For the high price paid we had the impression we had "seats" in gold circle. We had to stand Could not stay for whole concert due to health issues not allowing us to sit. Waste of 839$
The sales girl was very nice and helpfu. But after buying my tickets for the grand total after taxes, etc. add on prices, I found out about two days later that I owed MORE money. This is after spending an INSANE amount for these tickets (over $3,000.00). I had received a call from my credit card company asking me if I authorized this amount (around $250.00). I was shocked and said no. They did not allow it to go through and cancelled my card/mailing me a new American Express which is an pain to me. Then 2days later I received a call saying I owed this money and I told them I paid the total cost and refused to pay any more. He said that was fine and he would cancel my order on the tickets. I was forced to pay MORE. Your sales team should have told me this would happen before I bought these tickets. I shopped around for best deal and was warned that this does happen with your company but would not give details. I thought this was the final price and it should have been enough for what I paid. I will not be a return customer!

I enjoyed the game Im just very upset I payed 25 dollars for express shipping my tickets where never shipped I received them on my phone and went threw a lot just trying to get the tickets delivered to my phone and then finally received them very late the night before I really want the 25 dollars I spent on express shipping back since i purchased tickets April 2 and didnt get them until 19 days after

When his program first started the music was so loud we were almost blown out of our seats but as Jeff Fa Fa started to talk they gradually brought the level down to suit his voice. His monologue about his personal life is absolutely hillarious. That alone could make a show. But as usual Jeff Fa Fa and his little friends had all of us in stitches the whole night. We had to drive 200 miles to see his show, and it was worth every long mile coming home at 230am. We have caught his show on TV alot of times and we truely love his comedy--- ALL IN ALL__A GREAT TIME

I purchase 3 tickets to a musical in Portland, OR. I did not get what I thought I was ordering. The website is misleading and way overpriced for what I actually got. Apparently, while BAL A means balcony-section A and BAL B means balcony- section B... BALC means they can give you a seat anywhere in the balcony. Also, the tickets available for the balcony were either 2BAL or BAL. I thought that meant BAL was 1st BAL, since those tickets were a little more money... I was wrong. Apparently, BAL means they can put you anywhere including 2nd balcony. BEWARE! If the ticket sounds vague... assume the worst. Also when I called customer service and spoke with Robert, he refused to let me speak with a supervisor and eventually hung up on me. NICE! I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
