Do not what so ever use this company to book your hotel stay. I wasn't able to check-in to hotel due to age requirement. Before I booked the representative said there was no age requirement. Well when I arrived I was not able to check-in. I called the company which was after hours, so the next day I call and was to to file a claim and a refund will be issued. Well after going back and forth with the hotel and this company, I still have received a refund. Customer service rep are very rude and disrespectful. I will never book with this company again.
Initially I was sickened at the smell of moldy carpeting in the ground floor hallway to the room. The suite with balcony overlooking the ocean was in fact a corner closet of a room with a dirty old broken couch in one room and one bed with a small nightstand on each side and a corner window in the top left hand side of one wall, like a jail cell. The hotel staff said TicketsatWork had not booked an ocean view suite but it was considered a suite and the balcony was instead a small triangle of concrete between two buildings where other guests passed through from time to time. I will never book through TicketsatWork again and certainly never go to the Waldorf Astoria Hilton in Key West again. The pool was dirty looking and the tile in and around it was broken, plus the material on the chairs was torn and dirty.

I booked an hotel room with king bed and balcony view. I purchased and made my trip. When I got there they said I had not booked anything I had just reserved. They said they can place me on another room however they may not refund me so I contacted tickets at work to let them know so they can help and they said to just take whatever room they have but if it's cheaper I wouldn't get the refund and if it was more expensive I would have to pay with hotel. They submitted a claim and I have yet to hear from them. It's been about 2-3 weeks. Please don't.

I found TicketsAtWork through my TriNet benefits. Booked a three day/two night stay, but after checking out soon realized the hotel fee was $300, while TicketsAtWork charged me $420. Their customer service told me I should have checked the hotel website before booking through them. SMH!

I spent $400 to tickets to legoland for my daughters bday on the 26th. They took the money then canceled order an hour later on the 22nd. I called and asked why. I spoke with rep Michelle and she said because the tickets were sold out and the web developers didn't update the website. What? I asked about other tickets they were all sold out of all of them for legoland in "real time" but still available to "buy" online. Sounds like a scam. Then she proceeds to say I'll expedite the refund and it'll take 1-2 business days. And there was no manager to speak with. I'm here today. Spoke to Joseph saying that everything Michelle said was a lie and it'll take 3-5 days. But I'm supposed to be getting a call from a manager that's not available to answer my concerns at the moment cause he's on another call. A bunch of crap. Order #*******

My wife and I purchase LEGOLAND tickets for my son, his wife and our grandson for our grandson's 7th birthday but several children from his school was sent home due to positive covid scare at his school he had a high fever and had to go to the hospital the same day, he was given a covid test and immediately quarantined for 14 days which mean the California trip was cancelled. Everyone the airline, hotel and car rental all gave a refund except Ticketwork, the customer service agents would not even consider a voucher. So basically, we just lost $272.20 with nothing to show for it.

I booked Fontainbleau Hotel through Tickets at Work on March 6th, 2022 for $914.75 for 2 nights for my Husband and I for a great experience that I hoped for, for my 45th Birthday, which was on June 15th. We get there to check in and the hotel says sorry we were never paid and we are sold out today. My heart just dropped. They kept saying they show Sunset and gave a different card number it was paid with. I had to book another hotel somewhere else. I was highly displeased. When I got back home from Vacation. I called all my cards to find my Tickets at Work purchase. And I called Tickets at Work and explained the situation several times. Different reps kept changing up what I said. They were making it like I booked another room at Fontainbleau and all kinds of things they put in the notes. It took them 3 weeks to get my money back to me. I am still upset. Don't think I will ever use them again. This was a huge mistake that someone made.

They were unable to book some of my rooms and caused me to have to change up my trips and would not refund my money, gave me vouchers so I would be forced to use my money with them even though I wasn't able to and didn't have that money available for my trip. I will be notifying my company's leadership about their practices and will not be using them again.

Purchased 5 tickets to a Pirate dinner show in Buena Park, CA on March of 2020. We made reservations for March 14,2020. Well Covid happened and were unable to use our tickets. I contacted the Pirate dinner show facility and told me I could not use my tickets as they has expired in December of 2020. They also told me to contact tickets at work to verify if they could extend the expiration date. Well I did contact them and explained the circumstances to them. I was told that they could not extend the date. I asked if they could provide me with new vouchers as I spent over $220.00 on these tickets. I was told that it had to go through a process and even then I wasn't guaranteed new vouchers. Well that really sucks looks like I am out of $220.00. I will never purchase tickets from them again. All their emails they send out to me have been marked as spam. Do not recommend you buying from them. Covid was not my fault so I should be able to use my vouchers.

