I received my order and nothing fit. I looked at the sizing charts but I know it can still be a gamble sometimes. I am terrible about returning things because usually it is a difficult process, so they are sitting in my room, back in the package they came in. I really think it may have been more of my fault than anything else.

The pants I ordered ran VERY small; at least couple sizes smaller then I expected based on my normal size. I did return them and the people were very helpful. I would love to shop there again but feel I'm probably too big for the clothes they sell... the pants were super cute and good quality.

Website is easy to navigate which provides a great shopping experience. My items shipped quite quickly and arrived as specified. I requested a return and the process seemed very user friendly and efficient. I received my refund in time and with no issues.

Love the clothes, however price was in US dollars not Canadian and I was unaware of duties and taxes that I had to pay. Then my items went on sale a short time after my purchase. Probably would not have bought if I new what the finally cost was going to be.

I have bought so many of the Wren Tunics -- one in every color, and now I have two baby blue, four black, and two red. I hang dry, always. If you wear these almost daily like me, they will start to get tiny holes in the fabric. The fabric is amazing the first time you wear them, but it goes downhill quick after the first wash. They fit different too. I recently had the tag come off one after the first wash, and the fabric already has a tiny tear. The only reason I have so many duplicate colors is due to damage from washing. I love these for dresses, but the fabric may keep me from buying again.

I love the outfit of the week! They put together great pieces and they are reasonably priced. I've made several purchases and have not been disappointed!

TBN has seriously filled my closet. Nearly every day I wear at least one piece from the shop. It's just truly my favorite! I've never had a bad experience buying clothes - quality, well-made, beautiful, comfortable clothes.

They literally are the most comfortable things I've ever worn. But, my coworker told me it looked like I was smuggling goods in my diaper (low saggy crotch). So, needless to say, I won't be leaving home in them.

I've ben waiting to purchase the Wren because it was a bit pricy, so when they were on sale I grabbed two! So excited! Both seem to have weird cut edges where it's. Raw. I understand we're human, and you can't really see it, but it's kinda irritating. Other than that, they're comfortable!

I've been aggressively getting ads for the site and eventually placed an order. I waited til a big discount promo but when shipping and exchange added up it was not such a great deal. Most items were good but I had sized up a bit and had a couple items that just aren't working for me. I looked into exchange but sadly it's at a high shipping expense to return anything and I'd pay shipping and exchange again to reorder in the correct size. I understand that international shipping isn't the company's fault but they do run agressive social media ad campaigns to Canadian buyers, so you'd think they'd show some consideration for making sure we're satisfied with the purchase. I don't think I'll be ordering or recommending them to anyone on this side of the border unfortunately.

As an international customer (Canada) i was surprised with duty charges almost equal to the cost of my order. I also cannot return. I've spent probably $1000 on 2/3 orders and have a few items that arrived damaged (seam torn) or way too big (even compared to other similar TBN items).
I love your clothes and style, but can't justify to price when I factor in duty charges and no return options (even for defective items).
