Bought a Sandro jacket. I received it within 4 days (the Netherlands) and everything is perfect! Paid with Paypal just to be sure, reading all the negative reactions (since Paypal provides an insurance). But dont need to return it fortunately!
I returned an order to The Outnet weeks ago and have been waiting for my refund ever since. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to follow up, I'm now being told that they can't confirm whether they've received the returned items and that the refund processing time is up to 6 weeks, even though their website states it should take 3 days. I was repeatedly assured that a manager would contact me, but this never happened. I was also promised updates via email, which I never received. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be shopping at The Outnet again. Be cautious if you're considering buying from them.
My transactions in ordering and returning have gone smoothly, but I've not been happy with the quality of the items I've ordered. They arrive nicely packaged and in excellent condition, but they seem to be the quality of made-for-outlet clothes rather than true designer items.

Despite most of the reviews being negative I thought I'd chance it since they had a 70% off sale. Received my order relatively quick through DHL but the pants seam were ripped (I suspect from someone getting the zipper stuck and tried to brute force it). The dress was not damaged but had marks (some gross person wiping their nose on it I think). Based on the reviews about their nightmarish return process I think I'll avoid returning and eating the loss. Lesson learned will not order from them again.

I have ordered a lot of clothes, bags and shoes to Holland. I always got a refund when I returned items and sometimes I even got an extra discount when the item was lowered in price or if there was an extra discount. I am really surprised that there are so many bad reviews, that is why I write this review. To create a return is quite easy. Just call DHL and they come pick it up. Good service for customers from Holland.

I order regularly from this site. Dispatch is indeed a bit slow, but items generally arrive within 5 working days. Items have always been as expected. I do not buy clothing there, because I never know if it will fit me and they charge you if you want to return an item. But for shopping shoes, bags and accessories it's perfect!

Ordered a Chloe dress and deliberately kept the order under the New Zealand tax threshold for importing personal goods - noticed on the invoice that I was charged this anyway by the company at nearly 20.00 pounds (can't find the pound sign!) paid shipping of 16.5 also - on return I notice that you don't get the duty back and have to pay shipping again - a very expensive way to try something on - I was going to recommend them to friends who are looking for wedding wear and something a little different but I won't now. Will stick with Shopbop etc etc - no shipping and full refund with just cost of return if unsuitable

Outnet is the better version of Gilt.com. They have a very nice selection of products. Although its pricey, its still beats department store prices. And for those unique pieces you can find, its definitely worth it.

After reading online reviews, i was nervous and places a small order. Everything was legit and in great condition. Since then i have placed multiple orders and find outnet to be a lovely site for previous season items. 100% recommend. There is nothing wrong / fishy about this site.

Ordered a couple of tops from outnet and paid for express shipping. It's been 5 days, still not shipped. Emailed them two days ago to tell them I am going overseas for three weeks and needed to get the package before Tuesday. They just asked if I want to cancel my order, completely don't give a $#*! about customer and business.

I bought a dress from them for £250. The size was wrong so returned it to them via the returns address on their selling site.
It's taken since August to try and get any information out of them. When I disputed it with PayPal the Outnet claimed it wasn't their address. Their email address doesn't work either and neither does their phone number or customer service contact email. I've lost my money. Don't get caught out. They are a very poor company. Read the negative reviews.

Wow, this is expensive! I had been hearing about this Outnet site and it sounds like outlet, so you think it might be discount shopping. They try to sell it like it's discount shopping. I'm sorry, but a pair of workout leggings discounted to $145 is no discount in my book! What a rip off, even if the items are good quality.

I ordered a dress on Sunday for my daughter's birthday which is this Friday. It still hasn't been dispatched and I am worried that it won't arrive in time. I can't understand why it is taking so long. I have also returned an item but am now worried that I will never be refunded. I don't think I will ever be able to order from the Outnet again. Been a regular customer for several years spending a fair amount on dresses and tops each season and referring numerous women to their site. A shipment was sent to my summer home-my mistake. Discovered the error 2 months later (past the 28 day return limit) and their Customer Service would not grant an exception, not even for store credit. I totally understand that policy for a new customer but not for a regular customer that has never had any return issues. I am so done with this company.

