First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text, email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
The Event was amazing! Went to my first Cowboys-Giants game on Sunday evening and it was awesome! The tickets were quick and easy to buy with barely any hoopla fees and jumping through hoops of the transactions. It was such an easy transaction for me that I am going to start using this for all the events I go to!
My niece asked just six weeks before the concert for tickets, to a fully sold out show. I had read horror stories of fake tickets, and was appalled by the fees at StubHub and other sites. Within 30 minutes of purchase at the listed price, the tickets transferred via Ticketmaster. Great seats and a smooth transaction.
Reached out to customer service asap as I accidentally confirmed a sale that I could not fulfill. I requested that they cancel the sale and reimburse the person trying to buy my tickets. Instead, they charged me 200% the cost of the tickets I was selling and were extremely unhelpful in the process. Highly discourage using this site, it's hard to navigate, easy to make an error, and overall does not compare to other ticket selling platforms!
"Bought " tickets to the D-Backs-- Dodgers game at Chase Field on 4/25. The Tick Pick website showed the order "Placed" and "Confirmed". 1 hour before the game I still had not received my tickets. Called customer service; they tried to reach the seller, and could not. Offered me tickets far inferior to the ones I had "purchased", which I declined. I will not be using them again. If it's not a scam, it's pretty darn close!
Everything was great until they said tickets were delivered on Oct 3rd via AXS, calls and emails saying tickets were there for me to get.
A week later, 9 hours before TOOL concert, ohhh they are at seat geek waiting for you. Once they figured out how they were delivered, it was easy...
So frustrating and paranoid no tickets until 9 hours before show...
Concert 3 hours from my house.

The business/support will always take the seller's side of "yes I sent them" as "proof" and if you don't receive the tickets or you receive them 50% into the game/concert's duration you do not get a refund because the seller said "yes I sent them". I have attached screenshot of what the "proof" looks like. Seems like just a bunch of nonsense, no?
Never once received an apology from the Support or was able to speak to a manager.
I am very good at technology/also already have had the ballpark app installed for previous transfers that never had any trouble, so you can find it surprising when there is no process accountability of tickets never actually ending up in the app.
Zero authority or ownership taken. "No fees" isnt worth the chance of no tickets! When I called the urgent support line I said can we please try and have another ticket sent to try out what the issue is- and no they cannot.

I was able to explore and get seats in a section I've never been in before. This was because the seats were cheaper without all the fees the other ticket sales companies charge. If I used another website, I would have needed to downgrade my seats in order to afford going. I was immediately sent an email to receive my tickets and added then to my ticket account.
I'm like a lot of people that have had trouble getting my tickets I paid for. That's three times this year already. Shame on me for not learning my lesson before now. The first time I got an email the next day saying that my purchased tickets were not longer available. Tickets had doubled since then. The second time I didn't find out or get any notification on game day that there was going to be a problem. I had to call myself and alert them that there was an issue and that I hadn't gotten my tickets again. How backwards is that? My final issue is that I have been waiting months for my tickets and can't get them to hand them over. I asked for a refund and they said no. Maybe tickpick doesn't have the money but I tell you what, they have lost our business for good. Will be cancelling the charge and hope tickpick enjoys paying the dispute fee as well.
I used this site once and never again. The tickets were clearly not delivered and at this point, I am not certain they will provide a refund. Their first offer was for a partial refund which I protested as they claim, "100 percent guarantee."
Very smooth process. Will be utilizing TickPick again for future events. Pricing was the best over all the other platforms. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
TickPick is outstanding. The team is customer service focused, and super responsive. Came across TickPick when searching for Super Bowl 51 tickets... their website is great, and provides a view from every section you check as well as the row layout for that section... no surprises when you get to the venue. Best of all... the price you see is the price you pay! None of those, "oh what a great price! Oh... not so much after those fees" moments at checkout. I can't recommend these guys enough!
Our seats were perfect and it was a great price for a last min decision to go to the game!
The night was absolutely amazing! TickPick got us some incredible tickets for an insanely good price! People around us paid over $9,000+ for the same seats we spent $1,000 for! Definitely an unforgettable experience. 10/10 would do it again!
I have purchased several times from TickPick. I always had a professional, EASY, flawless experience. Will never get tickets elsewhere as fees are ridiculous. I recommend you to everyone. TickPick is the only way to get see an event.
Thank you for the wonderful review Kathryn, we look forward to providing you with easy and fee-free tickets for many events to come.
I loved the section we were at since it provided an excellent view for the game. Of course the nets won so the experience was topped with that. Highly recommend to visit the Barclay Arena!
Customer service is very prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns regarding ticket purchases. I was unsure about not receiving an immediate ticket delivery email, and when I reached out via email they were very helpful. Thanks!

Great experience with Tick Pick! Great seat, reasonable price and excellent, prompt service.
Basically yes no service fees but since you are buying through a third party they can charge you anything they want. I bought $65 tickets, so i thought, but the actually ticket value is $45... so cheaper seats. You are better off paying the service fee and getting in the section that you wanted. I will never use them again.
The tickets disappeared from my MSG application and it took many calls to get them back for me. They were not helpful until one day before the event. I felt badly for their customer service person as she was the only person responding to calls. This happened to me in my last two purchases after having no similar problem in purchases prior to the last two events.

Literally had to call them TWICE to get help with our tickets, then after 4 hours (thinking we had gotten our tickets) we get an email saying that our order was cancelled because tickets sold out before we bought them. Which is reasonable, but why not tell us that hours prior so we could secure other seats? Terrible service, 1 star.

I ordered the ticket online. I got immediate confirmation from tick pick about the sale. Then a few minutes later I received the email saying it's now in my account at Ticketmaster and it was. It opened up fine at the venue too. Great experience
Never EVER sell your tickets on this site. They only care about the buyers on this site, not the sellers. They swindle you in order to get money from the buyer and the seller.
Then they charge the seller twice even when their site is the one that $#*!ed up. Their customer service doesn't do anything helpful but give you automatic emails.
I feel sad and disrespected after using this site.
We're the original no-fee ticket site that guarantees the best prices on tickets to live events.
Hello Rhonda,
First, let me sincerely apologize for the late reply. I am seeing this review, and am terribly sorry that I was not able to address your concern sooner.
There were a few points in your review that I would like to specifically address.
Re "they bought them from Ticketmaster": We are an online marketplace, and do not own any ticket listed on our site. We are simply the connection point between a buyer and seller.
Re "4 tickets that cost $29.50": In addition to now owning any tickets on our site, we also do not set the price for any ticket. We make the buyer acknowledge that the tickets can be priced above or below face value at checkout.
We wish we could erase such an unpleasant memory; unfortunately, we cannot, but we hope you give us another opportunity in the future.
