Ticket Liquidator

Had to get some last minute tickets to a mostly sold out show for me and my kids. The tickets were a little expensive but the seats were great and we had an amazing concert!

Show was AMAZING & seats were awesome =) Best night ever. Twenty One Pilots were phenomenal, the arena was full of so much happiness and positive energy. The boys did great <3

Perfect seats at a weeks notice, hated hated hated the $25 rebate thing. Company running the deal must be paying someone at your company some good money for that.

The phone sales person was very helpful and identified the most high value seats for our family. She was very organized and made sure I had all the information for our purchase before the call ended.

They were very accommodating to over-night my tickets and were very easy to get in contact with. Not to mention their price was half of the venue price.

Sitting in the stadium, wherever you may be, is immeasurably better than watching on T. V. Enjoying the thrill of the crowd adds to the excitement and makes the price of the tickets worthwhile!

We got to the gate and nobody knew of your company nobody knew about tickets, so we spent 2 hours in the sun while they found our tickets and we were not the only ones.

My first time buying tickets and it was an awesome experience. It was quick convenient and easy! My tickets were a very good deal price wise and seating location. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

While trying to purchase tickets there was a question as to when the tickets would be sent. Instead of finalizing the purchase I contacted TL by phone and was advised to have the tickets sent to a hotel in the city where the event was happening, as I would already be en route to the venue when the tickets were scheduled to arrive at my house. I contacted the hotel, discussed the situation, and was told that they would set them aside for me, expecting my arrival that same day. Since this was two months out it seemed a good arrangement. Much to my surprise I received an email from TL that my tickets had already been shipped, two months earlier than expected, and not to my home but to a hotel in another city that I would not visit for 2 months! I contacted TL and was told that I needed to contact the actual seller of the tickets, who represented the actual owner of the tickets. I said that for the $80 I paid for the "excellent service" fee and shipping they had an obligation to see that I got my tickets, and that I had no relationship with any third party seller or owner, and that TL needed to fulfill their responsibility to me. I have yet to receive either tickets or an update from TL and my next recourse will be to register an official inquiry with my credit card company and have the payment reversed.

I purchased tickets for Ed Sheeran in Chicago (9/15/17) on 3/17. My email receipt, states that my e-tickets will be available to me on 9/8 and to keep a watch out for an email. I email both ticket liquidator and the seller on 9/9. No email so I finally call on 9/12. I speak to a really nice girl after 10 mins on hold. She explains that this happens all the time, not to be concern, and that a lot of people are in the same boat because of how Ed sells his tickets. She instructs me to call back around 12pm on the day of the concert if I still haven't gotten my email. Well, no email so I call back. I was on hold for 5 or so minutes, but the gentleman says that I should call back at 4:30 and if I don't have tickets decide what I AM GOING TO DO. I call back at 4:30, on hold for 20 mins. At this point we also call the seller on another line. When I finally speak to a ticket liquidator rep, she tells me I was told to call at 5, and she can't help me because I didn't listen and to call back then, hanging up on me. Thankfully, the seller gets us new tickets in the same row, just a section over. Needless to say, I would rather cut off my own leg than use ticket liquidator ever again.

My so called ticket I printed off required me to get in a long line at the venue to get a real ticket 45 minutes later I had a ticket to enter very deceptive

Great service, and great seats, I priced my tickets the day of the even and i save 50% on what they were going for the day of the event- I will be using them again!. S. Bono

It was a wonderful concert and a special night because it was keith and nicolle 10 year anniversary. Will be looking forward to more concerts. Thank you

Despite the severe thunderstorm which delayed the show. Cold Play came out and just entertained and put a show on which made you forget the rain and being wet.

It was a nice and easy experience. I purchased NASCAR for my parents for a gift. It was easy. They helped me a lot. I appreciate all the help. Customer service was awesome and refreshing.

THEY PROMISED ME 2 $25 REBATES BECAUSE I BOUGHT 2 TICKETS, I GOT THIS VERBALLY CONFIRMED ON 1/21/16 BECAUSE I SIGNED UP FOR A FREE 1 MONTH TRIAL OF GREAT FUN (WHICH SUCKS BTW). IF YOU DONT CANCEL WITHIN THE 1ST MONTH THEY CHARGE YOU $16.99 EACH MONTH, I CANCELLED WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS ON 2/10/16 AND GOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. NOT ONLY DID THEY CHARGE ME THE NEXT MONTH, THEY ONLY CLAIMED TO SEND OUT 1 $25 REBATE CHECK WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET AS OF 4/27/16! LIKE THIS WASNT ENOUGH, THEY HAVE 3000 PHONE NUMBERS THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL IN ORDER TO GET A N Y TYPE OF ANSWER! THE "DISCOUNTS" AND ANNOYING PHONECALLS ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! BUY YOUR TICKETS FROM A SCALPER!

The original ticket price and the price that we paid was outrageous. Almost 1000% and the price from where we were located at Wells Fargo summer we almost need an oxygen. You lost a client!

I had a problem on the internet get my tickets in the guy I had on the phone is fantastic he helped me all the way through the problem thank you very much

I always shop around. They have the easiest site to navigate. They are always the cheapest tickets around. I don't know why I waste my time looking around.

Too small to sit, too close to another person's sit, not comfortable, too hot inside, hard breath inside, and water bottle is taste so awfully even $5.00!

Purchasing and printing tickets were easy. The price of tickets; come to find out were 3 times the cost of the tickets the people next to us paid. Very disappointing!

The concert was good wasnt happy with the seats. I thought I was on ground level. Instead I was up in the grandstand seating on the side of the tv screen
