I used ticket offices for a outdoor venue in Saint Pete Florida and was charged a $166 for 2 tickets.
Come to find out from the actual venue website the tickets are worth 20 dollars! Then refused to help us when we questioned them. Supervisor's name ebony

All you get is a computer animated response, even to my last post, promising to "look into this matter at this unprecedented time". BS! Haven't heard a peep. I bought 4 tickets to Tim mcgraw. Concert got cancelled and they still have not refunded me. Been over a year. I've tried to contact them multiple ways but no luck. This is terrible customer service and support.

These guys charge huge mark-up on concert tickets. Purchased two, $100 tickets and paid $265. They have a strict no-return, no-exchange policy. Their customer phone line is loaded with pre-recorded answers --- it's difficult to get to a human, and when you do, they're of no help. STAY AWAY!

Email receipts didn't disclose breakdown of prices. Found out later (had to go through their website and type in confirm # and email) that I paid $50 for $20 seats, they also tacked on a $35 service charge and a $7 "email ticket" charge. My bad for not looking into company. Won't happen again.
They pinged off of a box office number, represented themselves as the box office venue, provided no disclaimer that they were resell tickets being sold, over priced by greater then 50%. Total scam! Don't ever use them!
I ordered tickets for 110 and was charged almost 72 dollars in fees that were not itemized in final billing OR the receipt. When I called they said its the only way they make their money. Ridiculous. Would NEVER use this site again.

This "business" aka "scam" misrepresents itself as the seller of record for a concert, then hides details regarding the actual seating and service charges until after your credit card is already charged. Their customer service is laughable, i. E., non-existent. Stay away! And tell your friends.

Anybody hear about the pandemic that hit the planet? Most, if not all major companies have made adjustments to accommodate the limitations created by the pandemic. This company simply refuses. I have called multiple times trying to either exchange or refund my tickets and all they do is argue. Their customer service is horrible, they keep interrupting me and refused to escalate the situation. I'm leaving terrible reviews anywhere I can and will never use this company in the future.

They refused to provide a refund for tickets purchased in 2020. Almost 2 years later we received an email offering a refund if we contacted them within 7 days. However when we tried to call the number provided it was very difficult to get through to an operator. We missed the deadline by 48 hours and only then were given a credit towards another event. They had our money for almost 2 years but only gave us 7 days for a refund. We did use the credit towards another event, however we could have gotten much better seats for less using a different website.

Ticket Offices sets up web links that deceive you into thinking you are buying directly from the vendor, rather than on a secondary market. They do not disclose their fees, which are exorbitant. If you catch them in their deception, they will not reverse the transaction. They won't even refund you their fees. You have to get your credit card company to dispute the charge, and contact the attorney general, which is what I did.

Ordered two tickets for $68 each for a Tampa Bay Lightning hockey game. Got my bill and there was a $39.95 service fee from this site. I would NEVER order tickets with that kind of fee and will never use them again. In addition, they charge a $6.95 delivery fee and these were e-tickets sent to my phone. The catch is that they were purchased through the team's website and ticketing office and were mixed in with other available tickets from different sources. This is a scam and buyer's need to be aware, if they see this site is handling the transaction.
I was trying to buy tickets for a local event. I started on the theatre's website, somehow ended up on their site. That was 12 hours ago and still no tickets. I called customer support, she laughed at me and hung up. Two tickets@ $72 each came to $194... US dollars.

This company is an absolute ripoff, I purchased tickets to a yankee game that was postponed to a date I was unable to make. Ticket offices did a double shrug and said all sales final, better luck next time. So if you you are into gambling, go ahead, support this business.

It's honestly baffling how many positive reviews this company has... I made a purchase thinking that tickets for a concert were sold out, turns out that haven't even went on sale yet OR pre-sale. They charged me DOUBLE the ticket price for a concert that doesn't even have tickets yet. They will not refund you no matter the circumstance. Complete scam.
I purchased tickets for a Trevor Noah concert for October 2020. This event has been cancelled but they will not refund me my money.
It is hard to get a hold of any one and to get any answers even though they say that if an event is cancelled they will reimburse you 100%.
Please do not purchase tickets from them as they rip you off and give you a hard time for a refund.

As frustrated as I get by ticket resellers that buy up all the tickets faster than fans can access them, ticketoffices.com had the tickets we wanted available. While I grumble about the price (a significant mark up above the list price), I appreciate that the tickets we ordered arrived quickly (electronic transfer in our case) and allowed us to get to the show without any problems. They are a ticket broker and you will pay the mark up for the service but we found them to be a reputable business providing the service as advertised.

I liked that I could buy online without having to have a transfer. I did not like that I had to print the tickets instead of using a digital copy. I also did not like that tickets can be sold for so much more than face value. I bought a ticket for a friend who got screwed out of another ticket so I paid double the face value. But it's ridiculous how much the tickets are allowed to be resold for.
I did not like this method of buying tickets. I should have bought directly from the theatre. I have to wait weeks to get my email tickets and the rep couldn't even tell me where in the row the seats were. This was a mistake.
