I booked a hotel thru this site and when I got to the hotel they couldn't accommodate my stay. The hotel manager said that he approves my refund but due to them using a hotel supplier the hotel supplier is denying my refund. How am I as a customer gonna know that a hotel I booked can't accommodate me until I get there which check in is after 3pm and the hotel supplier is saying because I canceled after 10am this is very alarming and I feel as though they are a scam. I have the hotel managers info and he has even said that they should not be making it this hard on me to receive my refund
Through my company the Employee Discount boasted 25% off for Six Flags, and over 30% off for AMC theatres and Universal Studios. Many of my coworkers say that Disney Parks is usually what people use this employee discount for. The home page for TicketsatWork has advertisements for Disney Parks all over it. But when you compare the tickets side by side... it saves you almost nothing.
I had a cart full of Disney Park Hopper tickets that equated to $2,394.56. The same cart for the same days on TicketsatWork came out to $2,370.08. This makes a total savings of $24.48 which in 2022 money equates to less then half a tank of gas... meaning I can't even afford to drive to and from the airport with this discount.
As a first time membership "Special Welcome Gift", TicketsatWork offered me an additional $30 off my next purchase of $300 or more. So for my FIRST purchase to Disney I can afford a full tank of gas with my savings, but its ONLY for the first purchase. If I ever want to go back to Disney again I will have to push my rental back to the airport.
Also that "Special Welcome Gift" is only valid through the first month so you better know right away when you sign up that you want to go somewhere otherwise you'll lose out on that oh so precious half tank of gasoline.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me I suppose. Last year (2022), I booked a hotel and upon arrival I was denied service due to having my ID stolen. Police report showing it, sheriff even came to verify report, hotel refused me. Tickets at work refused to refund the purchase. This year I book a rental car, tell the agent I have a debit, but no credit card. I was assured I would be able to rent with valid ID, debit card, 500 deposit, and proof of return flight. Arrive at airport and present all required documents and Thrifty refuses to rent to me based on a supposed credit check that was never disclosed as a requirement. Even more curious, I presented my direct Experian app showing my credit rating of 695. Trans Union has me at 720. Far from perfect, but clearly not an issue to prevent me from renting. Scammers from your work refused my refund because I cancelled less than 48 hours initially. Well, I had reserved immediately prior to riding to the airport and stated I needed an immediate rental, the 48 hours was never disclosed. After appealing, I am now being told I failed to provide proper documentation to Thrifty although I provided everything that was requested minus a credit card, which I disclosed prior to setting a rental. Looking for an attorney.

I made a hotel reservation through TAW but because of change in plans had to cancel, well within cancellation timeframe.
The charge was immediately pur on mt credit card but I am STILL WAITING ON REFUND... which I was first told about 12-15 days but just called again and was told refund did not process and would put it through again and to wait another 15 days.
Totally unacceptable, is all I have to say!

I made a hotel reservation through Tickets At Work for June 26th, 2021. When I made the reservation I immediately received an email confirmation and the money was deducted from my bank account. When I arrived to the hotel after an 11 hour drive with my daughter there was no reservation made. I called Tickets at Work to be greeted by a rude customer service representative after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. She said they would have someone call the hotel. Long story short nobody ever called the hotel. There was only one room left and I had to pay AGAIN for a hotel room I had already paid for and the rate was higher. I have called multiple times with 30 min hold times and still nothing. Today is July 6th over a week later and I still have NOT received a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and book with this company. I will stick with using AAA for discounts as I have done before and never had this happen.

I booked a hotel room for Vegas for the first weekend of April and after 3 tries to get hold of them, I receive an e-mail saying they will not be issuing a refund. SERIOUSLY? No one would've thought the world would be facing a global crisis, the least they could do was at least give me a hotel credit to use for next time but NOPE! AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!

