The site shows you that your corporate rate is lower than regular price; however, the corporate price is exactly what I can get from regular path. Besides, they charged fee which regular path doesn't charge, then it makes their so called corporate price even higher than regular price. Why doing that?
I purchased hotel reservations right before this whole Covid-19 travel ban. I ended up having to cancel just a couple days after the purchase. I was assured that the refund would be no problem, but it has been months! Yes, they send emails every week or so, but this is a scam. They should be able to refund the money within a reasonable amount of time. Now I am being forced to pay for this trip that I obviously cannot take. Times are hard for everyone right now and I have to pay off a credit card that should have been refunded. So disappointed and wonder if I will ever get my money back. I will never EVER use them again! I do NOT recommend using this site. Other sites are cheaper anyway.

This company is absolutely horrible. I don't see how they are still open. My reasoning for needing a refund was Overlooked by both people I spoke with and they offered me credit even though my family's health issues keep us from being able to travel. I contacted Disney and sadly since I purchase them to this horrible horrible company they we're on able to refund the money but was very sympathetic and wish they was able to help my family and I.

Although the call recordings, emails and alerts on the company's website says that any canceled events will be automatically refunded and there is no reason to call this is completely wrong. I reached out finally to get an estimate for my refund as my event was canceled just to find out that refunds will not be processed without the customer on the line so instead of starting the process 5 days ago when my event was canceled I am barely getting the process started because I was lied to. I will never again do business with a company that so easily lies to its customers.

I previously had a pretty darn positive experience getting discounted Six Flags tickets through Tickets At Work, but I was recently taken for a ride. I got Broadway tickets through them only to realize after that the "discount" was more expensive than buying direct. Not only that … then I got stuck away from NYC due to the dangerous winter weather conditions. I was denied a refund of any sort, even partially, and the only option to rebook would have cost more after I already overpaid. Never again. Buying direct exclusively from now on.

I reserved a car a month out, and when I arrived to pick up my car from thrifty, thrifty told me that they don't take my visa, even though it was the same card I used to reserve and it had enough to cover the deposit. They sent me away and told me I had to deal with tickets at work to get my refund of $340. I called tickets at work and they said that I would have to deal with thrifty to get my refund. Many many calls back and forth to both thrifty and tickets at work, thrifty finally was able to cancel my reservation and authorize a refund, and yet I'm still getting emails that they have not been able to resolve my situation. So they took my money, I didn't get a rental thru no fault of my own, and they seem to be giving me the runaround until I give up. Will never use this site again and will recommend everyone avoid it at all costs.

This site is the WORST! By the time you finish paying all of the hidden fees you end up paying more! The most I've gotten was $2 off an aquarium visit. This site is almost a slap in the face to people that work with the travel industry. There are no incentives on using the site.

I booked a room back in December for April through Tickets At Work. The hotel stated they did not have my reservation. I reached out to tickets at work. They stated they would "open a case". I received an email from them stating there's nothing they can do and to wait because sometimes I may not receive a confirmation until 24-48 hours before the reservation date….its odd that I booked the room in December, it's March, and their only response is "even though we cannot provide the hotel confirmation number, we can guarantee it's reserved." I went through so much trouble going back and forth with the hotel to figure this out since Tickets At Work didn't even bother to investigate. The hotel is almost sold out due to a festival that's going on the same weekend. If I did not do the leg work to get this resolved, I would've showed up to the hotel, and it would've been sold out if I had waited until 24 hours before the booking date as suggested by Tickets at work.
Take my advice: save the trouble and pay the fee extra dollars to book directly through the hotel to avoid any 3rd party issues.
Would not recommend! They don't like to give refunds even when it's there fault you need one. Their customer service is terrible and no one can explain why you can't have your money back they just say policy! But who cares about policy when you couldn't get what you asked for in the first place. Don't even try to give you a voucher just took $467 of my money

I paid for 2 hotels and was told I could change the dates on line threw my itinerary. When I went to check in I was told that I no longer had reservations because I was a no show and that I needed to contact tickets at work to get it resolved. It's been over a week and still nothing has been done. The hotels tell me I need to contact tickets at work and tickets at work tell me I need to contact the hotels. I'm now out over 1000 dollars and no one will do anything but point fingers at another person. If I could do less than a 1 star I would.

