Even though the game weather was terrible (low 30's rain/snow mix and winds up to 30 MPH) I still very much enjoyed myself. Ticket buying experience worked perfectly and I had no problems getting into the stadium.

This site sold me tickets they did not have. Told me 4 hours before the event I would have them. Then after I reached out again waited until 20 minutes before the event to tell me the seller did not have the tickets. I would not waist your time or money. You could end up traveling, and paying for an event you wont be going to. Because you bought marked up tickets that didn't exist.

When I saw the prices on TickPick were similar to other sites, I knew that there had to be a catch with their "no fee" policy. I was pleasantly surprised. I saved over $100 on fees for tickets to an Elton John concert and also bought tickets to a Pelicans basketball game. I will use TickPick for all of my future ticket purchases.

Bought tickets and I made an error on shipping address. Called immediately and explained our error. We were told they corrected it and we were very grateful. Found out they delivered to wrong address anyway and didn't fix the situation. My complaint is the string of emails that came after. Telling me it was my fault and basically my problem. Very unprofessional and honestly just hands off and immature. I buy a lot of tickets and they definitely don't have a very customer service oriented staff. Wouldn't recommended to anyone. Very sarcastic and almost defensive. Maybe I am not dealing with adults?

To pick is such a good experience when buying tickets, I will not buy anywhere else. Stubhub and Ticketmaster charge ridiculous fees, tickpick you pay what the list price is. Thanks so much!

I bought tickets a couple days prior to the game. Got several emails about tickets being processed, etc... But NO tickets! Had to make other arrangements at the game to get in as they never showed up as promised and "guaranteed". Unreliable able and out money... hopefully can get a refund after non delivery

I love the Tick Pick website, unfortunately my experience with venue wasn't so great. Was denied entry because my chair didn't fit their criteria. However, watched other staff allowed people in with lawn seat chairs that were taller and larger than mines. Needless to say, I sold my tickets to other patrons. I definitely will not be patronizing this venue again.

Do not use this company! Yes, you'll save a few bucks. But not worth the headache if your event is postponed... even A YEAR OUT! Impossible to reach anyone via phone and they do not offer refunds. Use TicketMaster or buy from the event venue!

TickPick was exactly what they said they were, no hidden fees, tickets were easy to get and easy to transfer. I would definately recommend them. I paid 70 for tickets I could have gotten elsewhere for 70 but they wanted to ad a 24 dollar fee making them 94,,, TickPick was just a flat 70... Awesome! Side note'

You should be told all of the detail, before purchase, on how it all works. Who would ever purchase tickets and trust you'll get them the day before the event, months down the road. Noone would do that. I'm going to file a claim through my credit card company to stop the payment. What's relaxing about stressing for months, not knowing if you are really going to get the tickets. I've gone to tons of concerts, shows, comedians, etc., and never have I ever not gotten my tickets as soon as the 'purchase' button is clicked. I called and as usual, they said nothing could be done but i could re-sell. Re-sell what, the tickets i can't get until March 10th? Tickets are released when you purchase tickets. So these guys must not really have these tickets. Total scam.

Overall the concert was amazing! I did find it odd that in my ticket I purchased a seat for myself & my friend. When we got there, apparently there was no seat. Being disabled it was hard to stand for the 4 hours. I feel like that should be on the tickets, that your seat is not real. Also, why the beer garden style? I have never seen that at another concert.

We had an absolutely delightful experience! The performance was beyond fabulous in every way, with regard to singing, acting, dancing, orchestral accompaniment, staging, lighting, literally everything! We even loved our seats in the uppermost balcony and were especially pleased and surprised to also enjoy a pre-curtain talk about the show and hear another wonderful singer while also enjoying wine and appetizers. The entire evening was spectacular, and we will definitely do this again soon!

From a ticket purchase perspective, we LOVED the no-fee option, which made the event affordable and possible. Thank you so much for offering that!

TickPick made it so easy and hassle free to get theater tickets to the show I wanted. Price was great and was able to get my first choice for date and seats I requested. Even better, I didn't have to pay any additional fees which many other ticket sites charge. I will definitely use TickPick again!

I've been using TickPick for a while now, and I love its simplicity and "no-fee" mission. It shows how much you're paying up front, which allows me to compare ticket prices with other providers. Spoiler alert: I shouldn't even bother checking other sites. Can't wait to get back in arenas/stadiums so I can use TickPick again.

This is a terrible company, they should be closed down. Bought tickets to the Rolling Stones which was rescheduled, theu make you sell your own tickets through their app and then theu take 15% in my case. People save yourselves and skip these scammers. I lost $500.

Fantastic! Easy ticket buying! Great price! Easy access to tickets and NO FEES! My only issue is we weren't able to see the exact seat #s until after the purchase. But I will definitely be using TickPick again.

After my purchase, I was promptly emailed by TickPick, stating they needed to mail me the tickets by 4pm to guarantee on time delivery for an upcoming Steelers game. I gave them my address and they shipped the tickets right away. I was also given the tracking information promptly after. The tickets arrived quickly and exactly where they were supposed to be shipped. The tickets were exactly as ordered. I always feel safe using TickPick. I've used them quite a few times and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them.

This company is absolutely horrible. Avoid using them at all costs.

You might save a tiny bit compared to other scalper agencies, but God help you if something goes wrong with your order. Their customer service is non-existent. If you're able to get any response from them all, it will a bull$#*! canned response.

Use StubHub or just about anyone else.

No problem easy to use. Will use it again all season.
