I purchased Disneyland tickets in February before the world basically shut down, I lost my job and needed the 860$ back because i bought those when i had a full time job obviously! After 2 hours on the phone, the lady told me id be recieving a FULL REFUND if i was approved. Never ONCE did she say anything about a credit voucher. So im waiting to get approved when i see i was approved but only for the voucher. I called back and they said "oh well since the voucher has already been emailed, doesnt look like theres anything we can do"... i was FURIOUS! I told them they are LIARS and CHEATS and should be ashamed of ripping people off especially in these times. I should have talked to a manager but i felt no good would come of it and id just end up yelling at someone further. After all my hard work, i lose my job AND then the discount site we use is DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL on top of it. Thanks a lot $#*!S
I purchased monster jam tickets a few months ago to go on March 20th and it got canceled due to the caronavirus, I called the venue and was told it was canceled. Called ticksaworks and they didn't want to refund my money because it was postpone until fall. I dont want to go in the fall especially with my son going to college. It was a fun event for my son and I. So they won't refund me my money and they told me that when I signed up for the tickets there was a refund/ nonrefund page. Where please tell me where; that's only if you cancel the tickets not when the event gets canceled or postponed. I'll be taking them to small claims for my money and more.

This was the first time and last time we use tickets at work! The airline cancelled our flight due to the storm Elsa so we called tickets for work to modify the dates of our vacation. Not only did they charge us a cancellation fee. They charged us and extra fee because they said room rates went up. They also didn't modify our stay at the Renaissance hotel in Disney World. And left us with no reservation and kept our $694.00. We asked to speak to management and Jordan A said no we could not get out money back. Left us here on our family vacation stranded with no place to stay nor our refund. We spoke to one of the managers at the hotel and they said that about 90% of the time tickets at work never books rooms and they often stay with the customers money. They've seen other families in the same situation as us. How can a company get away with stealing money from people. We paid for a service we never received we should be refunded or they should've booked our room and they didn't. They told us the hotel was booked. That was a complete lie because management at The hotel said there were plenty of rooms available. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM. They stole our money and left us stranded. FYI the got one star so we could post our review.

In March, I booked a reservation for July 2020. It was listed as "refundable", with no fine print or disclaimers about that. However, I had to cancel and called a week before the due date. I was on hold for about 26 minutes before someone came on the line, only to tell me that the "refundable" disclaimer simply meant that I could only get a credit for a future booking. This went into effect July1,2020. The only consolation I got was that they would apply a 20% discount. Ok so I stay on the line and have the operator locate me a booking at a similar hotel, and picked random dates in November. The total price, including the 20% discount resulted in me having a balance of $5. I asked if they could just waive the $5. Please tell me why this person said that they already did the best they could do with the 20% (never mind changing the refund policy without notification). I was on the phone with them for a little over an hour. Never ever will I do this $#*! again. I am so over them. Horrible policy. Representative was cordial though.The only star goes to the representative. He could've gotten 2 if he would've transferred me to the supervisor like I asked twice, or if the $5 could've been waived.
THEY ARE RUDE OVER THE PHONE. IF YOU ASK FOR A MANAGER THEY PUT YOU ON A DEAD LINE UNTIL YOU HANG UP. THEY CONTINUE TO TELL YOU A REFUND TAKES 45 DAYS "NOT COUNTING WEEKENDS". ILL NEVER USE THIS SITE. NO THANKS HONEEYYYYYY.

