $1100. 00.
Summary: Save your time... Their online competitor is getting the order.
I was skeptical of buying a bed on line but glad I did. Communication with the company was great. The bed is beautiful. The men that put it together weee professional.

Customer service was horrible. They sent me the wrong chairs that I ordered. Then had the nerve to tell me if I wanted to exchange them it was going to cost me 40% restocking fee plus God only knows how much to ship them back. After the woman told me that she asked if I wanted to order the rite ones I told her absolutely not. And couldn't even tell me how much I will have to pay to send them back as I waited on the phone for 15 minutes. I will never order from this place again BUYER BEWARE

If an item needs to be returned we do have a policy in place where we charge a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping fees for both ways are not refundable.
I was able to provide you with the fees so you can decide whether you would like to proceed with the return.
After hearing your disappointment I decided to work on your behalf with our management and I emailed you stating that I can completely waive the restocking fee and only charge for the shipping a total of $19.75.
I apologize if you thought you purchased the counter stools.
We have the rights to go according to our policy since that was agreed to when you placed your order.

This company is a sham! My order took 3 months to deliver and it is STILL NOT complete. The phone number is fake, the customer service is a joke - it takes 1-2 weeks to get a reply on the support tickets. And the product is junk. They steal people's money and don't send the orders. DON'T FALL FOR IT!

I bought a loft bed with a built in desk and drawers. I spent $1000 and they did not even send all the pieces! It is about 80% of the product. HORRIBLE people! Fake phone number!!
I ordered a bed on October 4th. I was told it would arrive by Dec 2. On December 2nd I was told it would arrive on January 4th. On January 4th I was told it would ship by mid-January. It finally arrived 4 months late, on January 28th. The bed arrived with the wrong pieces, so I could not actually assemble it.
I am 9 months pregnant, this bed is for my child's nursery. I am 2 weeks away from delivering my baby. I waited 4 months for a broken bed with missing pieces. I am now having a horrible time getting this issue resolved. They have provided me with zero compensation for their massive delay and broken bed.

My sglass cabinet came in broken I Sent it back to them. They sent out a new. But they sent it to themselves. So I chatted someone and told them. They Sent it out a 3rd time. Guess what they sent it to themselves again. It has been 1 month I just want glass cabinet.

In the midst of a pandemic, they not only delivered on time, but 2 days before at 9:30p.m. I don't ever mind paying shipping for this kind of customer service.

While we love the piece, delivery was not worth it at all. Our first order date was expected, only to be cancelled w/o informing us. We waited all afternoon, and we received no phone call or update from the outsourced delivery company. Classy Home was able to get another delivery date for us(though unable to call us and could only email), for between 3:00-6:00 on another day. Around 9:35 at night, an angry delivery driver showed up at our home, very upset that we had steps and did not want to take them up. We could not communicate w/ him in anyway through Classy Home, to show what we had paid for delivery or to work out another option, as we had a back entrance and was so late at night. He took photos of our steps and was upset about the situation. We had a broken piece, but that was corrected fairly quickly. While we love the piece, we just can not give it a good review as it was not worth the hassle of difficult delivery and unable to communicate w/ Classy Home via telephone. Email only.
I have been waiting for product delivery for six weeks. I expect they will not allow me to return it if there is damage as it has been so long. Pretty shady.
They us AM Trucking which is likely responsible, but Classy Home should take responsibility for delivery NOT THE CUSTOMER!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Very poor quality... even worse Customer Service. NOTHING AT ALL CLASSY ABOUT THIS PLACE! I ordered a dining set on 10/6... received it on 11/4 around 10PM! With broken chairs. Classy Home customer service is very unhelpful and sells very poor quality furniture. I called, emailed, called and emailed again. They replaced the two broken chairs after having to send multiple pictures. They send me two "REPLACEMENT" chairs WEEKS LATER that are in WORSE condition the the original ones! Even the rep who reviewed the pictures said they were horrible! Save your money. Horrible quality furniture. NOTHING CLASSY ABOUT THIS PLACE!

I ordered what ai thought was a patio dining sets. Took almost 4 weeks before delivery was scheduled. I figured out that the set I ordered was n really a set just the table that cost 617.00. I tried to reach to them to return the item. You can communicate thru email. State hit case and wait for a response.( What a joke). I was told if I wanted to return the table it would cost me full shopping fees from when I initially ordered Plus the shopping fees back 350.00 then a 25% restocking fee. I paid 627.00 they were going to charge me 673. To return the item. What fool would pay that kind of money to return anything. What a rip off. They make it very hard to return anything and with all of those fees whether you like the item or not you are forced to keep unless you want to pay the almost the same price you paid to get them to take it back. I will never an I mean never order anything from this company again. Did even give me the option to exchange the item. Buyers be aware.
