Always has good variety. Always come through with what I purchased. Great customer service. Often best prices around. Not fond of fees but that's the game. Everybody's got them. I do a ton business with ticket liquidator and will continue to.
Purchased tickets to Hamilton paid over $1000 and was turned away with entire family at the venue. Called 800 number and they could not help. Only offered to refund after they did an investigation. But our lovely family evening was ruined. Sometimes you don't get these events again.
It was easy and quick to use. The website is extremely user friendly. Just wish that it would have said something that general admission floor didn't have seats and the tickets had seat numbers. Would have purchased cheaper tickets.
Received tickets immediately. Was notified of concert time changes and arrived at venue at appropriate time. It was very crowded- a very well-attended concert. It looked like Woodstock! Parking was very difficult- they did not have enough parking and the lots were very expensive. Ended up parking on the street. The music and entire concert was amazing! Enjoyed it very much.

The preshows were cancelled due to thunderstorms, which I was glad for because we just wanted Coldplay to get on stage, but it took them an hour too long to do so, in my opinion, after the thunderstorms stopped. Also, I was very disappointed they did not use the huge stadium screen on the other side of the field. Oh, and my wrist band never lit up even though I took the tab out - that was very disappointing. I'm glad they used the wrist bands though, they make things more fun and colorful, I think they could have used them for more of the songs though. Man, my review seems depressing, I just want to be honest, but I really did enjoy the show! I do believe they should refund a percentage of everyone's tickets though.
You completly mess up everything.
When you sell VIP tickets make sure you send everything that is needed to VIP access. I called you foe support and got absolutely no help and was told oh well.
We couldnt use the VIP entrance and thus could not assess the VIP lounge area. I find ally i had to go to guest services at the venue. Luckily these people were nice
Enough to take care of us even though we were missing our necessary entrance passes they drove us to the VIP area. Vdry

Bought the tickets and my 10% off discount code never went thru. Turns out I didn't even go to the show so the only review I can give is that I didn't receive my 10% discount at check out when I purchased tickets that cost over $1300.
I paid $1200 for third row seats that stared at the side wall of the stage. You had to look completely to the right to even get a glimpse of the front of the stage. I was completely ripped off and totally unsatisfied as where most of the guests next to me. You have no right selling tickets such as these. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
After buying the tickets online, a flawless experience, I received an email on where and how I was to pick up my tickets.
I was to pick up the tickets at a hotel near the venue. Was I to meet someone in the parking lot? Was there going to be someone passing out tickets from the trunk of his car? We showed up there was no one in the parking lot so I called the phone number provided and they on East coast time and already closed for the day. So went into the Hotel lobby to ask at the reception desk. They pointed me to a door where there were two friendly people sitting at a desk with my tickets.

Didnt get tickets emailed until the day of the show, which was unnerving and inconvenient since we drove seven hours and stayed overnight before the show. Part of the problem was the venue's policies.
Service was cordial, but long phone waits and a lack of specifics once contacted left me less than satisfied.

My 1st experience w/ on line ticket ordering, I got my tickets for Ringling Bros in San Jose, place my order on line and got e-tickets within 15 minutes. Once tickets were printed out another e-mail notifications the same tickets were $5 more per ticket on the other websites for the seats I wanted. I love the easy way of the ordering, definitely will use them again and would recommend.
I purchase concert tickets quite a bit and have never had a problem, until I used Ticket Liquidator. I paid an extra $20 to have concert tickets mailed to me, as I did not want the E-tickets. When I received the package - it had two E-tickets inside! I could have printed them off myself! I paid extra to have the real tickets sent to me. I will not used Ticket Liquidator again!
As far as purchasing the tickets, the process was easy to follow and I had no issues whatsoever with it. And the tickets downloaded smoothly without any hiccups. Now the concert was amazing. The venue was really nice especially since I had a good place in the lawn section. The concert was worth the price I paid to get in. Thanks TicketLiquidator.

