I purchased 3 tickets - and upon trying to enter venue the tickets scanned "Already Entered". The rep was not able to get me any replacement tickets- and said it would investigate within 7 business days. Just can't believe they are peddling fake tickets and do nothing about it

I was skeptical that TickPick was legit, but it is. My tickets came through on the Ticketmaster app and they were significantly cheaper than comparable tickets on StubHub Vivid Seat Gek or direct from Ticketmaster.

First time buying from tickpick, and it was a pleasant surprise. Found great seats at an affordable price, and they were delivered quickly. Whenever I had questions or needed more information, Connor was right there, friendly and quick to get back to me with answers... Never again, Stubhub!

Paid $130 for two tickets that were never delivered. Called an hour before the concert, yet representative said there was no manager on duty that could help us resolve the issue. 5 days later, we finally get a response saying they were not issuing a refund. Would not recommend this site to anyone!

TickPick always have the best price, better than those other sites (Stubhub, TicketMaster, etc). Their customer service is also great! I forgot my tickets to a New Year's Day bowl game this year (out of town). Not only did they replace my tickets with better seats, they also did it for free! I am so grateful! If you need a concert or sports ticket, use them!

Tickets were on the app on my phone. Easy to access and no issues going into Scotia Bank Arena.

I gave tick pick a try last year after surprising my husband with bucket list anniversary gift for tickets to the Super Bowl (huge pats fans!). Their prices were so much cheaper than anyone else out there with no buyer fees. The money we saved alone on the tickets pretty much covered the cost of our flights. It was incredible. They have provided top-notch customer service every step of the way, and made it a truly seamless experience from start to finish.

Hopefully the Pats will make it again this year, because I'd love to make it out there again!

We bought four ATL Hawks tickets that were digital only. Someone used the se tickets 20 minutes before we arrived. Despite very detailed information.and multiple emails and phone calls, Tick Pick said since the tickets has been transferred there was nothing they could do. So sad this company doesn't stand by their buyer guarantee. We wasted 230 dollars and lots of time. First and last time we use this company. I didn't add any other info because the company already has it all.

Wish I could give negative star rating. Bought Ranger tickets for Jan game Rangers vs Hurricanes. Got ot MSG tickets were unavailable no response from Tickpick support. MSG customer service said tickets were used by someone else. Me out $300+. Tickpick takes not responsibility. 100% guarantee is a joke.

TickPick is without a doubt, one million times superior to Ticketmaster or StubHub for the simple fact that they don't charge you upwards of 25% in service fees. I'm using a website, you didn't service me at all. TickPick does away with those

I have used tickpick several times so far. It's is the best ticketing site that I've ever come across. Customer service is good, easy transactions and more importantly tickpick is healthy for my pocket too. Highly recommended!

First time using tickpick and experience was great! We had a little problem with bar code not showing yet on tickets, called spoke to a someone at tickpick and it was resolved within an hour. Will definitely use again.

Tick pic is the only app I would use for concerts or events. No added taxes or fees associated with purchasing tickets, great and only way to buy at a fair price. If you ever use any other source it would definitely be a waste of money.

I got the best price of any ticket broker with these guys. But it came with a teensy little catch: no tickets were ever delivered. Hilarious. Not like I spent $1600 or anything - Oh wait, I DID! The service folks are hilarious too - they say "call us anytime, we're here to help!" Think they helped me get my $1600 back?

We have had some really good options for Dodger Games. Most recently was able to get field level seats for my dads birthday! He turned 71 and said it was his best birthday ever! Loved putting that smile and memory on him!

I highly do not recommend using TickPick. I purchased very expensive tickets that were not delivered to me within the guaranteed timeframe. After over 1 week of reaching out multiple times via phone and email, I have still not been contacted regarding the issue. I attend many events and have never had this type of problem with Ticketmaster or Stubhub. Terrible service. I will not use them again. Buyer beware!