If I could give this site a 0, I would with no hesitation. I purchased a room at Disney through this fraudulent site and after traveling there, I find out there is no reservation! How embarrassing! I had to get the hotel manager involved to do further research, only to find out that my "reservation" did not exist. They were able to clear nearly $400 from my account, yet, when I arrived, I had no room. I showed confirmation emails as well as my bank draft.The front desk associate at the hotel was kind enough to accommodate us but he did inform me that this is a common scam that people fall victim to. He told me that numerous people have booked through Ticketsatwork, only to have no reservation when they arrive. This is truly bad business, thankfully, I was assisted and it did not ruin our trip. I will be reporting them to BBB... it's not like anymore piss poor reviews will hurt them. Bottom of the barrow.

The description of item are not very clear they seem like you purchasing concert tickets and when their 3rd party email the tickets the result is that they are not concert tickets only fast lane passes for $130.00 each. Don't trust these people! I reserved a $800 Hertz car rental through them. Cancelled 5 days in advance and Hertz sent a confirmation of cancellation. Then Tickets at Work said congratulations, you now have a $800 credit with us for other travel. WHAT!? Hertz approved so I want a 100% refund. It literally took 25 minutes and several talks with the "supervisor" just to get my money back. AVOID THESE CROOKS!

Tickets at Work steals your money for shows that are indefinitely postponed. I have spoken to multiple CS reps and they refuse to refund my money for a show that may never happen. They also tell you a manager will call you back, but that never happens either.

2 months I have been trying to receive a refund on a hotel room I was never able to use. Hotel had half of the reservation in their system but not second half. 2 rooms for 2 nights cost me $1100. 00 when it should have been $700.00

We booked through ticketsatwork for SeaCrest Resort. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and we definitely were not satisfied. The room stunk and you could not breathe, the door would not lock, fruit flies in the sink, the carpet was nasty, no shower curtain, looked like mold on ceiling, and other very unacceptable things. This was detrimental to our health and my kids and I could not breathe. We left and the resort said they would give a refund, but ticketsatwork went through Expedia and we would need to reach out to them to get our refund. Ticketsatwork will not give me contact information for who I need to speak to at Expedia since this is who they went through. Ticketsatwork has been giving me automated responses about updating me every 72 hours (which they don't, but give the same message if you email them). This is unacceptable and I have never experienced anything like this before and I am truly appalled considering it's supposed to be a discount program through my job.

I did not stay in the hotel, but apparently didn't cancel it with tickets at work (I canceled the reservation at the hotel) and now I'm out $242.00 to this company. I paid for a hotel (for the days 11/21-11/29) and upon finding out I had COVID-19 and could not travel under the law, I requested a voucher from them so I could simply reschedule after my 14 day mandated quarantine. I called the day I was diagnosed and received no help. I sent emails as well and just received automated messages. When they finally came to "resolve" my request (on 11/26), they sent me an email saying they were unable to refund me because the hotel said "they could not remove the penalty". I know makes no sense right? First, they requested a refund without my request and took my money, and second I am unsure about what penalty they were speaking upon, since I never requested any penalty be removed. I was going with someone on this trip, so they were still planning to go if the voucher was denied, but we were left with nothing. Late response, stolen room, and request I had never even made.

This company is the worst. I needed to cancel a hotel due to COVID. The hotel was willing to refund, no questions asked, but ticketsatwork needed to cancel on my behalf as they made the reservation. The phone call to the hotel would take 2 minutes. In 5 days they did not call or email the hotel on my behalf and I lost out on a refund for a $600/night hotel charge. Never book with these guys as they are all terrible people who will do absolutely nothing to assist the customer. The opposite of customer service. I literally wish nothing but bad things for every single individual I spoke with at the company (which was about 15 people in the course of trying to get a refund).

I ordered tickets for Clemson versus Wake Forest, and never received the tickets... They told me that there was a link to go to to pull my tickets up and when I went there there were no tickets there... I called customer service up till the day of the event to try to get those tickets, and they were never in there... They then asked me to screenshot that link to show there was no tickets there, and email them... That was two and a half weeks ago and I am still waiting for a resolution... This is a scam... They are thieves

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.
