I purchased 6 tickets to a comedy show and after I purchased through ticket at works another person asked to be added. I called Tickets at work and bought an additional ticket to my reservation but come to find out it was just me buying an additional ticket and now they can't guarantee that the extra person will be seated with us at the event since they ticket was bought separately. I called back and spoke to two separate representatives to see what could be done to make sure we would all sit together and they were no help at all. It's frustrating they don't give you seating when you book through them. Just use TicketMaster to buy event tickets if available for the type of event you're looking for. You know you're exact seat assignments and it's actually cheaper to buy direct through TicketMaster. Never again will I use Ticket at Works!
They are literally the worst. I spent nearly $300 dollars on broadway tickets. I selected the date that I wanted to attend however their system for some reason chose some random date. As I clicked to purchase not realizing the error. I called them less than 5 minutes later and they had the audacity to tell me sales are final. I am trying my best not to go crazy here, but I can't change plans to be in a state I don't live in because of this error. It literally makes no sense. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I am reporting this company to my HR and hopefully they can make some changes to our benefits package. Pathetic excuse for benefits.

I made 2 hotel reservations at Ticketsatwork. The following day, I called to cancel. Maria, the customer rep told me that refund is by credit voucher only. I argued that ot's 8 days earlier than Mar. 22 cancellation deadline. She asked her manager & agreed to refund back to my credit card in 60days upon receipt from the hotel Merchant. Also, I called the hotel and they told me the published resort fee is incorrect, should be $37.43 and not $13.61 per room per night as shown on my order confirmation. Today, I checked the resort fee, it's showing $per night.

They do not check the hotels you stay in for anything, they just list them and you're supposed to trust their ratings and book them. Everything is nonrefundable. The hotel I booked had no correct # listed online when I tried to call the front desk and found out the hotel had been closed for years and just reopened. The elevator didn't even work. TaW didn't care. I'm reporting them to my employer because I saved no money and got terrible service all around. I deserve a refund and regret ever using their service. I would have been much better off without.

Disappointed in clarity and pricing of site. I compared three sites, including the official Disney World site when looking to purchase park tickets. Perks at Work looked to be cheaper by roughly $100. There was no breakdown of total fees prior to me clicking the purchase button. I purchased 2 movie tickets that were invalid at the movie theater because they are inapplicable in the state I live. I called and spoke to a manager Kim regarding this issue and he said the cinepolis "luxury cinemas" are not applicable and refund cannot be issued.
My issue is that you're advertising "Luxury Cinema" on your website (see attached JPG Image) which is incorrect. I booked tickets on my iPhone and the size of screen limits the "Read More" before the fold which i explained to the manager. You're enticing an audience with an incorrect image to attract/ tempt ticket sales. Please refund or apply a credit to my account.

We purchased our hotel reservation through Ticketsatwork and paid them $1470! When FL got shut down due to the Corona Virus I called to reschedule and was told I needed to email. I emailed and was told they'll try to refund me but needed to contact the hotel directly. I contacted the hotel and they advised that they are giving refunds but that Ticketsatwork had to issue it being they were the ones we paid. I emailed again after speaking with the hotel and was told they'd respond within 5 days. The next day I received an email declining my refund or ability to reschedule. The hotel shut down its water park, theater, arcade, etc. and I am now out $1241.

Stay away from this scum bag outfit.The concert was postponed not once but twice and the Kenny Chesney website said if you can't make the reschedule date request a refund from the purchaser. If you need to cancel listen very carefully to the service rep when you do. They are fast talking and will try to scam you into a voucher to use for future purchases rather than just reverse the charges. Also, they said it's going to take 10 to 15 business days to get the money back on my card. Most reversals take between 3 to 5 business days which must mean they are not based in the US. Buyer beware.

Their website has a glitch, so I ordered 8 children's tickets and not 8 adults. I have proof of this glitch. I called immediately (within an hour or two) and tried to get a refund and they took 3 weeks to tell me they won't refund me. They list all tickets as $0 Tax/fees in a very prominent way, but when you pay, they bump the tax/fees by 8%-10% of the total price! The same tickets are for sale in the official venues' websites without charging tax/fees additionally! For example, if you buy the Go City passes, the official website gives you a better price with their always on promotions!

It's been 4 weeks since I was promised a refund for my hotel cancellation. While my credit card charges me interest, they still have no answer as to why I can't get my money back after one month of refund being approved. Conveniently, there is no supervisor available to speak with. Absolutely unacceptable. Large corporations offer this discount program to their employees and it's a total scam. I will never use this program again and I will make sure that my coworkers know about this scam. I'm also calling the corporate office my company to let them know about this fraudulent company.

TicketsAtWork is not the cheapest option for Universal Hollywood and Legoland. However, there is no way to return unused/unexpired tickets. I do not recall seeing this non returnable message during purchase and I am regretful for purchasing via this site. HUGE amount of hard earned money wasted. Wished it was never listed within my employer's Discount Directory.

Arrived at airport for rental car. Was refused rental car because reservation was booked with my credit card, (NOT A DEBIT CARD) and I put my husband's name on the reservation as he was our intended driver. We didn't have a credit card in his name, therefor rental company would not honor our reservation. I reviewed the fine print on reservation and it only stated " if reservation is made with a debit card, a credit card would be required.
I contacted T@W on advise of rental company, to request they take my husbands name off, and switch it to my name. They would not change the reservation because our flight was delayed and we were passed the point of changing reservation without 95.00 penalty to make a simple change into my name. After 3 day email correspondence tickets at work has been decided now, NO refund is due because they talked with rental company and was told I was a no show, and a few other BS reasons there are untrue. Tickets at work will find any way to make any issue your fault and keep your money without any consideration to things that are beyond your control. Going to beg our HR department to discontinue use of this fake employee perk.

When renting a car, the front desk would need a proper credit card for the driver to cover incidentals. As a 3rd party, we have escalated this issue to the rental supplier, and it was denied as the guest did not have the proper credit card for the booking. However, our team is reaching out again to see what else can be done. We sent this over to the supplier about the credit card incidentals issue requested by the front desk and there is also a concern about a flight delay as well.
I got tickets to a show that has been postponed 3 times. I cannot make the latest date. The band stated on their website they would provide full refunds for 30 days. TAW said they would check with their partner ticketmster. Of course TAW came back no but that I could sell them via their site. They are liars, there's nowhere to sell on their site and based in the reviews here I am sure I won't even get the tickets I did pay for. Infuriating.
As a 3rd party, these "Preferred Access" tickets that the guest purchased comes from trusted brokers and once purchased they are considered final. As advised in the agreed terms of sale on these type of tickets, if a concert is postponed a refund cannot be obtained. Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.

Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
