High quality and fast shipping! The flag display case was perfect for the flag we received from the memorial service. It fit the triangle-shaped flag perfectly. The craftsmanship is excellent, with real wood and a genuine glass front, exactly what I wanted—no plexiglass. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
This vendor needs to CLEARLY state that your product will be in the hands of the USPS and not UPS. There is a massive difference. I ordered a flag and display case and paid an extra $229 for TWO DAY delivery. Well, here we are THREE DAYS LATER and the package hasn't even been delivered to the POST OFFICE for delivery. I paid the extra to have the flag for graveside presentation. It hasn't even made it out of the vendor's shop. This is not the way to treat veterans or their families at their most vulnerable.
Ordered the US Military Personalized Cherry Flag Case and had it fully engraved. No issues with the order process, product was delivered very quickly, engraving was great and exactly what I ordered, and it all look very nice. However, the quality of the case itself is a bit underwhelming as I would've expected a better construction and nicer material. The glass in the front of the case doesn't fit well and slides around a bit - it doesn't come out of the case but definitely should be made to fit more snug - and the corners of the wood frame don't fit together perfectly so you can see a gap. The backing also doesn't fit well so not only is it difficult to keep closed, it makes it tough to keep the flag from sliding backwards and not being showcased properly.
I originally attempted to order the Memorial Flag Display from another online company, but was informed they didn't have the exact product I had my heart set on. I searched other websites and was delighted to find what I wanted. The website was easy to navigate. The brass engraved plate arrived first, and in excellent condition. The Memorial Flag display case arrived a few days later, and also in excellent condition. There wasn't really a good spot to affix the brass engraved plate, so I ordered the pedestal for the display case.
I am looking forward to completing the display when the pedestal arrives.

The burial flag case is light, well made and stores the flag nicely. I like that veterans make the products at The Military Gift Store. It was worth the wait.

Beautiful flag case but thought an Air Force insignia would be on it. The lazer ingraving came out just how I wanted it.

There was an error on the orginal sign, but they fixed it and the second one looks great. A little slow but worth the wait.

Flag was NOT folded to fit in a case we had to unfold and refold the flag. For the price I paid it should have been done a lot better

I have looked into the status of the case, and it looks like it is in the final stage of production. ( It is drying now ( we cant pack it if it still wet)
And it looks like it will be shipped to you by the end of next week.
