Purchased tickets to Hamilton paid over $1000 and was turned away with entire family at the venue. Called 800 number and they could not help. Only offered to refund after they did an investigation. But our lovely family evening was ruined. Sometimes you don't get these events again.

The tickets were delivered on time and seats were as requested but the third party fees were RIDICULOUS. For a ticket priced at $267 there were $67 in fees. Thats $67 in fees or EACH individual ticket. I have NEVER paid those kind of fees PER TICKET before. What are you guys doing? Its a ripoff.

To see Alabama Crimson Tide play in person was a bucket list wish of mine. I spent more money then I could afford to go see them play USC at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas on September 3,2016. Everything was awesome, except for the fact that I had called Ticket Liquidators before buying the tickets to make sure I purchased tickets on the Alabama side and was given the wrong information twice... ending up with me buying tickets for the USC side instead. Even with the negative BS from the USC fans I had an awesome time but it would have been over the top of I had been given the right information and had been on the correct side!

The music was wonderful BUT the overall experience didn't live up to the standards set by the musical performances.
We attend many concerts per year(10+) but have never been as disappointed by a venue.
A) traffic control was horrendous. We live 87 miles from the venue. We left home at 3:45, we arrived at the exit off I-81 at 5:30 but we didn't arrive at the parking at the vip lot until 7:15.
B). Access
Then we were told there was no way to get dropped off at the entrance, we would have to " hoof it up the hill like the other handicapped patrons"
Having special places for those in wheelchairs once under the pavilion is meaningless if there is no coordination by staff as to how those in wheelchairs OR anyone with mobility challenges would make it safely up and down that hill ( partially paved, lots of ruts, potholes and stray stones) without much lighting on way out.)
C) indifferent staff; misleading ticketing.
Our tickets said Row 1; when we got to our vip box however, we found that our seats were not row 1, we were in 2 bd row of our box. That might not have been horrible but the women who shared the box and had front row tix chose instead to dance the whole night in front of our box, spreading out in front of the entire box, making it almost impossible to see the monitors much less the performers on stage unless we stood up. I get how they were excited and had every right to enjoy the concert but I think the venue could have done much better job of enforcing rules and a little common courtesy

Its a joke. Shipping fees and commission fees are insane. Better off buying of a scalper on the street. Terrible customer service too. I had a very negative experience with these rip off artists.

First, let me say that I still don't understand the logic of "No Cameras Allowed"... what do they think all those people holding up their (camera) phone are doing?
I opted to avoid the 3/4 mile of backed up traffic waiting for signal changes to wait in line for arena parking... took a curb side space on a side street across from the entrance. Wanted to see this show, but could not justify the price (other) ticket vendors were asking: atleast double the price of TL! Additionally, the one seat I looked at was only available as a 'pair"@ way into $1,000 For that price, should've included backstage passes and an option to sit in w/the band for a couple of tunes :\ Further shopping brought me to TicketLiquidator. The price(s) were reasonable (considering some people sitting 7 rows up, paid $600 - $800), and my ticket was shipped FedEx in just a few days from time of purchase. My seat was on stage centerline, eight rows back, and I was pleased w/the view; even when people we're standing. Tingley doesn't appear to be designed for seating on the arena floor. Finding my way down from Tier 'A' was not a breeze. Show was terrific. Professional, class act... I've already recommended TL to others that are finding concert tickets - Clapton for example, selling at $500 + Before I buy any tickets for future shows, I will be shopping at TL first.

I bought two tickets to The Rolling Stones concert one for me one for my handicapped mother drove all the way to Atlanta Georgia from Charleston South Carolina to be refused entry because the tickets that ticket Liquidator sold me word no good now I am disputing getting my money back daily they tell me I need a letter from the vendor the vendor is refusing a letter what a disaster my suggestion is never use this company