I purchased 10 lift tickets with 6 rentals for a family Christmas ski vacation. Within 2 hours of our first day skiing my son fell and was taken away to emergency room. Fortunately it was only a broken collar bone. That evening my wife had an accident that left her with a traumatic brain injury. Obviously it was vacation over. She was flown to a hospital in another state after her condition deteriorated and was in the neurology ICU. My family returned to their home in the Midwest once she was stable. Non of this is their fault but allow me to continue. There is no possible way we can use these before end of season so I asked if they could refund us at least what was unused. They said unfortunately they couldn't because they have a no refund contract with ski resort and they couldn't get their money back. I contacted the ski resort and they told me that they dont receive any money from tickets at work until they are actually used. So, they've kept the money and have provided no service. For additional comparison. I had to cancel our tropical 30th anniversary vacation as well. Airline, resort and even transfers all understood and refunded me. Trust me, I'm not one to abuse the system or get something for nothing. But this money would be helpful for the mounting medical bills!
Even if they can save me money, I'll never support a company that does this to anyone! Shame on you tickets at work.

I paid for 3 tickets for Universal studios and I was only able to get 1 ticket for my child but the two adult tickets couldn't be processed and they still took the money. Refund will come through 3-5 business but the. All I have to say is DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE. Can't deliver the service they say they can provide!

Purchased tickets for a play that never occurred due to pandemic. Requested a refund; however, you cannot receive a refund unless the show is cancelled and if show is rescheduled you don't receive a refund. Long story short they rescheduled the show for a year and a half later to prevent me from receiving almost $1000 refund. They used the policy to their advantage to steal your money PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

I have made several calls to attempt to get my refund. I purchased tickets in 3/2020 and then covid hit. My hotel reservations were cancelled, my flights were cancelled and disney shut down. Everytime I call I get nowhere, they say too bad so sorry for you but they still won't refund me. I get rude comments and well it's extended... but hello I work in a hospital and time off is not obtainable right now! The worst part is my whole family that was traveling with me have all received their refunds from tickets at work, yet I am getting the worst customer service. How is it that they were all able to get their refunds but I am struggling to even get a decent person on the phone. I asked for a manager and breb stated well my manager will give you the same answer on me. He then put me on hold for over and hour and never came back on. This company is a joke I have advised my HR to get rid of them as well as my family members HR's of the horrible approach to customer service during this pandemic. Maybe now a manager will reach out to me or just let it go like they are doing with everyone's issues. Will not use this company again.

I (Canadian) bought tickets to Universal Studios before the pandemic. Universal kept saying ticket dates were extended, so I wasn't worried. We finally booked our trip for April 2022. I called Universal to make sure that the tickets were still valid. They told me that because we had bought them through a third-party (Tickets at Work), I should check with them. I called and Tickets at Work said the ticket end-date was only extended to December 2020 and they were expired and there was nothing they could do. I told them that Universal had extended the use dates to May 1st, 2022 and argued that the borders were closed still in December 2020 and we could not even have gone at that time. The person was super unhelpful and said he would bring it up to his manager. Got an email 10 mins later saying, nope, nothing they could do. Called Universal Studios back and they said that because they were "Will Call" tickets, I could just go to the "Will Call" desk and pay the difference in price (because the ticket end-date was May 1st) and they would give me valid tickets and extend the dates for us. So I did - and got an extra day on our tickets for a total of $25 for six people because they had a promotion on. Thanks for nothing, Tickets at Work; will never, ever buy from you again. Universal Studios, on the other hand, nothing but two thumbs up for you!

These people will not give you a refund. They will steal your money and come with every excuse not to refund you. They may offer you a credit voucher but it is not worth it. The credit voucher can only be used on their website and you can only purchase certain things. I purchased Universal Studio tickets and didn't even use them because the park would not offer me the accommodations that I was looking for, for my autistic son. I tried to refund the tickets at the park and they refused because I bought them from the third party vendor(tickets at work). I contacted tickets at work and they refused to refund me my money. I then purchased Atlanta Falcons tickets and tried to refund them and they told me that I could not refund them because the tickets had insurance on them. Insurance? I didn't even know that insurance was on Football tickets. As you can see, they will come up with any and every excuse not to refund you your money. This company is trash and should be reported to the better business bureau. Do not shop with them. They do not care about their customers at all.

