Bought a Sandro jacket. I received it within 4 days (the Netherlands) and everything is perfect! Paid with Paypal just to be sure, reading all the negative reactions (since Paypal provides an insurance). But dont need to return it fortunately!
I returned an order to The Outnet weeks ago and have been waiting for my refund ever since. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to follow up, I'm now being told that they can't confirm whether they've received the returned items and that the refund processing time is up to 6 weeks, even though their website states it should take 3 days. I was repeatedly assured that a manager would contact me, but this never happened. I was also promised updates via email, which I never received. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be shopping at The Outnet again. Be cautious if you're considering buying from them.
I received the incorrect item (wrong item and size). I returned the item.
I was informed my item had been received and a refund had been made. That was 16 days ago and my refund of £120 has not been received. Quite shocked really.

Think twice before purchasing. Shipping information not updated correctly. Purchased slippers and updated shipping service horrible. Customer Service lacked correct info as well. Customer Service inadequate assistance and form letter responses. Customer service as they could not provide correct shipping information and length of delivery time issues request to cancel order as it was still not out to courier. Days later received notice slippers being delivered and then right after noice of cancellation. Advised cancelled and 10days for return of funds. Outrageous. No conversation and no communication. Horrible. No slippers and return of my money 10days later. My money not returned fairly and timely. Although much preferred the slippers as i am now without slippers and with out money

My first purchase was a pair of lanvins. I bought it on a saturday night, and got it by monday afternoon, and i live in Singapore. Great great job, i must say. Even some local e-shops don't ship that fast (esp over a weekend). Read the invoice that UK taxes were still included despite it being sent overeseas. If they can do away with that, they'll get 5stars from me ((:

I had an issue with Outnet and the customer service wasn't nice at first. I wrote them again and I got a sincere apology with offer for full refund. I am satisfied with the customer care now.
I just hope they inpect the product more carefully in the future.

I did an online chat w customer service at Outnet to ask if a coat I wanted to buy would be marked down soon. They said no. I ordered the coat and before I received it, Outnet marked it down 70% and sold out of it. When I asked for a price adjustment they said no. I spoke to Angie, Rachelle and Greg in Customer Service. They leave you on hold forever and disconnect you. Finally they told me to return the coat. Terrible customer service.

Delivery promised on the Monday, emails promising on UPS trucks Monday, Wednesday and Friday! I called them on Thursday and they said no way is it coming today but Friday! Ten minutes later it came - Thursday! UPS didn't know when it was coming and the OUtnet simply didn't care one way or the other. They are awful people. I know we are all in lockdown but expecting a person to stay in for a promised delivery three full days in a week is outrageous

I'm not a Christian Louboutin kind of girl but I thought I'd write this review to let it be known that, according to the Louboutin people, this is the only authorized site that can sell Christian Louboutin shoes at outlet prices. In taking a look at the site (and it has other designers also), I was pleasantly surprised by the prices - though still out of my league, they weren't too far off from the prices of Chinese replica sites that will scam the crap out of you. However, the thing is that it is indeed an outlet center, meaning that you might not find items in your size, but if you check often enough, I'm sure you could find some pretty good deals.

The OUTNET has recently adopted a policy the customer has to sign for UPS delivery that is M through Fri between 8a and 4.(America's work hpur) no alternative pickup at Ups pickup location can be arranged either! So they make 3 attempts, same ridiculous hours and then hopefully, they'll send items back because UPS c ant deliver, and then Outnet you can give a refund and I can shop another online company and get my merchandise. Outnet you are not working with consumer for reasonable delivery options. You won't be in business long, you can count me out for sure! This is it!

I had a package stolen off of my doorstep and theoutnet.com did not care or even offer to help! They said sorry and there was nothing else they could do. I had video footage of the package being stolen and they didn't even care to see it.

This is outrageous. If your oder is over $1,000AUD they will not refund your duties paid on the order.
This should be illegal. All other sites do like Matches and MyTeresa etc.
I will not be buying from the Outnet because of this policy.

I've ordered Zimmermann dress from this terrible online shop but the box with my order from THE OUTNET arrived EMPTY (not really empty, it contained only white sheets of paper inside). This was 6 weeks ago and since then I've called and I've emailed. Nothing worked. They just don't care about their clients at all. I've just received a phone call from the OUTNET saying that the investigation about my order is over and they won't return my dress or my money because it's not their fault!
And after some internet research it looks like I'm not the only client with such problem...

I purchased two items (shoes and a top) and ultimately decided to return both due to poor fit (very promptly, with all original tags and packaging). The return process was a NIGHTMARE and I had to dispute the charge. I received a fairly prompt refund for the shoes. However, after more than a month emailing about why I have not received the refund for the top (it was returned in the same exact package as the shoes), I finally decided to dispute the charge. As soon as I disputed the charge, I received an email from Outnet saying they "never received the top, which is why I didn't receive the refund". This is a complete bold faced LIE. My dispute continues. BEWARE of shopping here unless you're 100% sure you'll keep the item.

