Very specific policies for car rentals that are not explicitly mentioned when checking out except for a check box to accept terms and conditions. I was refused service for my car rental and when I called them for a refund, they accepted that I did not receive what I paid for but refuse to provide a refund because the policy is hidden somewhere on their website. This is so deceptive on their part and keeping money without providing any services. Do NOT use them just pay full price directly with car rental companies so you dont get the run around. Absolutely ridiculous!

Tried booking some tickets for Vegas shows. If I go directly through vegas websites I can choose my seats. If I go through tickets at work they say they give the best seats available, but they actually give the WORST seats for each price range, so even with the discount it isn't worth it. I called their customer service and there is no way to select seats. This feels like a scam.
Edit: some tickets are actually scams. See picture of them jacking up the price to give "discounts" that are actually more expensive than going directly through the original venue.

HOWEVER! I purchased Disneyland tickets and they were over $1000, they have tier 6 at the very top, so it is easy to choose that tier if you are not careful with how it works. I had already checked on my phone and knew I was going on a tier 0 day. I paid and sat with myself confused as to why it was so much! And I realized it was tier 6, I called right away and they saw that the date I had reserved to visit landed on a tier 0. OMG! When I tell you all these other reviews are 100% real, believe me, believe them! I called within 30 minutes of realizing!Other places that have no cancelation have EXCEPTIONS-customers are satisfied! I have gotten nowhere with them! They are sweet over the phone but once you receive your email you get your request refused.

I mistakenly booked the wrong date for Discovery Cove and was unable to stop the transaction once I realized my mistake. I called them the next day since initially it was after hours. I was told that there was nothing they could do... then the rep tried to upsale a membership. Hoping the resort will work with me, but very disappointed with Tickets at Work.

TicketsAtwork will not take responsibility if hotel will decline for refund due to THEM not contacting the hotel on time. I made cancellation for my reservation within the allowed dates to cancel but because they did not contact the hotel on time it will be your loss since you will not get a refund. Even a partial refund for 2 days reservation, you will not get a penny. Stay away from tickets at work. They will just take your money and no support if things go south.

The way you treat your customers matters above all else. Stay far away from tickets at work. In a global pandemic, there is a "strict no refund" policy, when in reality they pick and choose who they call back and who they refund. My sister got some money back but I clearly am not worthy of a refund so I have $786 gone to $#*!, and Richard and tickets at work are not concerned at all. I would advise to spend the extra money and go directly though the venue you wish you visit. You have been warned.
As a 3rd party we would always have to reach out to the partner to see if a refund can possibly be obtained. You were able to get a partial refund as on partner agreed to the request. The other partner denied our request for a refund but has extended the expiration dates on the vouchers due to the pandemic. As agreed in the terms of sale, the purchase on the parks vouchers are considered final. However, as a 3rd party, we still reached out hoping the partner will possibly honor our request for a refund.
We were ripped off with the charges with package Hotel, flight, rental car to FL. We realized too late, it was better to book separate on other channels than Tickets at work. They are not transparent with the charges and comes out too expensive! We learned our lesson. Its no discount at all!

We booked a hotel with TicketsatWork for medical reasons, a week prior to the stay we looked at the Hotel website and found out that it was closed. We immediately followed up with them regarding a refund or a booking for a hotel in the same area, no response. Called the hotel directly and they had been closed for over 2 weeks prior to my call in which NO ONE notified us. Again it is going on 3 weeks and still no refund back from them. Will never do business with them again!

