Purchased tickets to Hamilton paid over $1000 and was turned away with entire family at the venue. Called 800 number and they could not help. Only offered to refund after they did an investigation. But our lovely family evening was ruined. Sometimes you don't get these events again.
Took almost 3 months to deliver the tickets which was of course too late. Customer service was rude and no help... stay away. Wound up paying hundreds of dollars for tickets that showed up after the event, no refund from ticket liquidator.

I accidentally ordered Dave Matthews tickets for Sunday show but wanted Saturday show. I called within 2 minutes of placing the order and was told nothing can be done. I will never order tickets from your site and will let everyone I know what happened and encourage people to go elsewhere.
Big scam the worst experience of my life I paid all this money with my handicapped mother and drove hundreds of miles to not be let in the show all I want is my money back now which has turned into another project don't use this company! :(

We see that there was an initial mix-up after the seller uploaded your event tickets for you to download. The uploaded tickets were incorrect so the ticket seller emailed you a copy of the tickets you should actually use for the event. It appears you took the wrong tickets to the venue, which is why they didn't let you into the event. The seller has processed a 125% refund of your ticket order today in light of all the trouble. Please allow the refund to take 3-7 business days to reach your account. Any delay in this regard would be based on your credit card company. We have also extend you 15% off a future ticket order, good for one year.
Buying the tickets was fast and easy. Unfortunately, I bought them because I wanted to see Emmylou Harris. She called in sick. I'm not a fan of Lovett's large band music, so we left after the third number.

I feel that I was treated poorly in response to my situation by your team. There lack of sensitivity and actual threats were alarming, documented, and opened my eyes to a need for more strict laws and penalties for companies such as yours.
I surround myself with colleagues and professionals that display PAKT, Professionalism, Attitude, Knowledge, and Teamwork. These are trusted individuals and companies that I would use again or even recommend when asked.
Your company failed in all four categories. I'm not sure what individuals, colleagues, and professionals you surround yourself with, but I would guess most have pretty long rap sheets.

No refund after concert date was postponed(moved out of state so we couldn't go to new date) partner company didn't even answer calls. One customer support member suggested selling the tickets back to your website, there's no option for that.

Needed tickets to Bassnectar literally a day before the show, ended up getting them at a fair price and my printouts worked when I got there. Received an email shortly after purchase with receipt info and then another one 30 min later with the tickets. Impressive for such short notice. Definitely using them again.
Susan, Shawn, and Amanda all work for Ticket Liquidator: they are fictitious characters created by a 'Marketing Scab' who's only job is to fabricate identities, positive feedback, and one liners. Anyone else suspect that ticketmaster and 'scalper sites' to be linked? My hypothesis: ticketmaster allows these sites to purchase 4-10 tickets on the day of a popular event's sale, then they jack up the price (x2 or x3 original) and tack on hidden fees (S&H is $40 per ticket!).
The bands sounded great, but you could tell they were not into it because the crowds were jerks! Talked the entire time. I was asked to sit down several times by a group of old white collar people that had no clue who the counting crows were! They even threw water at us! Really disappointed that I paid so Much for tickets and had this experience! We will not be back to chastain!
AC/DC concert postponed due to illness of lead singer. They are going to replace him. We would never have bought tickets without lead singer period! After many emails and phone calls talked to someone that said we have to review details and hung up on me. Found out after my credit card co. Called them no refund because they were still touring as AC/DC. Got an email telling us we could try and sell our tickets ourselves but prices go up and down so we probably wouldn't get what we paid. We would be lucky to find anyone that would buy it I'm sure without lead singer! Letting our credit card company deal with this horrible, untrustworthy company.
Planned, prepared, saved up, kept the days open from work and other activities and then a few months out I received a phone call that they had over sold the tickets. That isn't my fault. So my tickets were refunded and they gave no help in obtaining any other tickets. I don't understand the greed process! I will avoid using this process again.
You have the slowest bartenders in the world or just not enough of them. It took us 1 hour to get them at 2 drinks per person waiting in the heat. By the time we got to our seats you spill half of the $10.00 small drinks. Cameo's performance was so poor people were walking out during their performance after they waited all day for them. I probably will not ever go to the
Anaheim Convention Center again too long of a walk for parking that you pay high dollar for and is not even valet. The rest of the performers were great it's the venue I was disatisfied with.

My tickets arrived via mail with plenty of time. Also had confirmation email with tracking number. Had a nice ticket holder complete with parking pass and event checklist, very handy. Then received another email making sure my ordered arrived and showing hotels and restaurants in the area. Overall very satisfied and would recommend!
Got the tickets for a decent price, talk to representative when it came closer to my concert. It was dope having someone let you know that everything is going according to plan. Tickets came the same day as the concert which put me on edge but they handled it with ease! Thank you!
You can't go wrong using ticketliquidator. I encountered excellent customer service on the phone and through email. They covered all their bases on this transaction. I even got an email letting me know what the weather forecast was for the night of my concert along with restaurant suggestions and a map to the venue - wow, very nice. The tickets and the VIP items got to me quickly and the seats were better than expected. Definetely worth the price. I will certainly use them again.
I hate it when I'm told I'll pay "X" amount for something and then the price goes up by $70 at the checkout due to "service fees" and delivery charges. IT's such a scam. Just tell me the actual price at the beginning so I'll know! If there was any possible way to get tix without using this site, I would.

There is a piece by piece breakdown of the purchase on the final screen before completing a ticket order which details the service and delivery fees on the ticket purchase. This gives the customer the option to review the fees and cancel the order before it has completed if the fees are unacceptable. While some ticket resale sites choose to include fees in the price of the tickets, we prefer to provide customers a breakdown of fees and ticket prices for full transparency.

I couldn't order the tickets I needed online because only sets of two were offered, no matter what site I was on. I decided to call Ticketliquidator to find out why. The agent was really nice and explained about only selling two at a time, but that he'd be able to do it over the phone. He found me three great seats for Lewis Black. The tickets arrived just two days before the show, but they did arrive. We had a great time and I'll use TL again.

My Husband and I wanted the last day of our honeymoon to be awesome. So we decided to do one of our favorite things together, and that is watching baseball. The Pirates and Dodgers were playing that day in Pittsburgh so I started looking for tickets. I came across ticketliquidator.com and gave it a shot since they had tickets really close to the field and at a reasonable price. We bought them on like a Friday we got them that Monday or Tuesday. The agent was great-I told her what I was hoping for-she got me 6 seats-2 and 4 behind those-with 2 on the aisle-with fees, each ticket was $40 below face value! Great seats and fabulous ballet. We will definitely use you again and again. (Only thing I did not love was being referred to Great Fun-it was not clear to me that the $25 savings your agent offered entailed a monthly fee/subscription with Great Fun. Still working on canceling that-and it's not easy).
