If I could give 0 stars, I would. 3 days ago, I purchased 2 floor seats for a Hornets bball game. My CC gets charged. Next day, I recieve an email saying those floor seats are not available would I like to buy seats 15 rows higher for $15 less than what they sold the floor seats. I tried to call the company and complain but they NEVER answer the phone number they provide. I email the company and they dance around saying they are a third party retailer and don't actually have any tickets. So, then the next day, I use www.seatgeak.com and well what do you know, those same exact floor seats are up again with Ticketnetwork as the seller. No only that, but they have 6 more floor seats right in the section of the Hornets sideline. So, I think, no way they try to screw me over twice. So, I buy the 6 floor seats and they charge my credit card almost $1000. 00 Guess What? Today, I get an email AGAIN saying none of those floor seats are unavailable and would I like to buy seats 18 rows up for a "discounted" price of $20 from what I paid for the floor seats. I have tried calling their phone number multiple times and nobody ever answers. I leave messages with my phone number and nobody ever calls. I would avoid this company like the plague. They claim to be like eBay on another site. I am WAY more comfortable purchases tickets on eBay than this place. NEVER would I use this site with any confidence. They are simply taking your $$ without providing the product.
Easy to pick out seats with reasonable prices. Better options than in other dealers and with clear floorplan to choose good seats. Great communication in regard to ticket status.
To be honest I only went to see Nelly and Backstreet Boys. And I loved every minute of it. We sat 8th row behind the stage and could clearly see all of the performers.

Tickets can be tricky, I get it. This is why when I order Tickets I am VERY thorough. This company was easy to order from & communication on the sales side was very good. The Problem here is that they use the classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I ordered Balcony3 tickets in this case and the only reason I went with Balcony seats at all is because they were in the center. Well I was sent Balcony1 which is all the way on the side. Rather than try to help me fix their error they played games saying that I received BALC Row J and that is what I ordered. BAIT AND SWITCH.

The ticket seller on our end labeled the tickets simply as Balcony, Row J. This means that were promising to supply any tickets together in Row J of the Balcony - left, right, or center. The venue map on our site indicated this correctly. We did reach out to the other website through which you ordered and they will be helping to address the issue with you since the problem is on their end. The seats was great, But we shouldn't had be treated that way. And when we ask for a Manger it take forever no we was not pleased at all.

I was not able to go to the concert. NI have been in bed for 6 days with it. I was told not to go anywhere. Nor could I have gone. I'm sick about what I paid for the Tickets. Ahhhhhh
The show was great. The on stage screen gave the show something that Riverdance and Lord of the Dance did'nt have. Michael still has the moves and showmanship that made him famous..

I called Friday 11th of Nov. About where my tickets were for the next day concert. And "Lisa the manager" told me that they over sold the tickets that I paid for and that they did not have any more available for general admission. So she offered me section 203 seat e & g witch were up top by the roof. I said no I don't want them seats. She asks if I just want a refund and tells me my last 4#s of my card and says it will be 3-5 business days for it to show up and hangs up quick on me. So I emailed them Monday about my refund she told me she was going to do. I get a call Wed the 16th from "Lisa the manager" and she tells me that she never told me that she was going to refund me my money for the tickets for $205.45 she just lied to me to cover her butt and won't let me talk to another manager about it. I felt very used and taken advantage of because I had to call 3 times that Friday the 11th before I got an answer about my tickets. I would not use this stealing of money company and then they lie to you about it once they have there money.
We had a good time once we got in, we went to the 1030 show which we new would be late but once we got to the center it took a hour and 15miuntes to get in.

TSO is fantastic. The lights, videos, lasers, and raising platforms set the excitement and then the instruments, singers and great song selection electrify the audience. Absolutely great.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. The Gardens was clean, but the floor in the women's restroom was sticky. It was so sticky my shoes came off and stuck to the floor.

We got good seats and the purchase was easy. I paid $50 for parking because my husband can't walk very far. The parking ticket wasn't honored and we had to pay again to park.
The tickets got to me very quickly, I even got a phone call letting me know the shipment was on track. I couldn't ask for better serivce, will definitely purchase tickets from here again.
