We purchased tickets for Disney, SeaWorld and Busch Gardens for March 27-Apr 2 and had to cancel due to Covid-19. We spent over $3000 in ticket purchases and they are refusing to give us our money back. These big businesses will get a bailout yet take advantage of the hardworking individuals
We had one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had. We booked 3 hotel rooms for our group in NYC coming from different areas of the country. We all fly in and hotel says they don't have our reservation and would not be able to accommodate us. 3 of us calling to try and figure out whats going on and left on hold for an hour while my pregnant wife had to sit in the lobby after driving here 4 hours. Tickets at work finally got back to us saying that there was a communication error on their part and they had sent us a confirmation of booking in error and never reached out to us. So stuck in NYC we had to scramble to find another hotel and pay nearly double just so i could get her into a room to rest. All these people could do was offer me a 50 gift card on our $4200 expense. Please whatever you do don't use this site. They are scammers. They took my wife's money, gave her a confirmation, and then left us out to dry when we finally got there without ever booking our hotel.

Regretfully, I purchased Disney tickets through TicketsatWork. When Disney closed for Covid-19, I requested a refund. It was initially denied and I was told that this was because Disney was not offering refunds. According to every Disney cast member I spoke to, they were granting refunds and if I did not receive it, this was per TicketsatWork, not the decision of Disney. I passed this info along to TicketsatWork and it was not until they "escalated my request to management" that I was promised a refund -- which I have not yet seen. When I contacted them to ask about my promised refund, I got "your concern was taken care of. Good day." Not only is there no resolution, there is so much rudeness, complete lack of empathy and decency delivered with a condescending attitude from customer service.

I saw a lower rate for a hotel I'd booked for December. I called ticketsatwork and they were able to rebook me at the lower rate, and they refunded my original credit card for the difference a couple days later.

I rented a car through ticketsatwork on 6/29. When a i got to the airport I was told that I would have to have a 500 deposit due to not having a credit card. I contacted TAW and was told it would take 72 hours. After 72 hours and nothing I called back and was told it would be 7-10 days. I received an email on 8/18/21 from Malvin Mallari that he had received the order and would have a resolution in 72 hours. Well here we are 7 days later and have not heard anything. I called them and was told that it was still under review. I just want my refund. And will be letting people know not to do business with TAW!

I made a reservation to rent a car through tickets at work. I was turned away at the airport with NOTHING because I was turned away because I was paying with a back card. Tickets at work stated in an email that this location accepted my bank card. They didn't, I was at the airport and did not get the car I paid for. They took my money from my bank card and won't refund me. Now I'm still fighting to resolve this issue it's best to STAY AWAY!

I recently booked a motel using Tickets At Work for a flight I'm taking next week. The airline changed the flight time from early morning (0650) to afternoon (1225), so I no longer needed the room for the night before. I made the reservation December 31st, called to cancel it on January 3rd and was told I would be charged a $25 "cancellation fee". When I explained that the airline had changed the flight time and that this was a situation beyond my control, the rep stated that "due to company policy", they were unable to waive the cancellation fee.
This is completely bogus, and I will NOT be using this service again, and I will advise co-workers not to use it either.

I booked a hotel room through this company and I had to cancel due to someone contracting covid. This was beyond my control. I didnt ask for a refund but to simply be able to schedule the room 14 days later. The room was the exact same, same hotel, same price and I was told no. When I originally spoke with someone they told me it may be possible le to get credit voucher. But now I'm being told there is nothing that can be done. I have placed a complaint with the BBB to assist in getting this resolved. My advice is to not use this company.

I booked my hotel through TicketsatWork, and it was a nightmare when I got to the hotel in Vegas. They could not find my reservation at all, and they had to get the manager. Luckily, the manager at ResortsWorld was SUPER KIND, and he said that TicketsAtWork is terrible from his experience. It was a really awkward position for me, but thankful that they were willing to honor my confirmation despite TicketsAtWork not sending them my information at all. Stay away if you want to avoid trouble.

They literally stole my money! My flight got canceled an hour before I was suppose to leave, and I was going to miss my connecting flight I called ticketsatwork and said I named to call the hotel to get my refund I called the hotel and they said I need to call ticketsatwork and ticketsatwork told me I can't get a refund even though my flight was canceled and wasn't going to make it to my destination. They said they will get a hold of me in 72 hours, no call or email. I called them back and waited over an hour again on the phone with them. They said they will try again to get my money back and will call me in the next 72 hours, I called them again and they submitted another claim and still haven't heard back from them its insane! Do not use them they will steal your money, I think they are a fraud company.

We booked and paid for a hotel stay in Destin, Florida prior to COVID-19. When we arrived on June 26th, the hotel had a record of our reservation but no payment. After spending several hours of our vacation trying contact TicketsatWork we were unable to resolve the issue and had to pay the hotel directly for our stay. We continued to contact TicketsatWork and after being placed on hold for hours and hung up on multiple times they said the best they could do was give us a voucher for a future stay. Not one person we spoke with can tell us what happened to the money we paid them in December. They did not pay the hotel and are unwilling to give us our money back. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this company due to their shady business practices and awful customer service.

Purchased hotel reservations on July 20 for Aug 11 to 17. Family emergency came up and on July 30 tried to cancel and get a refund. TAW wants to charge me $93.60. This is their policy which doesn't make sense unless you try to cancel. There is no free cancellation.

Purchased a 2 day Disney flex ticket that is intended to be used on non-consecutive days per Disney. When I went to reserve my park passes with Disney's new reservation system a Disney Cast Member informed me that my tickets were expired and that Tickets at Work should not be offering date specific 2 day passes. I contacted Tickets at work and they informed me there was a no refund policy with Disney purchases and there was nothing more they could do for me even though they sold me an essentially useless and expired ticket.

TicketAtWork is a big service fail. I certainly will not be giving them my future business. I purchased two tickets to a Harry Styles concert for August 2020 for over $700 dollars.The show has now been postponed 2 times. Unfortuantely, I cannot make the latest date in November 11,202. Addtionally, TAW and Harry Styles it seems a bit unreasonable to reschedule a tour without notifying anyone. I do not understand how a business can operate this way, so disappointing. I purchased tickets in the past from Ticketmaster for Amy Schumer and it was rescheduled twice and I was able to obtain a refund. I understand we are in a pandamic. Plans change and people laying out this kind of money need it back. It seems dishonarable to hold on to people's money in this situation.

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.
