Always has good variety. Always come through with what I purchased. Great customer service. Often best prices around. Not fond of fees but that's the game. Everybody's got them. I do a ton business with ticket liquidator and will continue to.
Purchased tickets to Hamilton paid over $1000 and was turned away with entire family at the venue. Called 800 number and they could not help. Only offered to refund after they did an investigation. But our lovely family evening was ruined. Sometimes you don't get these events again.
These seats were horrible and it was because i lost better seats because the website didnt work. Not only did it deny my mom's credit card, it also moved us to the FARTHEST seats available.
Short Story: Don't buy from them, they are not a legitimate source and they sell tickets they don't have, buy in advance for high volume events and save yourself the trouble. Also that 200% money back guarantee is a selling tactic and a scam they don't stand buy it.
Long Story: Worth being told...
Just recently (Dec. 30th 2015), I purchased tickets from this company for an event in Toronto.
6:30 PM. - I place my order for the event
6:45 PM. - I get a confirmation email, from them stating the order has been completed and I will receive my tickets via email within 10 - 15
6:46 PM - I leave my house after receiving this email
7:35 PM - I arrive to the event, and check if my tickets had arrived, as they usually would if you go with a more legitimate company like (stubhub, Vividseats, ticketmaster, etc.).
*However I see no e-mail with my tickets.
7:40 PM - I give them a call and ask them where my tickets are, and they tell me: "your tickets were sold to someone and they have no tickets to replace them with"
*At this point I spent $25 on parking, around $15 on gas.
My problem with them is they charged me for the tickets, sent me a confirmation e-mail, and then when i show up to the event I have to call them in order for them to tell me my order did not go through. -.-
They could have called or the least they could have done is sent an email telling me my tickets were cancelled. I had the kids with me, I showed up to the event running around trying to find someone outside the arena selling tickets because I trusted a company like ticket liquidators.
The customer service agents are rude and don't let you speak when you try to explain your story. They refused the 200% money back guarantee and offer no kind of incentive for the error on their end.
The kids were upset, We were not able to find tickets. I buy tickets for events often, but i will NEVER buy from them again, and neither should YOU.

Outstanding service everything worked exactly the way it should but the tickets and they are FedEx to me the very next day at 10 in the morning
We loved the show, and even got upgraded when we'd gotten there. This is a great show- best of acrobatics and dancing.

Our tix were sold 2x. Thankfully The theater solved the problem. Wehad to sit in the press box. That raises the question if the tix were ligitimate. I will be very careful in the future
It was great. Had lots of fun! I liked every one except a-boogy. Roy Woods, Drake and Future made the best out of it.
Was not crazy about getting the tickets 1 day before the show and then having to download a special program to print them! Really was stressful!
I understand the concert was great, we were really looking forward to going, but unfortunately an emergency came up and we were not able to go.

Whoever took the picture of where the seats are at, is very dishonest. A big piece of the stadium was blocking our view. Absolutely disgusted.

I am very sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied from the view from your seats. Our seat view photos are to give a basic idea of what the view will be, but since Ticket Liquidator is not affiliated with any venue, we are not always aware of any obstructions that may occur at specific events. The venue is responsible for marking tickets as having an obstructed or partial view and without that marking from the venue, we have no way of knowing that there may be an obstruction.

Tickets arrived Fedex the day before the concert. The seats were amazing!
The service and mailing fees did add up to quite a bit though...,
Staff went above and beyond, especially Cameron who kept me up to date the entire time and helped me even after I got the tickets!

I will NEVER purchase tickets from you ever again. I have bought A LOT of concert tickets (62 tickets since June 8th) and have NEVER had such AWFUL service EVER. I bought 14 tickets for almost 1,200$ FIVE MONTHS before the show. I received and email conformation that I would have my mailed tickets (because I chose that method. I do not have a printer) by July 12. I NEVER received my tickets until 45 mins before the Limousine picked us up for my daughters SUPPOSED TO BE A SUPRISE Sweet 16 birthday party with 14 of her friends. I also did not receive them until I called 11 times over 3 days. I lied to and treated EXTREMELY RUDELY, even mocked by 2 of those 11 call center employees that you employ. I will spend my time in the very near future on social media WARNING my friends, family and general public about your scandalous way so that nobody has to go thru what I just went thru for the last 3 days. I lost sleeps dead sick over this. MY 16 year old daughter literally cried for hours OVER WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE HAPPIEST DAY OF HER LIFE. And you employee offered to give we 15$ back. I don't even want your 15$ THAT IS JUST ANOTHER SLAP IN THE FACE. I am also a local business owner and I could NEVER imagine a business this way. Absolutely NO intergrity.

The tickets arrived on time before the event which I was so thankful for, due to the fact I ordered them 1 week prior to the concert, so i was very happy for that! Our seats were great. We had a terrific view of him & would definitely order VIP tickets again. However, I'm very upset & disappointed with Montage mountain and the overall organization of the event. Event staff wouldn't let me park in the VIP parking section, even though my parking tag was visible.) I had asked & pointed out I had VIP parking & tickets bit was denied to park in that section, & had to park in a baseball field abut 5-7 miles away from the pavilion. We then had to wait approximately 1 hour for school buses to shuttle us up the mountain hill. There were only 4 or 5 buses running at a time. The traffic getting to the concert was incredibly congested & disorganized by event staff & took about another hour to get to the pavilion, dropping us off way below the pavilion entrance to walk another 1/4 mile or so into the event. The buses were filled with unbelievably drunk, obnoxious people, one of which pulled her pants down & urinated on the bus. We missed all of Dustin lynch & only saw the last song of little big town due to the poor traffic control & organization. We barely ( and i do mean barely) made it there to see luke bryan & ushers had little knowledge of where my VIP box section was located. The section for food for VIP holders was shut down & only soft pretzels & beverages available in the VIP area. I paid for VIP parking & wasn't allowed in that area, plus missing 2 entertainers I paid for. So, needless to say, I'm very disgusted with the event organization, the poor planning & control of the whole situation. Our seats were really good, but the rest was horrible.

The $205 charge was very attractive. It was only after I had provided my credit card number that I was informed of almost $70 worth of fees.
Horrible service. No manager in charge. Refund only no customer services. They do nothing when they are at fault.
