I've used TickPick just twice now to purchase tickets to Nuggets playoff games. The first time went well, no issues, but a friend and I paid close to $1000 dollars for game 5 of the finals. When we arrived to the stadium and tried to enter we were told the tickets were invalid. In the end, TickPick isn't even worth it because they end up charging the same as ticketmaster does with the fees. Never again

Just used TickPick to purchase tickets to the Arizona Cardinals game. Finally a site that gives you all the prices up front, with no hidden last minute fees at checkout. It was seamless and got the tickets emailed to me in minutes. Highly recommend.

I was looking for Harlem Globe Trotter tickets, and I found excellent seats at 1/3 the price of other places for the same seats. There were no fees and the ticket transfer was seemless. Will use this app again.

Was in brooklyn for the weekend and some. Thought about seeing a nets game if I could and my first thought was tick pick honestly. Have had nothing but easy smooth transactions with them. Not to mention better pricing and options then all other avenues of finding tickets. Appreciate you guys and will always be my preferred place to look for any ticket for an event!

Being the first time I purchased through TickPick so I wasn't sure but let me tell you it was Great! The price, the seats, the time the tickets became available all was a smooth easy process. I highly recommend TickPick, I'm for sure getting future tickets!

Loved that the prices don't have hidden fees! App was very easy to use and straight forward. I will continue to use this for buying tickets. Added bonus…. The view of the seat for the arena was right in the app. I knew exactly what I was getting!

But, could you please send the tickets upon purchase, like you used to, rather than waiting and worrying that there could be a problem? A day or two before the event is not enough time for correction. My guys had flights the next morning.
Please make it better!

I purchased 9 tickets and it was great the seats were good and as shown when purchased. Only issue was that theatre was not handicapped accessible and I had to go up the stairs and I have a foot and knee issue.

I have religiously used the tickpick app for numerous events. Rarely does it fall short in delivering what I need (usually not the apps or companies fault).

1st time using this ticket app/site. Easy to use, I like how there's no fees. E-transfer is something different and a neat feature. All and all tickets for the show I purchased was amazing!

Tends to have lowest prices, but not always the most selection. I spent an hour picking out what I wanted and when accepting I was given a different row.
Please read user agreement - even with their "guarantee" they are not liable at all. There is no promise what row you pick is what you get, so if you are picky or want to be by friends in a section it's out of your control.
I love how they include fees upfront, but this feels no less risky than buying from facebook or guy on the street.

*edit* = customer service was responsive and there was a response to this review so I upped the stars. I get the sense this doesn't happen often and could happen on any ticket resale site. I got good seats in the section and was a good price at the end of the day.

First time going to a metallica concert and it was so good. Loved the layout. Just wished they would have spent a bit more time in our corner. It seemed they were everywhere but there for like 5 minutes.

Easy to buy but was nervous because we weren't getting the tickets until the next day. I was afraid it was a scam but they worked and It was easy to use them at the gate to get in. YEAH! I finally found a way to get tickets without hidden fees that almost double the price!

I recently tried to sell tickets on TickPick. I followed the instructions and got a confirmation that the tickets transfer was complete. There was no further communication until the buyer said they never received them. TickPick emailed me and asked for me to confirm that I transferred them in my Ticketmaster account. I didn't receive anything stating that I had any more steps to take. Now they want to bill me 200% of the ticket price. Nice. I'll never use TickPick again. What a complete and total scam.

TickPick had better prices than any other site. The show (The Book of Mormon) was sold out. Resale prices on other sites were pretty high and you never knew how much the tickets would really cost after fees and tax until the end of checkout. I love how the price you will pay was right there the whole time. Checkout was easy and so was getting my e-ticket. I will be using TickPick again, for sure!

At first, I was very nervous I wasn't gonna get the tickets and when I got them, we went to the show it was it ran very smooth. He just downloaded the tickets and it was great. The show was wonderful.

Awesome Concert from start to finish. All three Groups really did a outstanding job. I walked away just saying " WOW that was Great".

First time purchasing tickets on here and the experience was so great! I got to see one of my favorite teen idols Usher in Vegas! The ticket price was very reasonable and the seats were incredible as well! I will be using Tickpick for all my ticket needs!

Attend the event anymore, just like me. The extra service fee of 10-30 dollars on Ticketmaster or other platforms is well worth it compared to the hassle TickPick may cause. You'll regret it.

There's a significant risk that you won't receive your tickets from the seller by the promised date, and TickPick will substitute your order with a ticket from a less desirable section. If you attempt to contact them with your concerns, they will play ignorant and eventually hang up on you, particularly if you reach a representative named Stacy.

The process was easy and I really appreciated not having to pay all the excessive additional fees!

Worried because tickets weren't sent until week of concert, but came through Ticketmaster without issue
