It was not until my order was paid in full and processed that I was informed I paid in US dollars. Up until my order was processed I believed I was paying in Canadian funds. When I asked for a refund I was denied one and informed that if I went FAQ page it would say that all orders are charged in US funds. Once I received my order the quality of the clothing is very cheap and wrapped in plastic bags from China.

Now I understand why their site does not have a place for you to leave reviews. Although I've ordered a couple items before, and been at least OK with the products, this experience has been a nightmare. I placed an order the day before Thanksgiving from this company. They supposedly shipped the purchase out on November 27 and as of today December 16 I still do not have what I've purchased. They point to the obvious Covid delays in shipping etc. I've told them I've ordered 47 other items from multiple online sites and have received everything in the mail on time and with correct tracking. I've asked for dates that they would refund my money or resend the items. They do not respond to that question in my emails. I'm very disappointed and upset with this company. I would encourage everybody to not purchase through them as they do not have quality customer service. In my opinion they take your money and then say oh you'll have to wait and see if you ever receive your purchases. BUYER BEWARE. There are better products at other dealers. I'm attaching my email and their cute peace and love response to me without my purchase after 22 days of waiting...

Item was just as described and great quality. Photos were accurate in displaying color and fit. Love my new overalls (and got them a week faster than tracking indciated!)

Took longer to ship than I thought and the shipping details did not update after leaving TBN. Clothes fit well and I'm excited to wear them when the weather warms up. Will be buying more.

Great selection, fair prices. I would LOVE to see more basic fitted t shirts that I could pair with the beautiful skirts you sell. I placed a BIG order and loved everything.

The delivery time was extremely ridiculous. My items were either too big or too small. I just threw away some items, it wasn't even worth sending them back.

Admittedly, I have indulged myself in their bralettes the most - love keeping my neckline higher as I grow older and the lace choices keep me feeling pretty!

Good base product choices, easy to use website, great communication, final product looks fantastic. The products are always great quality and reasonable priced.

I've placed a few orders now with this company and I've loved every single item. I keep checking in for restocks on quite a few things they have sold out of! Lol.

The site as well as the reviews are very helpful. And I even had a few returns this time and it was so breezy, I'll be sure to make my way back to their site again.

Too hard to reach customer service and poor follow through. Twice my chat timed out when I was waiting for someone to respond to my questions. And not easy to find a phone number.

I bought the perfect outfit and love it! I received it very quickly and it actually looks just like online! A bit more expensive than I usually spend, but your clothing is so unique it's worth it!

Good service and products. I received my order without any issues.
The only thing that I forgot is the extra fees (since I am in Canada) and it is boosting a lot the cost of the clothes for me :(