My name is Michelle Case and I recently requested a refund for My Legoland California tickets that I purchased for this weekend due to a participating family member in the trip party being involved in an accident and breaking her leg prior to the trip. I spoke with "Kane" today and she explained to me that tickets are non refundable and cannot issue my money back. We are not able to reschedule because we do not know the extent of when she will be fully recovered. I'm a state employee and I work in a very large department and I will inform them to not use this service due to the non compliance of a medical relating cancellation. The fact that circumstances like this are not valid to receiving a refund are unacceptable and I will be relaying this experience to every social media account and user review platform I know because I work in customer service and I have never been treating with as much negligence as I have today. We went to Las Vegas for a bachelor/bachelorette party. My girlfriend, the maid of honor ordered tickets through tickets at work. A bundle of tickets for the guys to go an a 2 hour atv tour. The day before we called the atv place who explained they had no confirmation of our order. My girlfriend then spent hours on hold and talking with TAW to figure it out. They told us to print out the confirmation and we would be all good. We arrived for our atv tour and were told they were booked up and TAW had never booked the tour. TAW was able to take our money with little issue though. Horrible customer service, service advertised not rendered. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Just pay full price or go through another vendor. We will never attempt to use this again and will most definitely be telling everyone we know they are horrible.

We all remember the whole Southwest debacle that cause thousand of trips to be delayed and canceled in December of 2022. I had originally purchased my tickets through TicketsatWork- so that is where Southwest sent the refund. Southwest sent the refund in January of 2023. We are now in July and TicketsatWork has refused to send my money. They keep requesting my Paypal information in order to refund me. This seems shady. I have been going in circles for 6 months with no resolve. I plan on taking legal action.

After going back and forth with customer service for almost a month to get a refund for a terrible hotel stay the customer service representatives promised to email me and call back several times to no avail. Eventually I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and I when I was transferred there was a very obvious pre recorded call meant to act as a real representative. The scam is that she says hello am I speaking with "Blank." No matter what you say she'll respond and say there's an issue with the call and she can't hear you, but promise the refund is being processed and she will end the call. I called twice just to make sure and got connected to the same "supervisor" with the same exact prompt, word for word. This company is very shady and will scam you so be careful.

I purchased AMC movie tickets on their up to 40% off sale. When we got to the theater, the regular price tickets were cheaper then the tickets on sale from tickets at work. I called customer service to explain the situation and request a refund since they marked up prices. They made a claim on my behalf in which it was denied. I will not be using them again.

Trying to reschedule an event due to COVID-19, was met with no consideration by the company's customer service and that person's supervisor. This issue was given over to an entity that was to consider request. I received a form denial. They could even customize it to my request. It noted my request for "refund", when I had request a venue "date change". I further ends it with "concludes this matter - no recourse".
I will figure a way to get the message "out there" about this company's policies and lack of customer service.

Dealing with this company has be horrible. Originally had a Disneyland trip scheduled with them, but it was cancelled. Instead of giving me a refund, they forced me to take a voucher. After holding the voucher for some time I called them up again and asked for my money back again, instead of the voucher. To my surprise they said ok, and that is where everything really went bad. I am now in my fifth month of of constantly calling back and asking where is my money. Everytime I call it is the same runaround. "Oh it takes three weeks to process" "we'll have to escalate this". Nothing ever gets done.

I purchased a room through them so I can have surgery, they took my money for the room and gave me confirmation. Arrived to the room, ma'am I don't have any reservations for you. I showed her the reservation and she still couldn't find my room. I called TicketsatWork to see what was going on and Jay was like the hotel didn't have any vacancies. I never got an email to cancel reservations and the clerk even told them they were only 77% booked they have plenty of rooms. He goes on to tell me no where in Nashville had rooms available (which was a lie). I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was refused he said no one was available. I asked him when would my funds be available he said 8 to 10 days, I told him that was unacceptable! After going back and forth with him, I hung up! At this point I have yet to receive a cancellation from them! No email or anything! I get a call back from Jay offering me a $50 gift card for my troubles and I declined! Still don't have a room, my money, or anything! I had to purchase the room through the hotel ( now I have money tied up through them and ticketsatwork. On top of all that I was 400 miles away from home, having surgery in a few hours, well past midnight and I wake up to were Jay has called my phone hours later trying to justify what happened! Still hasn't gotten any cancellation email and I don't have my money back!

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.

Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