Their tickets cost more than the promotions of the actual companies. For an example, SeaWorld Orlando pricing ticket plus all day dine was more expensive on this site than on SeaWorld website, not including the hassle to make the reservation.

I had booked a hotel with Ticketsatwork. The friend I was coming with ended up getting sick so I called to cancelled. Then I called to cancel the cancellation since the fee was high so I decided to give myself a solo trip. The agent told me I was good to go.
I arrived at the hotel and the front desk told me it was cancelled. I called Ticketsatwork and they told me it's good to go. The hotel gave me the phone number to the partner company that Ticketsatwork is with and the partner company told me the reservation had been cancelled. I called Ticketsatwork again and told me that someone sent me an email to cancelled, which I NEVER received. The agent put me on hold for 3-5 minutes; I ended up hanging up after being on hold for over an hour later.
The partnered company also provided me with the refunded amount. Ticketsatwork told me that it's non-refundable after check-in date. They refuse to refund me even thought they cancelled my reservation without my acknowledgement. It's $X00.00.

I purchased AMC tickets and 2 drink/popcorn combo $38 and thought ok this will be cheaper than what I would pay at the theater. When I got to the theater, they treated the printed tickets like a coupon and only took a discount off their price and ended up charging me an additional $24. I paid a total of $62 for this movie trip when if I would have just paid the cost of everything at the theater it would have been $58... cheaper. WHERE'S THE DISCOUNT!

I'm extremely annoyed at the customer service. It's been 3months and i'm yet to receive my refund. The hotel cancelled my reservation and refunded in less than 24hrs and tickets at work is yet to refund me. No matter how backed up they may be, it should take 3months to issue a refund.
In June I went to ticketsatwork website to purchase tickets for sea world and aquatica. I had to go to sea world to redeem the tickets. The barcode did not work. I needed the tickets for.the trip I was on. I called them and they said had a known issue for it not working. I told them I needed a refund. The dude put in the request for it. I get a email later telling me it was decline. I called back spoke with a manager and they said they would fix it and still no refund. I called back again. The manager said I would get the refund and sorry for the back and forth but I never got the refund. I called again this time the manager told me to dispute with the bank. I did. The bank said they decline it. I paid dpuble. For tickets because I purchased though them and sea world. I just want my $300 back.

In January 2023 I booked round trip to Buffalo NY and a rental car at the airport. The return flight was cancelled and I was notified by email. Took a long time and many calls to get a refund. Now I am notified that the departing flight was cancelled and they rescheduled the flight that is not acceptable. I called and was told that someone would get back to me in 24 hours. That was 31 hours ago. They use a horrible travel company called Tripplanet. They never answer their phone and the number listed for them on web site is not Tripplanet. NEVER AGAIN. Tix at work, how do I reach out to you on the phone or email? We need to fix this ASAP.

I used my affiliation as a state employee to purchase Pirate Dinner Voyage passes through *******@Work in February. COVID canceled the show. *******@Work emailed me that I would get a refund, but when I called (several times and sent several emails), I was told that I couldn't get a refund. When I called the Pirates Dinner Show, they told me that they reimbursed *******@Work for tickets sold. I was on the phone for almost an hour after no return calls or return emails. Unprofessional and unresponsive. They send email advertising tickets everyday, but their answering service says no one can help you. At a time like this, I'm extra disappointed about the money lost.
I'm an EA employee and saw they had this partnership with TicketsatWork. I bought tickets for a festival that were priced similar to the official adult prices but about 3-6$ less. The seats were all the same, no extra options to select from, all same prices since it was general admission so I ordered 3. Unfortunately, when we got to the venue, they didn't let us in because the tickets were said to be "12 years and under" after scanning. After multiple attempts at contacting them, TicketsAtWork can't even help me. They just copy paste the same crap over and over again about how they can price their tickets higher or lower but that the prices tend to be lower. Do they even read? I just lost about 182$ CAD and had to pay a new ticket for myself for same-day price which was more expensive. Nowhere on the ticket says it's 12 years and under. This company is truly a scam. Please don't buy anything from there especially if you're Canadian and will get ripped off with the currency conversion as well.

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.

Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
