I ordered tickets for Clemson versus Wake Forest, and never received the tickets... They told me that there was a link to go to to pull my tickets up and when I went there there were no tickets there... I called customer service up till the day of the event to try to get those tickets, and they were never in there... They then asked me to screenshot that link to show there was no tickets there, and email them... That was two and a half weeks ago and I am still waiting for a resolution... This is a scam... They are thieves
Do not use this site for anything they will steal your money from you. I booked a rental car through them and they took money off of my card only for me to get to the rental company and they tell me they don't even do same day rentals and Tickets at Work shouldn't have took a payment from me. I called TicketsAtWork to ask for a refund and they can't even give me accurate info. I've been waiting days with no communication. Crooks

I purchased Zip Line tickets 3 weeks before our trip to Hawaii. The instructions said to request reservations from the place 1-2 weeks in advance and when I did, they did not have any open reservations. I called and was told they had no reservations available for a month. We were only going to be in Hawaii for one week. I attempted multiple times to get a refund and would get these messages that they were working on it. Then one that said they couldn't refund me. For nearly a month I attempted and this last one I did not hear back for quite some time so I followed up. All to get the same answer they could not refund me. Now I am out nearly $500 for vouchers that I couldn't use. It's so disappointing that the company I work for advertise to use Tickets at work and they don't care. I'll never use them again.

I went through Tickets at Work during the pandemic and they were very accommodating about rescheduling. But it ended up taking a VERY long time to receive the refund. I recently went through them again for a hotel in April. I specifically looked at the cancellation policy because of my previous experience and it said I could cancel until the end of April to get my full refund. I ended up having to cancel the trip so I cancelled the hotel. The hotel accepted the cancellation but Tickets at Work wouldn't refund me the money they only gave me a voucher to use on their website. I called to speak with someone and she could give me no explanation of why this isn't advertised big on their website before going through with booking something. They also told me their was nothing they could do and all I could get was the voucher.

I booked a hotel for 4 days and I immediately realized I made a mistake and tried to cancel it. There was no where on the web site to cancel so I emailed them. They emailed me back and said they are a third party and refund requests are subject to approval from their partners. Best case scenario they will offer me a voucher. No where on their website did they disclose this. The only thing I read was that as long as I cancelled within the policy, which I was well within, that I would get 100% refund. Complete false advertising. I hope something can be done about this. May the buyer beware.

I bought tickets for Broadway show in NY and at the time of booking it showed me better seats. When the order was completed and confirmation was sent to me I was assigned the worst possible seats. I called few times and the customer service representative told me that they will work out with the vendor to resolve the issue but no action was taken. Finally I called again to talk to the manage and I was told the manager will get back to me in 2 to 4 hours. No one called.
I would not recommend anyone to buy tickets from here.

We purchased Disneyland tickets for a planned June 2020 trip on February 17,2020. The Disneyland park closed down March 12,2020 and is still closed. Tickets at works says no refunds and the tickets are good through Jan 2021. But Disneyland has no opening date yet. So the tickets bought from Tickets at work are worthless

For context I am 18 and learned about this service through my work. I went to 6 flags for the day with a group of my friends and ordered a hotel room through these people. Nowhere on the site did it say a minimum age for checking in or reserving a room. Long story short we tried to check in around 10 or 11 at night and were told that we could not because of an age restriction which we were not aware of. The hotel could not refund because the room was purchased through a 3rd party site. We wound up having to drive 2 1/2 3 hours home, and the company has refused to give me a refund for my purchase.

Ticketsatwork sold me a hotel reservation that they never contacted the hotel about. I arrived at the hotel and they had no booking and had never heard of Ticketsatwork. I called Ticketsatwork and the woman who answered read off a script, talking in loops and answering no questions. She was unable to confirm that Ticketsatwork had ever contacted the hotel. She tried to sell me a rental car. I ended up having to leave the hotel and pay for a new one, and I never got the money back. They took my money and provided no product. This is as close to fraud as a company can come without actually stealing your information.

This company takes your deposit and keep you waiting to get it back. All these companies want a deposit but then they don't want to give it back. TicketsatWork - They are reasonable in finding the good price tickets. But when it comes to any adjustments/cancellation, they are not the right organization. I booked a United Airlines ticket through them and had to cancel my ticket. They made me run from pillar to post and asking me to reach out to United Airlines directly to extend my credit. In the end, I had to lose my money. Unfortunately, their support executives have no clue about the rules and regulations.

Booked a hotel and flight got delayed 24 hours. Was not able to call due to being after hours. Spoke with hotel and they said they can't do anything about it and would have to call tickets at work. Purchased a SECOND reservation not through tickets at work and called them the next morning. Took 2 weeks to find a decision and they finally DENIED us our refund because we didn't call them on the day we were supposed to be there. I'm sorry? I called the day of check in both the hotel and this joke of a 3rd party. We couldn't call sooner due to being after hours! Should be available 24 hours if you are going to play people with this garbage excuse of a company. Never again.

I rented a car one way from Fresno to Sacramento. I paid $67 some dollars. When I got my confimation email I noticed at the bottom that there was an "at the counter fee" of around $90 + another $20 in taxes. I didn't quite know what that was so I called Tickets at Work and was told that is an additional amount I would need to pay when dropping off the car! I asked why those fees were not included in the initial cost but got the run around. I asked if I could cancel. I was told it was not more than 48 hours from the rental. I just made the confirmation 5 minutes earlier. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. Will never do any business with these theives again. Save yourself from this headache and look elsewhere! My pain is your gain!

I recently purchased tickets through tickets at work for a concert with the assumption the price was discounted from the venue price. The advertisement even had a slashed price indicating it was a discount with a lower price next to it. After purchasing the tickets I happen to look at the tickets on the venues webpage and found that the tickets were a lot cheaper than tickets at work. I am unable to return the tickets since I did not purchase the insurance for an extra fee. I feel that they falsely advertise on this website and take advantage of anyone looking for a deal. I spoke with a customer service rep after my realization hoping there was something they would be able to do and his response was that tickets at work assumes customer have two separate pages open to compare all prices and told me to have a nice day. I would like to warn anyone using this website to due your research before purchasing anything from tickets at work.

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them.