We do require some confirmation that tickets didn't work at the venue if that is a claim you are making. We at TL are not the direct supplier of the tickets (the tickets were listed and provided by an independent ticket-selling company) so we cannot directly confirm what happened at the venue. The venue would also not provide information about the incident to a third party, which is why we require information from you, since you were actually there and spoke with venue personnel. I purchased 2 Dave Matthews Tickets from Ticket Liquidator. I purchased these tickets on May 23,2015 and they were to be sent out by June 2,2015. I have been in contact with theirr call center in Windsor CT numerous times and my order went from a 2 day delivery to a late arrival AFTER the concert on June 6,2015. Whoever is responsible for sending my tickets out on time failed to do so and now they will not be delivered until June 8,2015 - days after the concert is scheduled for. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as other companies that I know call center do not want customers complaining to (as I have worked in for many years as a supervisor and I am currently employed as a by a call center). TicketLiquidator employees did nothing but provide me with false information and were so unprofessional that it made my stomach turn. Today I was told they would refund my money and IF the tickets happen to arrive in time for the show they would be free. I contacted Fed EX an hour later and this company stopped shipment on the tickets. They won't replace my tickets with others they have available nor did they refund my money in order to purchase new tickets. Had they resolved the issue when I first made them aware I would have my tickets. I believe they purposely take your money knowing you will not receive what you paid for. I would much rather spend more money to a LEGIT ticket company than deal with the headache and stress of ticketliquidator.com. 100% worry free guarantee is instead 100% stressful nightmare

Tip for consumers:
Please spend you hard earned money elsewhere this company will lie to you ,rip you off and not think twice about it. They also have sister companies as well. BEWARE OF ANY SITE AFFLIATED WITH Ticket software LLC in Vernon and/or Windsor CT

Hello Terri! Thanks for your comments! We're sorry to hear about the trouble with your order. Your ticket seller initially noted a ship date of June 2 for your tickets. The seller ended up bypassing this date and shipping out the tickets soon after. The issue is that the tickets were not guaranteed to reach you in time for the event due to your rural location. We spoke with FedEx and they were not able to guarantee delivery. We therefore contacted your seller and ensured that they refunded you 125% of the ticket order, per our guarantee. The refund was processed today but may take a few business days to register to your bank account. This is because financial institutions typically don't process refunds immediately, sometimes not even debits. We can nevertheless assure you that the 125% refund has been processed. The ticket package was stopped by the supplier in light of the fact that it wasn’t likely to reach you and because the seller had already refunded you for the order, plus additional money. We were initially under the impression that FedEx would try to deliver the package anyway. We also don't directly own any event tickets, since we're an intermediary, so there are no replacement tickets we could provide directly (you were given a refund anyway, so would have to be charged for new tickets), but anyone could certainly order tickets for the same event on our site as it stands. We're very sorry for the trouble with your order and were in contact with you on quite a few occasions, trying our best, as the intermediary, to assist and coordinate possible resolutions with the actual supplier of your ticket order and ensure that the 125% guarantee was initiated and fulfilled for you.

Got Tickets, downloaded, all good. I get my confermation email and it says to call this number for a $25 rebate on my tickets. Called the number, waited 25 minutes, ginally talked to someone. The lady told me i qualified for a bonus $25 today only. So i got excited of course because i was getting alot back from tbis site. But instead she gave me a 5 minute shpeal about a membership that is $1 for the first month and $15 the remaining months after. She could probably tell I wasnt interested and said she would send me an email with all of the info. I have not recieved any info or my either of my rebates. If there wasnt thag option i would be more happy but to get my hopes up with a scam to promote a different membership did make me happy.

Ordering the tickets was easy, but the experience I thought I would receive for close to front row seats was awful. I bought close to first row seats on the bottom level for the Ed Sheeran concert for my fiance's birthday. I opted not to do floor seating, since I figured we would have a better view of the stage from there. I could not have been more wrong. Right next to our seats was an entrance to the floor seating, so we had a great front row view of the back of everyone's head for the entire concert. When there was not a line, we got to enjoy staring at the security personnel who insisted on standing directly in front of our view of the stage. I am glad we could hear the concert, because 75% of it was spent in furious dismay waiting for people to take their seats. I wish I could get a full refund so I could have given my fiance something half as decent for her birthday. I worked very hard to save for decent tickets, and was embarrassed and displeased with the outcome. 2 stars for ease of ordering.

My wife purchased tickets from TicketLiquidator.com for me and my son to go to a baseball game on Father's Day as a surprise. Little did I know I would get a bigger surprise when we were turned away at the door because the same tickets were resold on StubHub, invalidating my tickets. TicketLiquidator is nothing more than a third party reseller that provides no service other than protecting scammy tickets sellers. The only possible way to get a refund is to FAX a letter written by the ticket office on 'venue letterhead' that states you were denied access. Little would you know that the ticket office is never going to provide that because they don't want you using these third party middle men either! The ticket office did tell me that anyone can call and confirm that the tickets were sold and honored on StubHub, but TicketLiquidator refused to make that call. At best, they are just a middle man that provides no service other than inflating ticket prices for their own benefit, and at worst they are a front that protects scammers through their B. S. terms and conditions. STAY AWAY!
