The fast and efficient service has impressed me. Within an hour, the ticket was sent to me. A secure and reliable website for purchasing tickets to various concerts near you from your place. Effortless process. Also, the great deals and discounts are provided which are cheaper than other.

$$$ Compared to competitors like axs. Do not use! Shop around find someone else, they will charge you a huge extra rate for some bs extra device that is the same as anywhere else. We don't need deliveries, it's 2019.!

Ordered tickets 9/21 and i just found out the venue still has tickets that are 110% cheaper. Pretty disappointing. Wish i had called there first. Now i am wondering if i will even get the tickets. They gave me a first name and a phone number of the apparent owner of the tickets, who did not answer when i called. Not feeling very good about this. No verified seat number which leads me to believe the tickets are not pre-purchased, and not directly connected to the real tickets offices. Feels pretty shady. If the tickets work out I will update this post but for now i must star it accordingly at 2, Mike H

I purchased four tickets at inflated prices. The pricing was bad enough, but the ticket transfer was misdirected and their "customer service" insisted that I must have accepted the tickets using some other email account (no) and I must have another Ticketmaster account to which they were directed (nope). They have a no refund policy, even when they screw up an order. I never got the tickets and will be contesting the charge to my credit card.

Don't waste your time or money with ticketoffices.com. Yes, I received my tickets 3 months before the event but I paid double the price of other outlets. This was a total rip-off. I will never use them again.

Do NOT do business with these scammers. You'll either pay WAY too much, or lose your money completely.

Folks, there is a good reason that 45% off the reviews for this scam company are average/fair/poor. With 29% of the total being poor. They absolutely suck. Avoid them.

They sold me tickets at 44% above face value, but at the point of ordering it all looked legit. Then $68 added for a service fee, then $7 fee to EMAIL the tickets. Really? You can be an astute shopper, and even then it all looks legit at the point off purchase.

So why did I want a refund, which they completely refused to do? Cuz the event I bought tickets for changed to a different event, but happened to include the original individual act as part off a tribute multi-performer act. They totally suck, and the reason there are any positive reviews is that they create a lot of fake accounts then give themselves 5 stars.

Do not buy tickets off this website unless you want to be scammed. This site sells tickets for TRIPLE the amount that any other website does. Please check other sources before using this website. You have been warned!
My boyfriend spent 200$ PER seat in Row 220 and on Ticketmaster they were selling FLOOR seats for 140$. They do not offer refunds for people who have made an innocent mistake, they have no mercy for anybody. This is not what I call customer service. They told me if im not happy then to resell the tickets but nobody will want to buy these for the price we paid. I am disgusted at how this company deals with their customers, they basically tell you that you are SOL. Very sad that this is the way they operate.

I wish 0 rating was available. I bought 2 ticket at row E, at Flint center, Cupertino, 40 days before the concert date. They cost me $109 each plus a large service fee. When i received my tickets by email, I noticed they were at row EE, much further back. I called customer service. All they repeated was that sales are final. They did not admit to their mistake. I went to the box office at Flint Center and found out that these tickets had a face value of $59 and were originally purchased by an individual. Ticketoffices.com tricked me into thinking they are direct sellers for Flint Center.
Avoid them. Buy tickets directly from Ticketmaster.

This is a so called "resale" site. They apparently buy tickets ahead of time in blocks and then sell it to you. This IS NOT the same as TicketMaster where you pay the vendor actual price for an actual seat. They charged us $200 for what turned out to be $25 seats in the 25th row at the Disney Ice show. Really... they are a website and claim to be providing service, what service is actually given... forget about refunds even if the event is 3 months in future, complaining to them is like talking to a wall. Complain to your credit card co. To help with clawing back a refund... or complain to your state attorney general.

This ticket outlet is crazy. I've spent time and energy tracking them down for tickets I ordered in August for an event in October. It's now less than 48 hours before the event and I still do not have the tickets. They are only delivered through email. I've called twice now and I'm told the seller hasn't sent them yet. Getting through to someone live is almost impossible. When I finally did get through to some at their customer service I was told they guarantee I'll have the tickts one hour before the show! I dont' think anyone wants to deal with that kind of stress. I'll already be on the way to the event! Unless you want to go through this stress, don't buy tickets through this place!

This company is a scam. I just reported them to the attorney general and will do what I can to get this company shut down. Just look at reviews on every site. Websites being redirected to this third party rape company to people not getting tickets to people not getting tickets because they were sold to someone else. I was charge 300$ for two 93$ tickets! I'm pissed off!

I purchased 14 tickets with insurance costing me 5 gs... then corona virus happened and the concert was postponed for a year and a half, in a completely different month and season. They will give no refund, and scoffed that I even suggested it, same with their $#*!ty insurance company! Like they couldn't resale these tickets in that time. 7 people have backed out and are now stuck with tickets they don't want. I equal it to having sex with someone who just lays there and you think you're good. $#*! this company.

I'll attempt to keep this brief.

I purchased tickets for an event that cost roughly $30 each. It's completely understandable that there will be "fees and service charges," as I am relying on the convenience of purchasing these tickets while sitting on my couch at home. Imagine my surprise when I am charged an extra $10 for each ticket. When I contacted the company via their chat, I was given rehearsed answers for why the fees exist, at which point I was told it boiled down to profits. TicketOffices.com admitted that they charged me roughly 1/3 of my ticket price so that they could make a profit.

