We got tickets and the airline canceled. Good luck getting your money or even a flight credit. Been on hold for 5 hours! And they might not even give us 50 dollars. Ridiculous. Customer service asked us to put them on hold. Awful awful awful
This company takes your deposit and keep you waiting to get it back. All these companies want a deposit but then they don't want to give it back. They send you emails talking about they are reviewing your reservation for your booking when there's actually nothing to investigate. I will never ever go through teamsatwork again

TicketsatWork - They are reasonable in finding the good price tickets. But when it comes to any adjustments/cancellation, they are not the right organization. I booked a United Airlines ticket through them and had to cancel my ticket. They made me run from pillar to post and asking me to reach out to United Airlines directly to extend my credit. In the end, I had to lose my money. Unfortunately, their support executives have no clue about the rules and regulations.

Recently I've made two purchases. The first one, I did not get the tickets emailed to me. I called & waited over an hour, then the call back did not ring and I had to start all over. Booked a hotel and flight got delayed 24 hours. Was not able to call due to being after hours. Spoke with hotel and they said they can't do anything about it and would have to call tickets at work. Purchased a SECOND reservation not through tickets at work and called them the next morning. Took 2 weeks to find a decision and they finally DENIED us our refund because we didn't call them on the day we were supposed to be there. I'm sorry? I called the day of check in both the hotel and this joke of a 3rd party. We couldn't call sooner due to being after hours! Should be available 24 hours if you are going to play people with this garbage excuse of a company. Never again.

I rented a car one way from Fresno to Sacramento. I paid $67 some dollars. When I got my confimation email I noticed at the bottom that there was an "at the counter fee" of around $90 + another $20 in taxes. I didn't quite know what that was so I called Tickets at Work and was told that is an additional amount I would need to pay when dropping off the car! I asked why those fees were not included in the initial cost but got the run around. I asked if I could cancel. I was told it was not more than 48 hours from the rental. I just made the confirmation 5 minutes earlier. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. Will never do any business with these theives again. Save yourself from this headache and look elsewhere! My pain is your gain!

If I could have gave them no stars, I would have. The would not give me my money back but a credit voucher to be used on their website but only certain merchants accept the damn voucher. I would never use their website again. I bought some concert tickets and they charged me more than 3 times the amount on Ticketmaster website. I got robbed without a gun and all they could say when you call them is "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" NEVER AGAIN

I recently purchased tickets through tickets at work for a concert with the assumption the price was discounted from the venue price. The advertisement even had a slashed price indicating it was a discount with a lower price next to it. After purchasing the tickets I happen to look at the tickets on the venues webpage and found that the tickets were a lot cheaper than tickets at work. I am unable to return the tickets since I did not purchase the insurance for an extra fee. I feel that they falsely advertise on this website and take advantage of anyone looking for a deal. I spoke with a customer service rep after my realization hoping there was something they would be able to do and his response was that tickets at work assumes customer have two separate pages open to compare all prices and told me to have a nice day. I would like to warn anyone using this website to due your research before purchasing anything from tickets at work.

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.

Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