I purchased 4 tickets to the Monster Jam thinking I would save money and gave decent seats. WRONG. When I got there another family was in my seats...that I paid for. The embarrassment of having to walk back to the car after paying for parking with 2 kids screaming and yelling because we missed the show because Ford Field couldn't accommodate us. That was almost $250 WASTED and I saved up for this event.
When I contacted tickets at work customer service. He acted like he was an advocate and was going to help me get my money back. Turns out the tickets are final sell and I can't get a refund and I had to reach back out to them after almost a week for that update. I very rarely write reviews but I want to save someone else from having to go through what I just did. We purchased airlines tickets from tickets at work in early July. On 7/25, I called and changed the days of our flights. I was told I would get a confirmation email and never did. I didn't realize this until yesterday (yes I know that part is on me) so I called again. I was told that my card had been declined for the additional $250 that I had been charged to make the changes and that they had tried to email me several times. There was no reason for my card to be declined and I never received a single email from them about it, not one. I was told yesterday that in order to make the changes now, we would need to pay an additional $1200, due to the flights now being more expensive. I went ahead and paid it because the alternative was to cancel our vacation but I am just sick about it. That's a lot of money, money we were planning on using on vacation and I do not feel we should be responsible for those additional charges. Someone dropped the ball initially when I called the first time and now they are putting it on us and charging us through the nose. Will never ever use this service again.

I booked a hotel under the website for the wrong date and apparently it was non refundable... as soon as i hit the button 10 mins later i called Ticketsatwork (*******) help line to try and either get a voucher or the date changed. They put you on this 72 hour wait for investigation to contact the hotel thing and the date for my actual event had passed i asked again if i could just get a date change so that i am not out of $400 again the response was "we are still investigating and would get back with me within 72 hours"... 72 hours later now this day is the actual date booked... i pleaded again please give me some information as to if my investigated case would be fix or if i need to drive to the hotel and just utilized the wrongly booked date... they said again give us 72 hours we are waiting on the hotel. The agent then says be patient we are working diligently on your order and we will have the best outcome possible... my booking is now closed and now tickets at work is saying its absolutely nothing that can be done. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE I called immediately after hitting enter and was given this 72 hour wait until my actual booking was closed. This is not how you treat customers. If i book with an airline you have at least 24 hours or offered a voucher. I am out of $400! I hate that i experienced this with tickets at work...

Dealing with this company has be horrible. Originally had a Disney world trip scheduled with them, I booked a 4 day ticket unfortunally we got covid on our trip and couldn't go on our 4th day to Disney.I called Tickets at work to get my refund and they stated they can't, I was upset and asked to get this escalated, they did submit a ticket and asked if I wanted to move that to another date to go back Instead of giving me a refund, I said no and I wanted to get my money back. I called again and told the representative the same thing about what had happened, she stated she apologizes the ticket was denied by the supervisor. Now I'm being told no refund or changing the one day of the ticket since I didn't go due to covid. I was told one thing after another, this Company is a fraud, dumb deals to get you to purchase from them and after to get screwed over for your money. So I paid for a 4thday with not even going so I lost $500.00.

Booked a "3.5" star hotel, when got there not what was expected, not even close to internet pictured on tickets at work, the elevator had what looked like blood stains, the room was smelly, bed had cigarette burns on the box spring and the mattress was squeaking like crazy just by sitting on it, in the bathroom what ever toilet paper was leftover from previous people was just there for you to use, gross, the patio balcony doors had the handles removed so you could not open them with rusted holes on them. Etc! We have three kids and felt real uncomfortable so we left and asked for a refund, there was no manager available to speak to until this date, only a bogus email to contact. Spoked to tickets at work and they wanted us to go back to the place and ask management for them be able to refund and the hotel place wanted us to contact tickets at work for them to refund the money for false advertising, but we have being going back and forward and no help what so ever, they both washing their hands, but the most upsetting is that we booked thru tickets at work and they not doing nothing!

I bought concert tickets that were advertised as 50% off the tickets, I found that they were $30 more than Ticketmaster. Since the tickets were an outside source no partial or full refund would be given, if they wanted to please the customer they would have matched at least in my opinion. STAY AWAY FROM TICKETSATWORK! YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH MORE EXPENSIVE TICKETS IF YOU DONT READ FIND PRINT OR RESEARCH YOUR TICKETS.

I was extremely disappointed when I booked a hotel through tickets at work and they immediately charged my credit card. Most other websites like booking.com take your card but do not charge until you actually are pass the no refund date or check in to the hotel. Then, when my plans changed, and I wanted to cancel my reservation, the agent spent five minutes and then came back and said they would issue a voucher instead. I had to argue with them and demand the charge be applied to my credit card and then that took another 5 to 10 minutes before he came back and told me the refund would be submitted and I should see A credit in about 15 days (!)
Also, I was told I would receive an email confirmation about this refund and I never did. I had to call back the following day and was told by another agent there is no email confirmation sent. So now I have to trust I will get my money back although the 15 days goes beyond the refund date. I will have to submit dispute through my credit card if I don't see this refund. All in all, I will NEVER use this company again for any purchase. All their agents are obviously based offshore a s well FYI.

