The wren tunic is amazing! It fits great, complimenting my rather large body, it is so soft, and looks very high-end. I get many compliments on it. It is trendy without looking immature

I love the styles but when it comes to quality there is room for an improvement. The shirts I have purchased pull after the first wash (and hung to dry). I expected a better quality product.

I ordered a slew of items during a 40% off sale after an initial purchase that I was satisfied with. To be perfectly honest, the first order didn't quite look like the photos, but I was okay with the fit and the style so I let that go. At the prices they are commanding I don't expect it to be the best quality-wise, but I don't expect it to be as low grade as it is. That being said, I spent quite a bit on a bracelet and necklace that they are selling for close to $80 a piece thinking what I was getting was hammered leather. They have photographs of the items (specifically the bracelet) being made in-house, as it was captioned, out of leather. Even during the Etsy backlash the founder and CEO claimed the items were, in fact, greatly manufactured in-house, specifically the accessories. Well... let me tell you that the items came in with a horrible stench that smells extremely toxic. Neither items are leather and there is a great big stamp on the back of the necklace that says CHINA. I can understand the clothing considering they are priced cheaply and can be found on Amazon or eBay from Chinese counterparts but the "leather" jewelry is plain false advertising and extremely misleading. I can only hope that these pieces of junk at least lose the chemical smell (it gives me a headache so it's bad -and I do NOT have a sensitive nose). I wouldn't pay more than $20 for these items. Plus, these days I really try to limit the amount of made in China items. Had I known I never would've purchased.

I bought the Ruana for a formal cover up hope in would have some warmth and it was perfect! Great quality nice and thick. I'm so excited to have it in my wardrobe

So many compliments, I need one in every color! The fabric is very soft but substantial. The fit is perfect, I wore a tank underneath for a pop of color and warmth.

Of the items as I ordered the wrong size. The pants romper was too short also for my long legs. I am impressed with the quality.

Always love the clothes I see pop up on social. Had to check it out when shopping for a few new fall items. Took a chance and ordered a romper. I LOVE IT. So happy I ordered.

It took several hours before customer service responded to my phone call with regards to my return. The item I received had a hole in the pocket. I am still waiting a return of my money.

The romper and the sweater were both very good quality. The came out nicely when I washed them and they fit as expected. The color was also as shown on the website.

I have a bit of concern about one of the items I bought. It is a lightweight gauze and is very fragile. I am worried about how it will wear over time. Any suggestions on how to handle it?

Hi there, Just wanted to bring to your attention that I have already sent an email regarding return info. To recap, as I was ordering the product on the website I took my measurements to ensure proper sizing, however the product is far too big. When I had put on the joggers it fell down to the floor. It does not match my size whatsoever. Its not the length, its the waist measurement thats a size too big. I had ordered a small.

I received it yesterday but the garment did not hold up on my body - likely a size too large. I took the steps to set up a return and was notified that $30 will be taken off my refund. I dont think this should be the case as this was not my fault. The customer should not be penalized for it... I get it... that it ensures the safety back to the warehouse. I've sent things back before and have never had to loose that amount. I feel I should be getting a full refund and not have to spend additional money to send it back. Im spending more money to call internationally to reach customer service (wont be calling again) as well. Also I would like to bring up that it is not possible to take a measurement of the wast and send tje picture... I can send a picture of the pants I wear in comparison.
I work 50 hrs a week, and have little time for myself. This situation in it self is already causing me stress and anxiety, that I do not need.

Please help me resolve this please without having to take all these steps.

The hole in my sweatpants has already gotten huge and my flare leggings were so long and felt like they were made from cheap material. Shipping took a long time. Cute colors though and fit

No problem ordering on the site and was delivered in a timely manner but was a little disappointed in the product. Picture was deceiving. It doesn't fit me the same way.

Very cute and comfortable set. The top runs exaggeratedly big but the shorts were a perfect fit. I got the XL set and typically wear a 12-14. But it's perfect to lounge around the house.

I should have known better than to buy something that I couldn't return. I bought 2 plaid shawls and they were just so bad that I can't even give them away. They looked 1000% better in the pictures.