I bought tickets from Ticket Liquidator. Then came an email from Summit Tickets with an invoice. Then came an email that I need to register with Flash Seats, by giving my Mobile ID, credit card or driver's license to get my tickets. I called Summit Tickets and said that I do not want to give out my info and do not want to register with flash seats. Andrew said he would call me back in 10 minutes. That was 3 days ago. When I called back, I got voice mail. So far, all thats happened is that my credit card is billed. I have no tickets.
Sorry you've had a difficult time right now, but it sounds like you're reviewing Ticket Summit's service rather than Ticket Liquidator. I do see that you managed to contact our customer service representative and I hope you're issue has since been sorted out.
Had a great time! Tickets were awesome and exactly as described. Box seats were comfortable and had a waitress on call! The map and directions were very helpful to what was in the area The one issue was a bunch of people got through and were standing in the isle so we were unable to see the stage/show through the first song... a little frustrating but was handled.
Was a bit skeptical about buying a ticket from a third party. This site had tickets for a bit less than other third party sites. I took the chance, and was amazed. Awesome seat to see The Cure. Would buy from this site again.

The concert was incredible! My seat was amazing! I had originally bought box seats, but was called because of an error. The clerk informed me that they needed to move my seat. I was upgraded to a closer seat for free. I had a wonderful experience!
It was great but the music was not loud enough at all, we could hear ourselves sing and it made for poor reactions in the crowd. For being a small venue it should be loud and energetic and it was the opposite. Really a let down.

I will never use ticket liquidator ever again. I have bought tickets for years never any trouble. Not the case here. No option for E-tickets = ignorant in this day and age, Not notified of trouble with tickets shipped = unprofessional. If I had not called which was also rediculous. Never use ticket liquidator. Seriously save yourself the headache
The tickets were amazing! However I was astonished when I was told I had to arrange to pick up the tickets from a bartender at a hotel somewhat near the venue. Traveling In NYC can be daunting if you don't know where you are and a police office told us not to walk from the us open to the hotel. I have never purchased tickets from a broker and had to do something so shady. Couriers would have been much preferred.
Paid over double plus service fees and handling for tickets that were available at box office. Many tickets available at $55. I paid $102 each plus $38. In fees. About $140 more than I should for a event that had many seats available from the box office.

That market value is subject to change based on the availability and demand of the tickets, so the price of the tickets will often be above or below face value. Got the tickets on day they said they would get here but late in evening. Tickets were not for the seats that I ordered. I ordered floor seats and got concourse seating. The seats were still very good seats but not what I ordered. The price for the tickets were great $15 below face value but with 2 separate fees total was $10 more than face value.
I have ordered several tickets through Ticket Liquidator and always been very happy. Ticket Liquidator has even been very willing to obtain my tickets when I thought I had them but did not have them with me. Great, willing successful business.

The worst part is that I failed to read the small print and discovered I had chosen a concert on the wrong day in the wrong city - and paid for it. I found out right away and tried to fix it but there is no recourse. I wasted a lot of money on the wrong tickets and there is a no-refund policy. That policy is ILLEGAL but I don't want to have to take legal action. I had to buy new tickets.
Would use ur business to purchase future events and recommend u to friends and family. It was an easy way to purchase my tickets and person was willing to take the time to get me best price and best seats available

Never delivered tickets. Said they are at will call, and there is no will call at hudson gardens! Had to wait for tickets to be picked up at remote location and delivered to hudson -- and delayed our entry into concert. And got awful seats thanks to ticket liquidators.

This was the first time I used Ticketliquidator to buy tickets. I needed tickets for the opening game of the Red Wings season at Joe Louis Area. I am originally from Michigan and still love my Red Wings. They purchase was easy. I could tell pretty close to where I would be sitting and the view from the site. The tickets were emailed within an hour of me purchasing them and I was able to print them. The Wings won so I couldn't have been happier and the seats were better than my expectations. If I need tickets in the future I will check with Ticketliquidator first.
