Purchased tickets to Hamilton paid over $1000 and was turned away with entire family at the venue. Called 800 number and they could not help. Only offered to refund after they did an investigation. But our lovely family evening was ruined. Sometimes you don't get these events again.
The agent was great-I told her what I was hoping for-she got me 6 seats-2 and 4 behind those-with 2 on the aisle-with fees, each ticket was $40 below face value! Great seats and fabulous ballet. We will definitely use you again and again. (Only thing I did not love was being referred to Great Fun-it was not clear to me that the $25 savings your agent offered entailed a monthly fee/subscription with Great Fun. Still working on canceling that-and it's not easy).
When I ordered tickets the lady who helped me said I had front seats, few rolls from stage. I bought 4 tickets at $150 each and we were on very back. I'm very upset as people beside us paid $40. I am going to turn over to BBB

It was my first time using Ticket Liquidator and I will definitely use them again. I purchased the tickets in Nov of 2015 for an event in Aug of 2016. As if a week before the concert I had not received my tickets. I contacted customer service and was reassured that I would get my tickets but I may want to email the seller as well. A few days before the concert when I was able to finally reach the seller, ticket option.com, he was extremely rude, told me he was cancelling my order and then hung up on me. Long story short I never received my tickets and missed the event. Now I am trying to get my 200% refund... can't wait to see how difficult it will be to get my money back. I am very upset that ticket liquidator did not notify customers about the extreme security at Gillette. We came from our of state, took uber and were rudely told we could not attend the concert with our purses. You should have sent an email to earn us. Some women have very expensive bags and were told to throw them away. I would like compensation for my cost to FedEx the purses home. We were treated like terrorists. Fabulous night especially for Grandchildren. Cubs CEO Tom Ricketts was walking around the ballpark.and made his way up to the 500 section. My 11 year old granddaughter asked him to take a selfie which he did. Ricketts then gave her a ball which she gave to her 8 year old brother. They were mesmerized by the playoff experience with their parents.

Where do I start I am a senior living on a fixed income but wanted to do something special with my daughters and granddaughter. The seats were not good we were very close to the back no where near the stage and during intermission found out that the lady sitting next to my daughter only paid 116 dollars for her seats you guys charged me 176 I am very upset about this and will not be recommending buying tickets from you again I am also going to post this and let my friends know about it so made a very special event less so but you probably do not care. I purchased tickets foe $7.00 EA for Row 1 seats at the Northwestern Wildcats football game. My wife and son loved attending their first live football game. I should have bought paring because I Passos $20 to park.

For the people who choose to book online last minute, you need to be very clear for last minutes place and location to pickup tickets. I went to the theater box office, and they could not find me. And they were not interested in helping in any way (customer service wise) because the tickets had been purchased from Ticket Liquidator and not their box office. I went into a panic, this because it was only 15 minutes before show time. In fact, because of all the hustling done to find place to pickup my tickets, I missed the opening number of the show "Hamilton." Ticket Liquidator needs to highlight pickup location better, and I would say even give party a call to reiterate location so panic and missed show is not experienced going forward.

I will be on vacation and wanted to take my wife to see Brad Paisley in Phoenix. The only way to buy the tickets was through Ticket Liquidators. Instead of being able to print the tickets right away, I have to wait until a date when I am not at home and receive an email to print them. This is very inconvenient and has me concerned if I will be able to find a place to login and print the tickets.

The tickets have their own delivery methods, so for the next time if you'd like them delivered a different way, you can choose tickets that have a delivery method that's more convenient for you. Surprised to receive this survey before I received my tickets. Purchased 10 on Wednesday, received email for feedback on Friday but no tickets. Clearly I am not pleased and fee a refund is due if you do not plan to deliver the tickets.
Hey, Tim. There's no need to worry. I see a note on your order specifying that your tickets will be ready for delivery by July 15. Some venues don't release tickets for distribution until a certain date to cut down on the production of duplicate or fraudulent tickets. Tickets often arrive before that prescribed date, but in any case, there's no reason to expect any problems just yet.
Bought and Printed our tickets. Showed up to the event and we weren't allowed in because our tickets had already been scanned. The person who sold the tickets on this site was selling multiples of same one. So whoever got there first got the seats. You should really have a way of being able to tell or be able to stop them if someone is doing this.

NHL, Coyotes and Ducks game Dec. 28. Very friendly and helpful service. Great seats for less $ than the ticket face value. I had the BEST time ever at the Barbra Streisand concert. Though I have loved her voice since the first time I heard her and have been a huge fan for many years this was my first time seeing her "live" and she totally delivered. She was so personable with the audience that it felt intimate like we were in a club yet we were at a huge arena. She's an amazing singer and had a wonderful band, backup singers and three special guests, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Seth McFarland and Jamie Fox who each sang a duet with her. I am still spinning. Her voice is still golden and she shines as the brightest STAR. (Although I don't remember his name, Barbra also had a magician join her on stage as a guest artist and allowed him to do his magic act. He was decent but not needed at all. Barbra alone is enough magic.)

The music was great. The band's played excellent. The only problem I had was the seating. I totally understand have not been to Jiffy Lube for approximately 15 years. Back then it was called Nissan Pavilion. But I talked the stadium up so much, to so many people. When I went Saturday night I took my fiance and this was her first Concert Experience. I was so happy because I had bought tickets for what I thought was going to be on the third row of the lawn. Little did I know that that is all fake. Because the lawn is still open seating. I learned a horrible experience that there is no sitting on the lawn, that everyone just sits wherever. So I found out the hard way that paying for certain seats is just bogus. Although I feel that the band's did an excellent job I was a little let down. I was thinking I was doing something special for my fiance
