Purchased tickets to Hamilton paid over $1000 and was turned away with entire family at the venue. Called 800 number and they could not help. Only offered to refund after they did an investigation. But our lovely family evening was ruined. Sometimes you don't get these events again.

Never got my tickets - wanted to see this concert so badly (part of my bucket list). I was most disappointed - they keep giving run around on phone and the day of concert (around noon) told we do not have your 4 tickets. The girl told you will get 200% refund - look like I only got 100% refund.

The tickets purchased from your company were not honored at the event. After a lengthy discussion with members of the DTE box office it was determined the only way I would see the event was to purchase another 4 tickets from the venue. I inquired on 8/21/16 on how I can be compensated for the fact the tickets were not honored is to now have the venue explain to your firm why the tickets were not honored. I will not recommend your firm to anyone the future seeking tickets.
I bought concert tickets through TicketLiquidator & when I received them they had the wrong date & time. They told me it was the original sellers mistake and that "I" should get in touch with "them"! I paid $40 a piece for S&H for EACH ONE OF THESE TICKETS (I bought three) ~ You would think this problem would be handled by TicketLiquidator, but NO! After speaking with two of their representatives, that were very nice, I was told that there would NOT be a problem and that I should use these tickets even though there was a misprint. Then, afterwards I get a call from the original seller/vendor, telling me that I need to destroy & replace these tickets. They sent me an email with the new/replacement tickets, but I was on vacation by that time without access to a printer. The woman that called was extremely rude... Never again! I'll find another ticket agent/vendor next time!
In this digital age, it would be nice to eliminate a printer from the concert experience and have a scan available on my phone. Do most people even own printers? Because, I don't!
It was a great show, my wife and i had a most awesome time, being that Carole King is one of her favorite musical artists. Our seats were perfect for us Orchestra right good view.com

Bought four tickets for the Phantom of the Opera a couple months ago. Very easy process to follow and my tickets arrived just like they said. I will use them again soon.
I called 15 minutes after I had ordered tickets to see if I could change venues and I was told that you can't unless you sell your tickets through Ticket Liquidator. I will never use Ticket Liquidator again!
Tickets were not delivered when promised despite additional charges for overnight shipping... and piss poor customer service when we tried to get answers... run far - run fast, they're a rip-off

We where very happy with the seats we got. And every one at your office where great. The only thing was when we brought the tickets we where told that they would not be sent out until a couple of days before the event, as we live in Bermuda we had them sent to the hotel where we would be staying out match was on June 17th and the tickets where sent out to the hotel on May 20th. Luckly I had called up a few days before my husband travelled -and the hotel had a lot of trouble finding them! Any way we did get them but a lot of phone calls and sleepless. Nights! Any way it worked out. But I do feel this should be looked into regRding the tickets. If we had known we would have had them sent to us in Bermuda

One could tell a lot was put into Darlington Race track. It was nice to see all the car owners and the years before drivers. And as always my favorite driver Tony Stewart.
I had to wait 20 or 30 min to get my tickets emailed from the vendor for a concert on that same night. Other than waiting a lil it was a great experience!

Great show. Didn't appreciate all the F*** words, but other then awesome. Had a blast! Glad for the Screen behind Jeff. Sitting on the floor sometimes was a little hard to see.
I used Ticketliquidators.com (TL) to purchase tickets for the Pacer-Thunder game in Indianapolis on Sunday, April 13. TL provided me with fantastic tickets for a great price and I received them immediately after ordering them. No hassle; fast and efficient service. Additionally, I ended up needing another ticket. The agent tried to obtain a ticket for me close to the others, but didn't have any available on that row. But, since the rep was concerned about me as a customer and providing good service, they referred to another agency where I could get a ticket near the ones I purchased. I called that agency and when I told them "Ticketliquidators" referred me, they assisted me in getting a ticket in the same area as my other tickets.
I appreciated that because TL cared more about meeting my needs than not just losing the opportunity to sell me another ticket. This was not my first time using them and it definitely won't be my last time. They are very efficient and provide the best service ever.
PPD because of 8" of rain till next day Sunday the 15th. If unable to attend rescheduled game that tickets purchased through WMU would be honored for any remaining home games. Ticket Liquidator informed me my tickets were no good. I feel TL should stand behind the Good Relations Policy of the Venue. Will never go through TL again for any tickets for any Event.

I am sorry to hear that your event was postponed due to the rain. I see in the order notes that you called in and our representative advised you that the tickets would be valid for any home game but when you contacted the venue, they said that because the tickets were purchased through a resale marketplace, they would not be valid for any home game. We at Ticket Liquidator cannot control the policies of the venue and in this case it appears that the venue has decided not to include resale tickets in the rescheduled game policy. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

From the back up band to Sting, his son, a guest accordion player, a fantastic light show & energy that would rattle the 30 year olds.

This was the very best concert ever! My friend and I got there early and got an upgrade to front row center stage. It was totally awesome! I love all of Billy Joel's songs and sang each one with him.