I ordered some shoes as a gift for a friend, and on their app it says 'if it's past the 28 refund window, contact us and we'll see how we can help'. So I didn't think it would be an issue that It was a few days over when my friend told me the shoes didn't fit. Unfortunately I got a flat 'no' and was told if they were faulty and it was only 3 days over rather than 6 they'd have done something to help. If they were faulty?! Clearly they don't care about customer satisfaction or legal rights!

I ordered a jacket and add extra money for next day arriving, hoping this such expensive jacket could arrive safely. Unfortunately, no delivery at all. I call the customer service, they say they will ask UPS to investigate, which takes 10 days. After more than 20 days, no response at all. I called them, reported my order number, name, email, and then the customer service just claimed she didn't have any information about the investigation and she will send my request to another department, which will take several days to get feedback. Then still no response. I am now thinking this website is a fake one, this company doesn't exist, and the jacket is just a picture on website and never be transported or delivered by UPS, which makes more sense and is more acceptable to me.

I have ordered a few items from TheOutnet and have always been, not just happy, but very impressed. They put all the things I ordered in separate garment bags! Good zip-up garment bags too, not some cheap plastic bag. The articles are in great condition. No flaws or anything. Perfect.
A lot of companies don't seem to think packaging matters, theOutnet is not one of them.
Everything was packed professionally and in good boxes. I will continue to use TheOutnet.

I sent back my items for return over 1 month ago and after more than 10 emails, have received no help or useful information on why my return has not been processed yet. Each email has been responded to by a different person and there has been no sense of urgency in helping me with my return. I have over $600 that I am waiting on. I will never purchase from this company again and I urge you to shop somewhere else.

Avoid this company! They are dishonest, untrustworthy, and deceptive. Customer service is awful and unprofessional. They take days to reply to emails. Every time it's a different person replying and they don't sound like they even have a good grasp of English. They have unclear policies on their website and unwritten "rules" that they will change and enforce at a whim. I followed their directions to return a purchase but they STILL owe me money. BUYER BEWARE!

My friend lives in Korea, and I live in the US, she asked me to buy her some clothes from the UK Outnet, she sent me the link, she said the dress was 346 Euros, but when I opened the link, it appeared as 450 Euros on my computer.
How the hell it could happen? We sent screenshot for each other and still didn't get it.
I'll never comeback, I felt like we're cheated in some ways. How on earth one product has two different prices? Even in the same store.!

Truly awful service. Paid £8 for Nominated Day delivery and item did not arrive. When it did finally appear via DHL, there was no Returns proforma included in the order (I decided to return as it was needed for an event but did not arrive in time). Called Customer Service and was told it had to be sent by DHL. I said that was not possible due to work commitments and that I would have to send by Royal Mail Recorded instead, very arrogant adviser then stated that was my own risk. When I mentioned no returns form was included, adviser was very rude and made it seem like I was being a huge inconvenience. First time ordering from this company and will never do again. Awful. Why is it that this is a so called luxury site, and its the cheaper ones that provide a simple, straightforward and friendly service? They really need to evaluate their delivery and returns policies.

Let the buyer be aware. It seems The Outnet has moved from its European base with Net a Porter in London to Italy and is no longer offering free returns. Since the quality of the website is now so poor with no measurements and no indication of fabric makeup ordering is now something of a lottery unless you have seen an item previously or are familiar with a brand's sizing. Don't hit buy unless you are really sure.

They are absolutely useless. I ordered some items, which were all awful and so I had to return them. I booked a courier collection as advised on their website, waited in all day and no courier turned up. When I contacted them they advised me that they did not allow Saturday collections (their website does not say this, and the DHL website allows you to book your collection for Saturdays). I contacted their customer service to voice my annoyance of wasting a whole day waiting for a courier that did not turn up. Their customer service was completely useless and unhelpful. It's not worth the hassle, I won't be ordering anything from them again.

The customer service reps provide lip service and become very rude if you try to advise them that repeated complaints have gone unnoticed... don't bother try another more professional website/company

I have NEVER had a problem with a return. Customer service is really 24/7, always helpful and courteous. Only once did a representative ask why. And clearly the tone indicated he was asking only for information.

I ordered a blouse and if I knew they use DHL for shipping would never done that. DHL never deliver as promised and this what happened. I've got a call early in the morning, a few messages during the day and still didn't get my parcel. Don't know when I will get it and how because can't stay home every day for the whole day, but definitely never will order anything from them again!