We booked a reservation for the Venetian through Tickets At Work. They always list resort fees with their hotel reservation order summaries. This hotel didn't list any. Surprised, before we booked we called customer service to verify this. Talking to multiple people we were told with absolute certainty there would be no resort fees since the hotel is required to disclose those fees with Tickets At Work and they are required to list them. This is all laid out in their Terms of Sale. In addition, refund information is listed for any typographical errors. Since it was an error to not have this information listed and we made our reservation based on that info Tickets At Work is at fault for the surprise resort fees.
We tried talking with customer service about this both with the Venetian who understandably has resort fees as nearly all hotels in Vegas do and with Tickets At Work who refused to accept any responsibility for this. I'm sick of being lied to by this company. The sheer amount of disrespect they have for their customers is disgusting.

We bought tickets off this site, but they would not tell us what the seats were. We were probably dumb and trusted we would get a seat that was comparable to the seats that were selling on the venue's site for the same price. WRONG - we got the cheapest seats available. When we call and complained, we got a song and dance about the seller being a 3rd party and there is nothing they could do. After several more calls, nothing was done and we gave up.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They are crooks and running a scam.
As a 3rd party a lot of the venues will give you the best seating in the section you choose on some shows. Some venues will show you the seats numbers upon purchase while some shows will give you the seat upon arrival. We apologize but the matter but each rule is carried differently by venue, show, and location. Thanks
I purchased vouchers for an excursion for my trip. Prior to purchasing, there was no information on how to make a reservation after purchase of the voucher through Ticketsatwork. It was after purchasing that I received the confirmation email notifying me I HAD to call in to the vendor to make a reservation. By then the vendor's office was closed for the day. By the next morning, all the reservation for the week I was visiting were all sold out. I reached out to Ticketsatwork to see if anything can be done (refund, credits, etc) and their customer service opened a file. I got a response from Ticketsatwork that the vendor rejected the refund. Then I called the vendor directly and the vendor claims the refund is at Ticketsatwork's discretion. When another file was opened after I contacted another representative, the response they gave me was that the purchase was a final sale. Long story short, there was no clear redemption information on TicketsAtWork prior to purchase and Ticketsatwork changed the reason for denying a refund of any kind - deceptive if you ask me. Now I have 2 vouchers for a place I do not plan to revisit in the next few years. It's not worth the trouble.

I received an email from ticketsatwork, telling me I could get 35% off on ski tickets. I called their representative. I was told I could purchase ski tickets at 35% off. I asked if the midweek tickets were valid, and the representative said yes. I spent 500 dollars. The voucher did not work. For one week, various representatives handed my complaint off, finally 'resolving' the matter by telling me that I could use the tickets at a later date. (Right -- are they going to pay for the trip to vermont?) Their representatives misled me, and now they play gotcha. My vacation was ruined, and they refuse to refund.They have my $500 dollars now, and they won't tell me who has it. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If you are an employer, DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR EMPLOYEES TO THIS RIPOFF!

My husband mistakenly ordered tickets from them today for a concert that is NOT EVEN FOR SALE. He called WITHIN 30 MINUTES and they refused to refund. He bought ticket insurance, they could not tell us what he even paid for with insurance. Said they would send a link. Link came to email and is a dead link. Disgusting experience and disgusting employers license through them.

Horrible customer service. Their confirmation system is so faulty and full of bugs it's infuriating. We spent 2 hours on the phone with various reps and managers. They all insisted that the tickets were attached to the various confirmation emails. No attachments. We live 1 1/2 hours from the venue. We ended up not going because their own website says the tickets must be printed and the follow up ticket email never appeared. Only AFTER you make the purchase do you get notification that there are no refunds. Each and every rep we spoke to insinuated we were lying or, worse yet, too inept to open an attachment. We had to forward the emails back to them to show that no tickets were attached. They then opened another case number and promised the tickets would appear 30-45 minutes later. None ever appeared. The 3rd manager on the phone after the 4th call refused to refund our money. We ended up having to dispute the charges and have our money returned by the credit card company. Don't use this service.

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.

Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
