I bought some spa tickets by accident in a different location were I was, as soon i realized my mistake not even 5 minutos I called them to explain. I called and was told there was nothing they could do. I went to Anakeesta on July 4 the with tickets we purchased through tickets at work. Mind you all my other tickets I bought for our Tennessee trip went well. I pay 25$ for parking wait in line for 2.5 hours due to lift being broken told it was going to be another 2 hours to get up there. Anakesta told me I could call tickets at work for a refund and they proceed to cut our bands off. Fast forward to today when I call I get a person on the phone who was really not compassionate about what occurred and told me basically I was out if my money and get over it. No refunds at ALL. Really! Well I will be letting everyone know what happened so that this does not occur for another family in vacation! Absolutely did not care what I was saying. NEVER again! Picture in front of the flower at Anakesta parking lot. Thank goodness my kids were good troupers after a wait with no place to go.

I am writing this review from my experience yesterday after booking a same day hotel which ended up booking for next week. I realized it after going to check in the hotel. I called Ticketsatwork and was on hold for over 2hrs with no resolution. I went on the Ticketsatwork instagram page and left a comment. Immediately I received a call from Richard and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He managed to resolve the hotel reservation date change immediately after he called me. This place is awful, I booked a room showed up to my hotel and was told that I have no room and that the place was booked for the past two days. They took the money out and refuse to give my money back. They offered me a voucher, I need my 500 dollars back. Please don't use this site. It's basically a scam, no ones responds to my emails and they just give you a run around on the phone. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I wish that I could give less than one star. I have called several times and spoken with different people regarding a refund for a hotel that was cancelled because they claimed the hotel sold out AFTER I booked. I have been told different things regarding the refund and just wanted to clarify that they understand that I have two different refunds for the same amount. Sherbert, who identified himself as a manager, came to the phone all hostile and rudely told me there was no purpose for my call and that it takes 5-7 days for the refund (although the email says 3-5.) I just want my money back that it only took them seconds to remove from my account when I booked.

I have 4 tickets for Disneyland ($1200) that I bought in Feb 2020 for a trip scheduled for Memorial Day 2020. The park is not even open and I had to cancel my trip. Contacted customer service over email multiple times and never got a response. Sent request over the contact form and was told that no refunds will be issued. I purchased tickets to Zoo Tampa. I never received my e-tickets to enter the park. At arrival I had to pay out of pocket to enter the park with my family. I had planned to enjoy our day not deal with this! While at the park I called for my refund and 8 hours later I am just giving a BS run around!
Im told that a refund has to be approved and it will take up too 48 hrs! Still BS! Do Not Ever purchase anything from TAW! They will steal your money and not care! Extremely unprofessional. One representative even hung up on me. Due to COVID and health issues we are unable to attend the Kentucky Derby. They will not refund the tickets. But the big kicker is they refuse to provide us with physical tickets so that we can get them over to the OFFICIAL Kentucky Derby Marketplace for resale. So unfortunate. I hope some of the big corporations pull there deals with this unethical company.

I purchased a Busch Gardens silver annual pass intending to use it in April and due to Covid-19 wasn't able to use my ticket. I was told by Busch Gardens that I am entitled to a refund from Tickets at Work but have wasted many hours on hold and even hung up on after 4 hours. The customer service rep was very rude and unprofessional. This company should be out of business. Do not do any business or purchase any tickets from this company. They are scams.

I have been working with Tickets at work to resolve a very simple issue with a duplicate charge at the Comfort Inn of Rocky Mount, NC. I booked and paid through Tickets at Work. I was also charged when I checked out. I provided both the hotel and TAW detailed information regarding the issue and even attempted to resolve the issue through Comfort Inn myself with no success. It has been 3 weeks and the issue still remains unresolved and I am still out of my money for the duplicate charges. I am very disappointed, and this is very unacceptable. I will be contacting my Corporate office to report the service quality and inability to resolve a simple issue. This is ridiculous.

