TickPick is the best place to buy tickets, period. There are absolutely no hidden fees. You can buy tickets elsewhere on Stubhub and the likes, where tickets "appear" to be cheaper, but then when you're checking out, you get hit with 30-40% in "Service Fees". Yeah right lol...

TickPick is gonna stay my go-to place for tickets for a long time.

I will never use tickpick again cause on April 5th I had tickets to go to the Cubs@ Reds game. Unfortunately the game was rescheduled because of rain. The game was rescheduled to September 1st but arriving at Great American Ballpark for said game we were denied entry so I wasted money for a game I was not allowed to watch. I called customer service and they acted like they didn't care.

We had a fantastic time at the Book of Mormon show we attended, in NYC! The tickets were a little pricier than we anticipated, but to be fair, we did wait til the last minute to see if prices would drop (stupid choice). We highly recommend the show and I would use TickPick again in the future, should we need tickets! It was a plus to not have excessive fees tacked on at the end of the transaction, like with most ticketing sites.

My wife and I purchased last minute tickets to a soccer game through TickPick and it was a very easy process from start to finish. Nearly as soon as I confirmed the purchase I received an email from the ticket holder stating that they were ready to transfer them over. The tickets showed up in my account very quickly and we attended the event without any issue. Would definitely recommend

Concert was cancelled. Why is it our fault?! Its not. So why dont we get a refund? Good question! They blame their Policies & Procedures. Dont waste your money as we did ours. Terrible terrible company!

College playoff game. A season ticket holder must have released their seats, probably due to weather. We bought tickets from TickPick and waited out the storms. The game started 2.5 later than scheduled.

My granddaughter was playing with my phone she is 10 years old and has knowledge about getting around on an I phone. She accidentally purchased a NETS ticket for over $1,500. I immediately called you explaining the situation. I was told you contact the seller. After about 15 minutes I was told nothing could be done; the seller would not consider a reversal. I paid the money and realized that your purchase policy was NOT something with which I wanted to be associated. I never purchased anything but Hockey tickets and prior to the very unfortunate experience outlook above I was pleased with your service. Even a time delay of one hour would have avoided having a very unhappy customer.

The Nebraska v. Purdue basketball game was amazing. The crowd was fired up and so was the team. In the end the Nebraska Cornhuskers knocked off the #1 men's basketball team in the country! Thanks TickPick for the awesome seats!

After getting bad tickets they Stub hub, someone told me about Tickpick. I bought a ticket the morning of the show and got the ticket emailed quickly and I love how the price reflects all fees. This will be my new go to site.

Bought and was charged for concert tickets. Was then sent email that the "seller" no longer has the tickets and was given a refund. Refund takes 7 business days to credit my account and concert is a week away. Then went back on their site and saw the exact same tickets listed again, but for $100 more. Hundreds of the same complaints. Now I can't go to the concert because I won't have my refund in time to buy new tickets. Never use! Check their reviews. They pull this scam constantly. Should've done my research.

My go to ticket online venue is Tick Pick. I love how easy it is to purchase tickets and know that im looking at the amount im paying (plus tax) on the ticket prices. They always beat everyone else's price.

I went to back to back games and both experiences were amazing honestly I just wish the tickets would transfer to the mlb app or my apple wallet but other than that it was great seats at way better pricing.

Easy purchase. As we are a society of immediate feedback, I would have liked to have had my tickets delivered in my email in less than the 10 minutes. Other than that one area for improvement, my experience was fine.

It was magical. Watching the orchestra play the star wars new hope movie as it was playing on big screen was unbelievable. It was beautiful and mesmerizing. The ticket buying experience was seemless. Do recommend this tickpick.

I purchased tickets to the yankees game on 6/1 and was never provided with the tickets. Reached out to customer service before the game. I get a response an hour and a half into the game saying my tickets were delivered to my ticketmaster account which they were not. No response from customer service after that despite my numerous attempts at getting my money back. Also the people at the stadium cannot help bc tick pick is not a verified site. Do not use this site.

I bought tickets half a year ago and still haven't received them. The concert is in a week. They send automatic identical letters from different agents. They write that I myself called and found out where my tickets were from the seller. I lost half a year and now ticket prices are completely different. Don't waste time and money.

We found out about TickPick and decided to download the app after researching how trustworthy the company was. We bought tickets with no extra fees, which saves so much! It was so easy to navigate the app, order, and the tickets were delivered within minutes to my email! TickPick will be our 1st choice from now on when searching for music and sporting events!

I didn't know for sure if this would even be legitimate, but the tickets went right to my apple wallet after I got the confirmation email a few days after ordering! It went super smooth and the tickets worked! I only paid 12$ to see Louis Tomlinson with my friend and we had an amazing time!

It was the first time I went to the Super Bowl so really did my homework in order to get the best tickets possible (price wise of course!) checking many reputable resell sites for more than 2 weeks before the game, many times a day. At TickPick I found exactly what I was looking for and I definitely think I got a great deal!

This website have the exact price with not hidden fees, and I believe (Not sure.) that the have a lower commission price than other websites.

Bottom line I decided to trust TickPick for the Super Bowl tickets and they did not disappoint.

Next time I need to buy any ticket I will definitely use their service.

I have used this app several times to purchase tickets and have never had issues. However, I just went to a concert last night that I had purchased tickets for several months ago and on my way I realized that there were no tickets and no codes in my app. I had received an email saying to watch a YouTube to figure out how to receive my tickets from tickpick. This is the strangest experience I've ever had trying to receive tickets. I tried to watch the Youtube provided in the app and email which would not load and I had no mobile tickets. This is very unfortunate because at one point I really loved this app. At the end of the day I ended up having to purchase new tickets from the ticket office which were more expensive than my original purchase. I will be disputing these TickPick charges with my bank. If you ask me if this is fraud and is unacceptable.

Great seats for 2 games.
I love this app.
No more ticketmaster fees for us.
