I paid for a hotel through their site for the dates of Nov 26-28. I went to hotel to check in, they didn't have a reservation from them. Got in contact with them, they told me to give them 2 hrs to get in contact with their partners to fix the situation. Waited 2 hrs, no phone call. I called them back and was told to give another hour, again no phone call after a hour. Called them back completely frustrated, with no where to go. I was told that they would refund my money and that it would take 72 hrs and that they were sorry and I would have to find a room with money I didn't have. Fast forward to today, I called because I haven't received my money and was told to wait another 72 hours because their partners haven't responded to my claim yet? I feel like everyone I have spoken to reads from a script.
Charged $8 for a Vegas room, $111.39 in Hotel Fees. Did not disclose there were resort fees due to the hotel. Booking made to look like the resort fees were prepaid. Called prior to booking, customer service said resort fees were prepaid. They issued a refund for 1 booking and refuse to issue a refund for the 2nd booking. Both bookings were the same hotel and same issue.
The booking has fees (Example: Location & Sales Tax) that are not related to the resort fees. Resort fees as stated in the terms of sale is something that the hotel will charge separately. Also, all taxes and fees including total charges are also shown before checking out as well. These prices are all contracted from the hotel supplier with the actual resort and we apologize that only 1 refund was allowed.
We booked an 11 day stay at the Marriot Uniondale through TAW, got there to check in and they did not have a reservation for us. We had already paid TAW $1162. 80, but had to pay Marriot their rate in order to get a room. TAW has been working on my refund for over a week now to no avail. Meanwhile, we are out the original money + now paid for the regular rate of $1442. 47 so that we had a room at all to stay in. I will NEVER book through them again! That is a lot of money for people who scrimp and save and do not have money to waste! We will be taking it to the credit card company for dispute so that hopefully we can recoup some of the loss.

We recently booked a hotel through TAW in Irvine, CA. Upon checking in to the hotel we were told we needed to sleep with a TV on & wear earplugs to drowned out the noise of the train behind hotel. This was never disclosed to us by TAW when we booked. Upset about this, the hotel offered to cancel the reservation & indicated we would NOT be charged by TAW as the hotel initiated & authorized the cancellation. We were still charged and TAW has not reversed the charges. TAW should do a better job of disclosing these types of details and needs to honor the authorized cancellation due to the circumstances. On April 28I booked and paid for 2 rooms for the Hardrock Hotel in Fort Lauderdale fl. I called the hotel just to be told they only have 1 room reserved for me. The entire hotel is sold out due to them hosting a fight this day. Mind you I prepaid for both rooms. I have been told for 3 days it would be fixed someone would email me someone would call me this never happened. We purchased expensive tickets to an event at the hotel due to this is where we would be staying and dont even have a room for my family to sleep. 5 people in a 1 bedroom king suite is not going to work. So unethical and unprofessional. My trip is ruined.

They used to have discounts that were worth looking in to, but not anymore. Their current offer is 12 bottles of wine plus a bonus for $69.99 which is the SAME price and offer on the WSJWines website. Hotel deals are the same as Hotel.com and Booking. No deals from TicketatWork.

Tickets at work denied my request for a refund when my family vacation was cancelled by the airline. Not only was this something which I had no fault in, they chose to refund my sister for the tickets she purchased which were for the park and same dates. I filed my claim the same day as her and mine was denied and hers refunded. When I called they told me that my sister got someone nice who took compassion and helped her and I didnt. On top of that they had me waiting for months after they told me I could reopen the claim and get my money back as long as I showed proof of my sister's refund. This never happened and I've lost $408! If they claim that purchases made are non- refundable, it should be non-refundable for everyone! This is not fair, they had originally offered a rebooking option, now they are not even offering that!

I booked a hotel room with through Tickets At Work. The room was non refundable. However my niece's surgery was rescheduled (out of my control). Since the room was non refundable I couldn't even change the date of the reservation. I was told I could not get a refund (which I never asked for). It is against their company policy to rebook. I ended up driving back and forth from Fresno to Los Angeles (four hours each way!). If I could give them a negative star I would. One is too generous!

My sister and I bought tickets to the Chicago Blackhawks vs Las Vegas Golden knights on January 22nd and never received the tickets. I book 2 hotel rooms in IL and when we went to check-in the first thing we realized was both A/C didn't work in either of the rooms. Then when we went to start unpacking we found that bathroom had a black mold problem in both showers in both rooms. And on top of that there were bloody boogers wiped on the bathroom counter in one room. Needless to say we didn't stay there. I had to make multiple phone calls almost everyday for them to tell me they are going to issue a refund of 103.46 out of the $600 and a "sorry for your inconvenience". If I would have booked through the hotel instead of ticketsatwork.com I would have got my total refund. But the hotel manager told me I had to go through my 3rd party to get my refund

I am not sure what is the best way to put this but I had a worst experience with ticket at works. We booked an event ticket and never received iur voucher. Eventually we reached out to customer service and spwnt hours on call. Neither received the voucher nor our refund. The event date also passed. It felt like it is so easy for customer service to keep saying all saled are fina alvut actually not even give us our voucher of event. Felt like scam to get money out of people pockets.

I have never experienced a traumatic conversation within 2hrs of purchasing disneyland tickets worth $2870. There is no way to check whether certain Tier ticket can be reserved at Disneyland parks until the tickets are purchased and have to visit Disney website to check and figure out we can not reserve. Called up tickets at work and was begging to upgrade the tickets from tier 1 to tier 5 and they do not have any option to do and refused to refund or buy tier 5 tickets.
They have no way to provide customer experience and provide options when I am asking to repurpose the ticket from tier 1 to tier 5. Absolutely trash and dont know how to handle the situation and provide options instead saying that there are no options.

We booked Econo Lodge as advertised on their website. Upon arrival, we realize that Econo Lodge was permanently closed long ago, and a new OYO hotel was there, however, in horrible conditions that we would have never booked. We were not able to cancel or get our money back. One star is too much for TICKET AT WORK. Customer service was laughing at us on the phone and did not give us accurate information. A horrible experience that I wish to nobody.

I purchased an airline ticket in January for United Airlines. I paid extra to make it an open-ended ticket due to being at the Mayo Clinic. I had to cancel the ticket due to being at the hospital longer. The ticket was refunded to TicketsatWork the day I canceled the ticket. I called and asked when I would see the refund in my account. I was told 1-2 billing cycles. (30-60 days) I have spoken with their customer service on four different occasions and have been told you will have it in your account in 15 days as soon as we can confirm we have received the refund. My receipt shows it was refunded to their visa card. We all know that they have received the refund. We would never see it if people didn't call and ask about their money. I am still waiting for my $500 three months later!

Purchased tickets for the Diamondbacks game on 4th of July weekend and never received them. I spent hours on the phone waiting for customer service, only to have them tell me that the tickets always arrive one to two hours before the game. I never received them, even after two such calls. They then had the audacity to tell me that the tickets were sent and they have a "screenshot" of the sent email as proof, but never provided this to me (because it was a lie). I now have another order (placed before this debacle) for $300 worth of tickets for this coming Saturday that I am certain I won't get, and we have friends coming from out of town. I have no idea how this Ponzi scheme is still in business. I will be contacting HR at my workplace, and likely also the Better Business Bureau.

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.