Ordered something and it takes a few weeks for it to be delivered. They use UPS which is so unreliable. You receive an email from UPS to say that your parcel is out for delivery and at the end of the day when you have waited in, another email arrives to say that your delivery has been rescheduled! Any returns have to be sent via UPS and when there are issues with their service UPS end up delivering the parcel back to you! Be very carful and aware on ordering.
OUTNET returns policy of 28 days is this is not enough days for what I have just experienced and the fault lies with UPS.
Items are sent out and returned to an address in Europe. OUTNET.COM need to source another courier.

This site TWICE cancelled my orders without telling me (and for no legitimate reason) and the second time it was despite their "customer service" assurances that they would process and see my order through. They charged my credit card as well so that amounts to FRAUD (taking a customer's money, telling them--in print--it was being processed, and then canceling the order). DO NOT shop here, they are terrible. And when you call their customer service they say someone will call you back and they never do.

The DHL collection point was closed down so i could not collect my order. I have emailed them 20 times, LiveChatted, Facebooked and called but cannot get this resolved. They insisted the Collection Point was open and sent the order there again. I had to send them a photo of the boarded up shop before they believed me. They then agreed to send it to my home. I stayed in all day but nothing and now they won; t answer again. They had the audacity to say if I cancelled via my credit card company they would refuse to let me purchase from them again. As if I would!

Absolute sh** show. If I could give them -2/10 I would, but I can't. Basically, what happened is that I tried placing an order online an evening ago and the money for the order have been taken out my account, quite a good sum I must add, no order to be found anywhere on the website, just like that it doesn't exist, but bare with me - money are paid for it, tried calling the customer service phones provided numerous times, no answer. Only got one flaky email telling me that this is the procedure and the amount will be restored up to 10 days, right. Now, I have stayed on the phone with the fraud and scam team of my bank, as they said the money have been paid to the company... contued writing emails, no answer, tried live chat, technical issue was the problem. Nobody is actually taking responsibilty, nobody is answering, what now? 1 Trust me, STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN! I ordered a jacket and paid for next day shipping. The jacket came in the right size, in a garment bag with tags. No problems with delivery, you just need to be there to sign (I ordered from the US, NYC and it shipped from their warehouse in NJ) Will be ordering again.

I had purchased 4 items vide order no 0904ZRP4E2301H on 14.04.23 but 2 of the items were too large for me and I wished to return them. The return invoice they generate is flawed (no HSN code/ address mentioning two countries - Italy and Hong Kong PRC) so that the courier service does not accept the same. I made numerous phone calls - ( to Kylie, Jess, Michelle, Ariel Luis and other Customer Care Consultants) and was told that I could not receive a refund if 2 countries were not mentioned as the items are sourced from one country and billed from another. The courier service assured me that the customs will not release the parcel if 2 countries are mentioned. After numerous phone calls and a ton of headache finally the package was returned to me by the courier company as the customs would not accept it.

I would give a zero star. I brought a Prada coat with promotion code. The outnet cancelled my order and said something goes wrong with my payment or my delivery detail. I double checked my bank transaction detail and it appears the payment has been taken, all the information is correct.
Then I try to brought that coat again, the promotion code cannot apply in this coat. Finally I understand they just don't want to sell me at a extra discount. Could U please tell me if you don't want me use the promotion code why I successfully applied the code and completed the payment when I first ordered this coat? I really don't want to say your website is doggy, but appearently you are!
It is a realy bad and disgusting shopping experience I ever have. This web totally don't care about their customers and reputation!

I was scammed by then recently. Ordered a $500 Herve Leger dress and received a cheap tank top. When the package arrived it was VERY light (the dress was an Herve Leger so it's quite heavy) and the package was way too small to even hold a dress.-so I videotaped myself opening the package. Spoke to customer service and they had me send it back-got an email them confirming they received it back-yet wouldn't answer any emails when I asked when the dress was going to be shipped. I called repeatedly and would be on hold for 30-60 minutes and then disconnected. I filed a claim with PayPal-and now OUTNET said I sent them back an empty package! The package was sealed AT the UPS store, by a UPS employee under my supervision.

They have absolutely the worst customer service one can think of. I placed an order and upon checking the status online saw it's being returned. I didn't request a return. Upon reaching out to their customer service I was told that they tried to make two delivery attempts to no avail. The thing is that my building had a delivery room with a locker for packages and an automated system of tracking for ALL packages. I have NEVER had anything returned to me from any other shop. I have no clue of what kind of inexperienced corriers they are using. Horrendous service! Now I don't have my order and on top of that will need to wait for days to receive my refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. PLEASE READ REVIEWS. They are a 2 star type of business!

But i used the green line, and everything was solved in 2 minutes. Positive experience, trustfull and recommended site.
