TickPick

This was my first time using TickPick - and it was a seamless and easy process. There were no fees, and it was easy to monitor the price of the seats I was interested in. The tickets were transfered when they were supposed to. What a great platform.

Happen to run across this ticketing app...Tool was coming to Nashville.Figured I'd check it out last minute to see if I could find an affordable seat with a good location.

For all that Tick Pick tries to talk about being honest, they choose funny times not to be. I got tired of the emails they sent daily and while I could have unsubscribed, they could have stopped sending the emails. So anyway, tired of the emails, I finally go to answer and notice, if you press anything except a 5 star review it sends you too customer support instead of this rating page I'm now on. Is it the most dishonest, horrible thing? No. But I'm tired of seeing ticket prices that aren't any better, endless emails, and trickery in the reviews. Peace out Tick Pick, catch me buying cheaper tickets on Gametime.

I live TickPick! I have used several times with different venues and it is always fast, efficient, and transparent. I get exactly what I expected delivered quickly and digitally with ease. Wonderful user experience!

Like everyone I was trying to get the best tickets at the best price. This was such a straight-up deal.

No surprises and landed tickets (great seats) cheaper than all the other options. Who knew?

Hook'em!

Had to sell tickets this place is the worst place if you need to sell them. Great if you're buying them and you go to the event but not selling tickets they don't show up on the map so it looks like they're sold out when they're not they're only available if you scroll down and you actually have to know what you're looking for. Emailed and called no one gives a $#*! pretty much worthless other than buying your tickets.

Picked up some tickets for the NFC Championship, got the best deal possible looking at 8 different apps at once. My tickets were confirmed in under an hour and I received my tickets via eTransfer on ticket master in 48 hours.

Traveled to Montréal to see the Islanders play at the Bell Center. We flew standby and didn't until the last moment if we would get on the flight. When we landed in Montreal, the process to get the tickets was simple, and the price was good for excellent seats.

The seats, cost and overall experience was great. I had to call in to double check my transfer for our tickets and the call center young lady was great! Will recommend your site. Ready to by my Toronto Blue Jay tickets

Not bad seats for the price I don't think I wish they would have month old events there to be able to find where we where we were going

I bought some tickets using TickPick, as I had used this service in the past and it worked more or less well. However, yesterday I bought some tickets for Disney On Ice and found a cheaper price within 30 minutes, they have a "price guarantee" and the way it works (in theory) is that if you find a better price in the same section, they give you the difference. However, that is a big lie. Take a good look before buying. Since sometimes there are price differences. But, lately, the difference is that TickPick is more expensive than the original provider (Ticketmaster). Their customer service is a joke, they only give you a pre-formatted script and they don't solve anything. I will not use this service and I don't recommend this service to anyone.

Selecting tickets was super easy. Value for the money on TickPIck was better than other ticket sites. Tickets arrived ahead of game day which was great to have so as not to have any undo stress waiting to receive tickets. Will definitely look to TickPick again when I'm searching for tickets.

I bought concert tickets 3 months prior. They email me today, the day before the show, to tell me my order is cancelled. Tickets are all sky high now. Won't reply when I ask for resolution. Don't buy from a company that literally can't guarantee their product. Why would you even waste your time taking that risk?

I bought tickets to monster jam, well I got a notification this morning that they charged me twice! I'm very upset! Do not buy from here

The experience was easy. Email sent well in advance to inform me that tickets were ready. Downloaded them to apple wallet and smooth entry when attended.
These were purchased in England for a family trip when in New York for the 2024 New Year.

I purchased a ticket for Matt Rife at Radio City Musuc Hall through TickPick and had no trouble. The ticket was legit and everything went smooth for the event. It was a digital ticket which made everything easy.

Bought tickets to a Detroit Tigers game…. When we went through the gate the tickets did not scan, but they ticket usher let me in. I sat in my seats an lo and behold someone showed up with obviously legit tickets (box office) so I had to move. I tried calling - no customer service answering phones - and the email response was - we need to wait for the seller to respond.

No resolution - no response - will be refusing the charge on my credit card. Will be using another service going forward. Go elsewhere - total fraud

SCAM! Purchased two concert tickets over a week ago and have not received them. I was told by the customer service rep that the tickets would be delivered the day before the show and that is "ample time". The customer service rep said no cancellations or refunds would be issued but I could sell my tickets on their site but that's a little hard to do when the tickets were never transferred to me. Makes you wonder how many "tickets" are for sale on there from people that don't actually have them in hand if this is the solution.

I have bought hundreds of tickets for events from StubHub and vivid etc. tried TickPick. Tickets arrived 12 min before game time and had to use a secondary web site to get them. I was an hour away so asked to chancel 30 min prior. Unacceptable. Tickets should deliver when paid 5 hours previously before game. You can't conduct business 12 min before a big game. No customer service. DO NOT USE. Pay 10$ more for legitimate companies.

So glad I stumbled across TickPick! We shopped around multiple secondary market sites l, and TickPick was easily the most affordable. Their seat preview exactly matched our view, and after purchasing, we had them in our inbox within an hour. We've already purchased tickets to our next event using TickPick. Would highly recommend!

First time securing seats with TickPick was great. As advertised the price is all in, and verified resale tickets were transferred to me shortly after my transaction cleared.
Will definitely use this app again, already scrolling for more shows to see!

Went to buy hockey tix and clicked on parking thinking Iwas adding parking to 4 tickets. Nope I bought 4 parking spots instead. Call customer service and I can try to resell them with a $10 per spot charge to do so. Hopefully someone else falls for the same scam I did...