I booked a hotel on ticketsatwork.com and accidentally selected the wrong dates. I called immediately and tried to change and they said the reservation could not be modified or cancelled. Then a rep named Jose said I could call the hotel and ask for approval to change. I called the hotel and got approval to alter my dates. I was supposed to travel within 3 days of me making the reservation and told them it was important to escalate my issues. Now its the day of my travel and still no resolution! The hotel gave them authorization but they keep telling me I have to wait on the suppliers approval. Very poor customer service!

Purchased ticket for AMC said I pay about 10.75 and I get ticket for 15.99 +0.00 tax and = 15.99 Movie was 16.99 and instead of paying one more dollar. The ticket they sold me only covered 11.09 dollars not 15.99 and then since I had to pay for tax totaled for their ticket was 12.85 and then I had to pay AMC a fee 2.69. Totaled for a 16.99 ticket was 20.54 not worth it. And I know it is not refundable. So its such a scam beware they just want your money.

I've purchased legoland tickets and due to covid, we weren't able to go. Called ticketsatwork to reimburse me, transferred me to multiple departments, have to wait 72 hours to get approve of my refund. How ridiculous is that!?
Lego land is willing to do a reimbursement if i have bought it from them but tickets at work has to go theough millions of department just to see if I can even get a reimbursement.

Specifically Tripplanet. I had to do tripplanet's job in figuring out why southwest has not issued me a refund for a cancelled flight in March, but turns out southwest had issued a refund since January. 3 months has gone by without any updates from tripplanet, and when I finally reach out to tripplanet about my refund, it has been close to two months now they have not issued me a refund. They keep saying "it's innitiated and you will receive it within 24-48 hours", but that was 2 weeks ago and no updates. I believe they try to delay the refund until you give up. Will not be using this service again and legal action should be taken at this point.

I bought a concert ticket days before the show. I got there waited in line and had them scan my phone just like the conformation email said the ticket showed up void 2 times. They sent me to the ticket booth to see if they could help me. Those guys said I was probably sold a resale ticket and no seat in the arena is under my name. They told me to call tickets at work and see what they could do being that they do not work with third parties. I did. I was on hold 36 mins before they hung up. 28mins when they got on the phone the second call. The whole time I hear the concert start and go through about 5 songs while the crowd cheered and chanted and I'm stuck in the lobby on the phone. They will never get another dime from me. I work a lot and can not travel to see bucket list artists. This was a dream come true that they would be in nashvill where I live. My dream is crushed because of this website. Oh and no money back guarantee.

We bought tickets for Legoland through them. Legoland required a negative COVID-19 result to enter the park. My husband took the test and was positive. TAW was not able to give us a refund due to this. There should be an exception to their policy when it's due to COVID. We are still in a pandemic and their inability to show kindness in this matter is appalling. It's so disappointing since we planned this trip for a while. It's not like we changed our minds and decided we couldn't make it. Do you want us to go to Legoland with my husband sick and completely out of it so we can fulfill this trip? This is completely sad in an already sad situation.

Do not buy from this company at all! All they care about is your money. I had a flight that was cancelled and was rebooked on another flight the next day. I couldn't "shift" the hotels forward by one day online, so I figured I'd rebook for the correct dates and then explain the situation on the phone and get the original bookings refunded. After all, I still planned on staying at the hotels and only wanted to change the dates by one day. They refuse to refund the money, claiming it is "non-refundable", even though my rental car was also non-refundable as well, but the rental car company was understanding of the situation and cancelled the original reservation after I explained that I had rebooked a new reservation for the correct dates. Ticketsatwork was the complete opposite and kept making excuses how they can't refund and they don't want to give me my money back. So long story short, I basically paid double for hotels. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Definitely avoid at all costs!
As a 3rd party these bookings come directly from the hotel supplier. We can definitely reach out and see if the hotel and/or the supplier would be okay with a refund, but that request is not a guarantee. I bought tickets to a concert that was postponed for a month and that venue said that refunds would be issued. I live in another city and state so there is no way I can take another trip to attend the show. Ticketsatwork.com got the tickets from a ticket broker called Ticketevolution who refuses to give a refund. They initially altered our trip because they wouldn't send the tickets until a few days before the show, now the refusal to refund the money has made this the worst experience ever. They advertise their company to law enforcement officers as a way to serve those who serve but apparently that was a false claim.
Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service.