I would strongly suggest using another service to purchase your tickets, as many will only charge you a small fee for each order and not a fee for each ticket (even when its within the same order).

TicketOffices.com is more concerned with making profits than they are with customer satisfaction.

Got the tickets, but the match up (teams playing) changed. Did not buy tickets fir the teams playing. Was refused a refund. Ticketmaster would have refunded without issue. Funny thing, my tickets were transferred to Ticketmaster for delivery. These people are not as advertised. I do not recommend using them.

I bought tickets for Judas Priest in Dawson creek. This site claims 100% money back guarantee. I never received the tickets and claimed ups delivered them so that's all they cared. I never received anything and they refuse to get me a signature or any proof! Bull$#*! site, all fake.

Crooks. Hidden charges.
Overcharged my credit card. Customer service hung up on me. Many complaints about them. DON'T TRUST THEM. Purchased 4 tickets at $109 each = $436.00 They charged my credit card $569.39. There was NO information anywhere about surcharges. The customer service told me the $133.39 was for ticket delivery. The delivery is by e-mail. ( the only option).

This resale site gouges, i received 2 tickets with a printed on value of $115, received an email with cost of $574.49, then received my credit card statement charged $748.37. The $574.49 was in US dollars, of course, for a show in Canada! Seats were on main floor, three rows from back! Worse than scalpers! Will never do this again, I thought there were laws making this illegal. Massive rip off!

Verified purchase

Bought Billy Joel MSG tickets right before the pandemic. Then a reschedule happened. Then TicketOffices sent me new tickets. They didn't see right, so I asked them to validate them. They just kept shuffling me around to agents. Got to the venue and they were in fact, fake tickets. I've opened a case with TicketOffices, but they will not get back to me. Avoid these scammers!

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT use TicketOfffices.com - they are selling FAKE tickets and will not return your calls or money!

Products used:
Nothing - the tickets were FAKE. They turned me and my kid away at the stadium!

Ticket Offices was my first experience of being scammed in purchasing tickets for an event. First of all there is no human you can speak to. They claim they'll speak to you through texting but is not real. They do not answer phone calls.

I ordered tickets for a special show and received completely wrong tickets. I got 4 instead of 7 in a section that was I had not chosen or paid for. I had to call my credit card company to hurry up and refund my money. So disappointing. The communication was nonexistent.

WARNING! This company is horrific. I'm mad at myself for ordering on their website.

Canceled vacation plans due to Corona virus. Every other thing we booked was understanding and gave us a refund. We bought concert tickets for while we were on vacation. The concert date was moved from May to December. The day after Christmas. Tried to get a refund since I live 600 miles away. I was told that since the concert tickets were still valid, there would be no refund. STAY AWAY!

I am Canadian and purchasing tickets to an event in Canada but was not Informed that it would be in USD. After purchasing the tickets, I got a notification from my credit card for $294. But their site emailed me saying it was $219. I complaind to them and the responded within an hour telling me that all purchases are in USD. Should have said that first.
Then I am being told that I will receive my tickets the day of the event. I hope that other people who read this do not fall for this scam like I did. I am trying to report them but it is harder to do than you may think.

Worst ticket purchasing experience ever. Bought 2 tix to a concert same day. Called when the "delivery" email was not received. On the phone for an hour, was transferred to a supervisor who was rude and kept cutting me off. She said the seller typed our email address in wrong and it was their fault. Finally got it resolved, but left late for the concert. Will be disputing the charge with the bank. This was absolutely the worst!

Went to the bull riding last night at Bud Gardens and I have no idea if it was any good or not. I purchased my tickets back in December in order to get great seats. I paid over $225 for two tickets. Our seats were terrible. We were at the very opposite end of the arena to all of the action. I believed that by ordering tickets early and paying top dollar that I would get great seats but I was totally wrong.
Budweiser Gardens and Ticketoffices.com are definitely not interested I customer satisfaction.

I thought that I was purchasing event tickets from the venue's website and was directed to ticket offices.com instead. Unfortunately, I not only overpaid for my tickets but was charged unbelievable high fees. This was a birthday/anniversary present and I didn't realize the gross overpayment until the transaction was completed. I called their toll free number for a refund and the recorded message stated to note that because they're a ticket resale company no credits, refunds or changes can be made. This put a huge damper on the otherwise fun I had planned for the night. Ticket Offices is a total ripoff.

Ultimately my fault for not paying more attention. I could have got the tickets for less than half what it cost. It is a scam. You basically put your order in and then they get the tickets and send them to you. The tickers are much more than they would be if you just went through ticket-master. I am kicking myself for not paying more attention and hopefully someone will learn from my mistake. The only good thing was I got the tickets. Which I probably would have been able to get anyways.

Horrible customer service, do not go to this site. I thought they were the official site of the place I was trying to buy tickets, realized afterwards that it was not. I emailed them explaining that I ordered through them accidentally and needed to cancel my order. Their answer was all sales a final, blah, blah, blah, our site says it is a resale site ( when I ordered it did not), and you are basically out of money. They also told me in an email to resale my tickets and I could do that on any site even if I didn't have the tickets in my possession. So hey the person who is guaranteeing I will have tickets next April probably don't even have the tickets in hand and the official place says they will most likely be fraudulent tickets. This place sucks. Do not buy anything from here ever!