Bought 4 tickets for our teenage daughter and her friends (spur of the moment) to Orlando Universal Halloween Horror Nights and did not realize until we got to the park that we accidentally bought for Hollywood CA - not Orlando. Had to purchase 4 more tickets at regular price ($150 more than tickets at work) and were told we could contact Tickets at Work for a refund. THEY WILL NOT REFUND. The tickets obviously were not used but would not refund! Will NEVER use again. Plus horrible customer service! Customer service laughed at me when I asked for a manager. SKETCHY! DO NOT USE.

I purchased a Sam's Club membership through TicketsatWork. When I went to Sam's Club, I pulled up the 2 emails I received when I joined. After entering my personal information, the next thing I saw was "payment options"! I had already paid for the membership! At this point, I was totally annoyed with the time consuming process I had already endured, so I just joined Sam's Club and paid the full price at the club. I would not recommend tickets at work the discounts are marginal and if you have any issues there customer service is awful. We purchased tickets for Disney for a once in a life time family trip. When COVID hit our trip had to be cancelled due to the Disney shutdown related to COVID. We have no idea when and if we will be able to rebook and coordinate another family trip to Disney. In speaking to tickets at work customer service they stated that they would issue us a refund as a credit voucher that can be used on anything on their site including gift cards. Seemed good until we tried to use the credit voucher and found out we could not use it for gift cards but only for the same type of tickets we purchased for Disney. Now we have $2,300 locked up until some day we can make it to Disney. We talked to Disney and they said if we purchased the ticket directly with them they would have issued a refund. Looking back this purchase was not worth the little over $100 we saved booking through tickets at work.

I have respectfully asked for a full refund of the purchased tickets I made back in the beginning of March 2020, but due to the Covid crisis; my family and I had to cancel our vacation.
Tickets at work refused and declined my request over and over again; their reasoning was that these tickets have a 1 year expiration date and the parks should re-open.
I accommodated another rescheduled family trip within that 1 year time frame; only for my flights to be cancelled again; due to the Covid crisis again.
I reached back out to Tickets at work to advised my flights were cancelled again with the proof, this 1 year window is passing soon and I would like my full refund. Tickets at work denied me yet again over and over.
My family and I live nowhere near Florida, our plans were ruined over and over again. I work so hard for my money and their only responses are that they cannot refund me my money.
Tickets at work rather keep my money I worked so hard for because this is how the rich stays rich; than to refund me what I've worked so hard for to keep my family alive and to be able to enjoy these type of things we call family and vacation times.

Bought "SILVER ANNUAL PASSES" to 4 SEAWORLD parks on Dec. 2021. Unbeknownst to me, the tickets came with an EXPIRATION DATE OF 3 MONTHS. I open a claim and was just informed that no correction will be made, and my case was closed. $1K dollars flushed down the drain! Three different CSRs replied the same: "even though you bought ANNUAL PASSESS, and the tickets indicate so, what counts is the expiration! This is undoubtedly FRAUD and my husband and I will pursue this matter via legal avenue. Do NOT buy anything through TICKETSATWORK!

This company's website is not good on mobile usage. The issue came about when there was a glitch in the system and a constant refresh resulting in unauthorized charges twice after calling and calling they never fix the issue and told me it was too bad nothing they can do about it caught my bank and rectified the situation the next day they went back in my account through PayPal and took my money back out of my account for the second time this is so unacceptable due to no fault of my own I'm out of money that should not have been taken out of my checking account but they went back in there and did it again without authorization so yes they are thieves big time. Customer service is trash at its finest! That rude a$$ lady let alone mumbling she sounded half dead asleep. Acted like she couldn't find the transaction then took over 30 minutes To get a supervisor could properly speak! This company needs to be $#*! down. Side note I never ready tickets so how about that! Never ever will I use or recommend this particular company an I made sure everyone my job who has made an ac shut it down an delete it cause tickets atvwork do not woman aren't worth a penny but they took mine twice. Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.
